Rob Moreno is the best! He was easy to talk to, didn't rush through the paperwork with us and already had GAP coverage included with our price before we even asked about it. Our financier wanted a higher down payment than we had budgeted for, but he was able to work out a deal to bring it down by almost half! Considering the mess of a deal we had with a previous vehicle, Rob and the owner of Membercar were very sympathetic to our situation and went out of their way to make sure we left their establishment with a smile on our faces, and we did! They even bought us lunch! Thanks to Membercar for reminding us that there are still good, honest people in the world who want to see others happy.

Great Job By A Great Team!
In my search for a vehicle, I sent a message as I’ve done many times to determine if a vehicle at MemberCars was available. Within less than 5 minutes, Anthony reached out. He was kind, professional, and very helpful!! I decided to check out the car and when I arrived, I was helped by both Anthony and Rob. These two individuals made my experience one of the best I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Helpful, not pushy, honest, helpful, and down to earth are just a few things that describe them. Car, so a 2003 is a good choice, but your Caddy is a very good option. The Issues post purchase are my

Top notch experience. Rob reached out to me very quickly and I was able to make an appointment for a test drive the next day. When I arrived the car was waiting and ready for me to test drive. This was my daughter’s dream car and we drove three hours from home to see it. It was a gem and Anthony at Member Car was fantastic to work with. He was not pushy and let us test drive the car alone. We never felt any pressure to buy and had a lot of laughs during the signing of the paperwork. Anthony has a great sense of humor. It was worth the three hour drive and I would do it again. Thank you Anthony and all of the kind people that work there. You helped us make my daughters dream a reality!!

so did not negotiate down the price at all. I did purchase the van and feel that I paid a fair
price but didn't have to worry about all the haggling you usually have to do to get that

Warning all buyers this dealership don’t inspect and fix their vehicles before put them on the lot,it’s your job to find their issues and when you discover it they start the little negotiation ending in bigger repair bills for you,I bought my vehicle in feb and still is in the shop keep fixing the escalate problem.I bought it with 196k and he still 197k with over $6g in bills already.If the vehicle is an old car why you put it on the lot to give buyers headaches just for the dealership make a few thousand dollar.Buyers be careful it won’t worth it get a brand new lease vehicle with free headaches whatsoever.

Very responsive initially. Haven’t seen where the vehicle was sold though and I did not get follow-up to some specific concerns I had about the finish in two places where I was looking for somebody to confirm or deny what I thought I was seeing in the pics. So, without confirmation, I never made the drive to check this vehicle out.

Had a good experience with Maddie who helped us originally so when I decided to go in personally to test drive the car, Anthony did very little to work with us on discussing the details of car, did not want to negotiate, telling us the price was already low and accused me of not know what I was talking about when I said I had been offer better deals. It appears that this dealership is not interested in selling their cars when this particular car has been on car gurus for over 70 days. WORST CAR BUYING I HAVE EXPERIENCED! Will not ever buy from this dealer.

worked. He was very informative and open but in the end I was just
not comfortable with buying a vehicle Sight unseen. I suggested to
him ( Jordan) that I would consider the vehicle if they would allow me
to return it at my expense if I was not satisfiedHowever he wasn’t able
to accommodate that request so I continue to look on a local level. It
was a very professional process. I would consider using them again if
the vehicle was not so far away. (Approx 300+ miles)

did he help with finding the car I wanted, it turned out that it was a manual when I had thought it was an automatic,

I am particularly happy with the salesmanship of Mr Jordan of membercar. His customer service is amazing. His sales tactics is above description. I came with $ 10.000 dollars to spend for a car for my daughter, but l went far above without feeling the pain. His business interactions and explanation keep you with no choice than to buy the car. Car listed some items which were not in car. Salesman was surprised
and said he would get back to me. Still waiting.
First time I contacted them they called me back very quick but then the guy stopped answering my calls. I called again and someone different answered and they were very helpful and responded every time I contacted them. Came to look at the car and he was not pushy at all. Very easy to talk to. Didn’t negotiate as much as we’d hoped but it’s worth putting in the money in a good car you know is reliable. Really good experience and very happy about the car!

An unusual set-up. I went with a list of five cars to look at. The first car I
drove had smoke coming out of the exhaust every time I accelerated.
When I returned the car & the keys, the (very nice) sales lady had
disapoeared. I left the keys on the front desk, took my list & left. My
husband test drove a car there a couple of years ago with an interior
knocking sound the salesman assured him they could fix. Weird to test
drive cars that need repairs.These guys buy their cars from
wholesalers; they're usually not trade ins. BUT IF you have a great
mechanic to carefully inspect the car, it's worth a shot here as they
have a wide variety of makes & models.

Quick response, nice guys, no deal... Still trying to buy it :) Wheelin and dealing!
Quality of vehicle in question was exceptional for its year. But service was not. I spoke to one salesman the first day I drove down from Pennsylvania. I was in texting contact with him for a week and told him I'd be back the same week day. The salesman replied as if everything was set up and ready and when I got there after the 2 hour drive I was told he was off work that day. So as I began working with the next salesman I was given a low-ball offer for my trade-in and was told there was no negotiation on the price of the new vehicle. The amount offered was not enough to cover for the current auto loan I had. When I told the salesman I wasn't able to continue working with them he started asking what needed to be done to figure out a deal as if he was ready to negotiate. Instead I got a 2009 jeep rubicon from somewhere else. If you want to sell a vehicle to have to be flexible with some people. Oh well.

This was our first time purchasing a car from a non-traditional dealer. Overall, the experience was good. I received immediate responses to my emails before deciding to visit. The office is small but all of the staff was very friendly. We worked wirh Craig. He pulled the car and sent us on a test drive alone which we appreciated. The online pictures did not reflect the scratches and bumper damage on the vehicle. This almost resulted in us deciding against purchasing for fear there may be other problems not accurately disclosed. In the end the Nissan Versa was a decent price, could have been lower, but with fewer than 50k miles and an agreement to detail the car and replace the bumper we decided to purchase. Neither Craig nor any of the other folks in the oiffice used any high pressure tactics or did anything to make us feel uncomfortable. My sons are pleased with their new car. I would visit again if I was looking for a used car.

Went down to look at a 2012 Mini Cooper John Cooper Works, (all the bells and whistles). Drove the car and the clutch was bad. They replaced the clutch, but prior to my going back down I found out this vehicle could not be towed behind a motorhome, so I couldn't purchase it. They were understanding and treated me well. They will have no problem selling this vehicle, as it is beautiful!

Got back to me but said jeep wasn't available for sale in MD because of the lift kit. Lift kits aren't illegal in MD because I've had jeeps with lifts and they passed MD inspection no problem. As long as there's not tire sticking out of the fender There fine.

I wasn't able to buy a car, but they are so kind and very helpful. This was the most calm, relaxing environment for car sales I've ever been in. There is no pressure, they don't talk you down while you're trying to think for yourself. They let you breathe and most car salesmen just want the commission. At Memeber Car, they actually care about the person.

I came in looking at the G37 I seen in their website. When I got to the lot I was highly disappointed as the car had 3k more miles than what was posted, and from the pictures I seen online the car was in fair condition. Upon taking a look at the car it had multiple scratches, what seemed to be a recent accident to the right side bumper which was scratched up. The interior was a lot dirtier than what I seen online as well. Whoever has been driving this car hasn’t been taking care of it. Needless to say I moved on to look at their 08 Altima coupe which I went on a test drive. The car was making unrecognizable sounds from the tire & possibly the shocks. I came back & continued to look, they had a Kia Optima I looked into which had fog lights & something else missing from the front. I lastly checked out an 2014 Altima Sedan which had some sort of belt issue as well. Not to mention many of the vehicles on their lot have yet to be inspected. Definitely wasn’t the experience I was expecting but I also didn’t know they were a buy here pay here lot. The salesman were nice & tried to accommodate me but I wasn’t feeling good about purchasing anything from them. I wouldn’t say this is a bad lot to go to just do your homework & thoroughly check the vehicle. 2 star rating for my experience but they will work with you to get you in a car.

Excellent, straightforward transaction. Corey responded promptly to my email request for the "out the door" price, to include tags, title, tax and any fees. Based on that quote, we made the nearly 2-hour journey from our home and purchased the car after giving it a thorough test drive. Highly recommend MemberCar for their competitive pricing without having to endure the ordeal of haggling.

The car was priced well above the KBB market value for a car in excellent condition. When I drove to the dealership to inspect/test drive the car had faded paint/roof ripped, the interior was in pieces and the radio was inop. The salesman was exceptionally professional and courteous. .

If you guys are looking to negotiate, this is the wrong place. BUT theyre all super casual, friendly, no pressure in buying, got my Audi checked out at a mechanic shop before buying and it was in perfect condition despite a crash it had been in, descriped in car report. Really happy with my choice, despite not being able to negotiate and my car not have mats, I think we got really lucky and I will definately check out their cars again in the near future !!

Very friendly and no pressure. Car sold before I got there but looked at others.

I can't say enough good things about them. Prices are set below Carmax. Sales pressure is zero. Test drives are 'on your own'. And, they have great financing deals. Finally, the cars I tested were all clean up-scale, beautiful.

OMG. Horrible experience. I think the worst I have had in 30 years at a
car dealer. The only positive thing that happened is the dealer did contact
me.I am 90 minutes away from the dealer so I wanted to make sure
there would be no issues when I showed up and that the price was
negotiable. The salesperson told me the vehicle was in "excellent"
condition and he would have it ready for a test drive 9:30 the next
morning and we could talk price. I showed up 9:30 on the dot. While they
did "clean" the car, it had no gas so we waited 30 minutes for someone to
get it filled up. When we took the Pathfinder for a test drive it shook
violently to the point that the hood was jumping 2-3 inches. When I
bought it back to the dealer, they acted like I was lying and that my wife
and I were out of my minds. The sales guy took it and after another 20
minutes returned to confirmed there was an issue (duh). He stated it
was the rotors and he would replace them. He told me to come back in
an hour and he would give me a good deal. Reluctantly, we went to lunch
and returned. The next test drive was much better and we sat down to
talk price. Despite the fact this vehicle had been on their lot for 6 months
and I was obviously the first person to test drive it in a long time (thus the
problem with the rotors) he would not consider any price outside the
listed price. He even had to nerve to tell me he just put new rotors on the
car! I was like, yea, you had to, there was no way you could have sold it
with a MD inspection as is. I could tell by the expression on the other
salesmen faces (and the fact they would laugh behind his back and make
jokes about him) that the guy I was dealing with was not a good guy to
say the least, In the middle of us sitting down he got up and helped
another customer (and never came back). What a colossal waste of my
time.
To sum up:
1. They were dishonest (about the car being in great shape)
2. They were dishonest (about willing to negotiate the price)
3. They wasted my time knowing about the above two things.
Perhaps I had their worst sales guy and the other sales people don't treat
the customers like crap. Perhaps the worst sales guy on the planet we
had was having a bad day. Regardless, this sales guy is the reason most
people hate going to used car dealers and I would avoid this dealer at all
cost on the outside chance you get him as your sales person.
Outstanding service by Carl and Corey. Very friendly,
professional and FAST! Which was a definite plus for me
because I needed to be able to just go in and get back
out asap. Which they were able to do. By the time I got
there they had the car clean and paper work ready for me
to go over and sign and everything is written out so
clearly. When I'm ready to look for another car I'll be
going back no doubt about it. Im just the type of person
that wouldn't like to risk going any where else.
In process of purchasing the S550 Sale has gone very smoothly everyone in dealership is very professional and knowledgeable Will recommend Member Car to all my network of friends

The dealer responded the next day. When i asked if he could do better on
the price he said a car with 30,000 miles less than the car he had for sale
was 1,000 dollars more then three days later he drops the price.

Truly the best used car buying experience I've ever had. It's a relatively
small dealership, but the inventory was awesome and all the cars we saw
were immaculate. They were very forthcoming with information about
pricing, showed us the Carfax, and gave us a fair price for our trade-in. No
games, no "I'll have to talk to my manager." or "Write down a number." Just
nice, knowledgeable, honest people. They're an hour drive from home, but
well worth the trip.

I wrote to tell them the vehicle they described as having an automatic
transmission actually had a manual trans. I got an auto-reply from them,
which I ignored.
I am sure they are a fine dealer, but their internet person needs to learn
to tell the difference between a stick shift and automatic in a Corvette.
Also, I absolutely hate it when these systems generate an auto-reply.
There should at least be a person checking to see if there was "additional
information" attached.

I wasn't there long enough to get their full experience. The salesman quickly laid out their terms. The car has a front nose tear and was obviously in an accident. He told me they do not negotiate on price. So I shook his hand and left. Wasn't there 10 min. A big turn off to me. He claimed it was a wholesale price? It was very overpriced unless maybe you have your own body shop.

Quick and clear communication to my inquiries. Dealership sounds like it's on the up-and-up. Live too far to stop in to test drive, but learned of alternatives that could help purchase cars that are rarely offered (e.g., used 5-series BMW's with manual transmissions in my price range).

They responded I just couldn't make it had to work.
Couldn't ask for a better experience. John was so easy to work with. We bought the car. They had checked everything out but the "check engine" message was coming on; they wouldn't release the car until they replaced the computer part that controls the "check engine", to be sure there was no problem.
(that resolved it).
We felt well taken care of, and it was clear that they stand behind the cars they sell. Plus, you get free car washes and breakfast on Saturdays by buying a car from them!
