Was a very nice exchange
Renagged on a confirmed contract. DO NOT
TRUST MELON. They added $2,000 after the
agreed contract. I offered their asking price,
told them it was cash. Agreed no dealer fees
and they accepted my offer. Took a $1,000
deposit from me. I arranged an independent
inspection and a car transported to deliver it
fromOK to NY.
7 hrs after our agreement they told me they
are adding $2,000 to my price price .
Disgusted at such dirty trick. THEY ARE NOT
HONEST, NOR HONOR THE CONTRACTS
THEY MAKE. AVOID THEM

I LOOOOOVVVVE BALEY! This guy is who you go see he's hands down the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Prompt response, NOT PUSHY, he's got that magical balance of being there and being informative but not being pushy, down to a science! Knows the inventory answered every question TRUTHFULLY, didn't say what I wanted to hear just to get me there no hidden unwanted surprises. I'm a single woman, fifty years old,highly educated, yet; I still feel timid when it comes to buying a car and I felt very comfortable in making my decision to do business with Baley and Melton car sales. The car sales industry should have a million like Baley that world would be a lot better off it would most certainly sell more vehicles to women like myself. Go see Baley!

me with financing. I did however receive some spam from them telling
me about the crazy savings they were offering me if only I would shop
there.

Response from current dealership:
We are very sorry you didn't have a great experience with us. The only reason we can't do financing is due to the year model, mileage of the vehicle, or a customer's credit.

not even try to answer. I just got back some general sales information that
was already available on Cargurus. I won't be going there.

While they never responded to voice messages they did respond to email. They as well followed up on emails sent as well. We didn’t purchase a vechicle from them as we found one at another dealer ship with less miles.

Very rude & they act like they don't care if they sell a vehicle or not. Went to look at vehicle salesman thought we were going to buy vehicle he states that the price is the price & price was firm. Not willing to negotiate any. Very in professional I'll never go back there & I know lots of people in Rogers county I will be telling everyone not to go to this dealership

I just dealt with them over the phone because I was 4 hours away. Very nice, answered all my questions, only problem was they wouldn't hold the pickup for me till I could get down there...and I completely understand! I will keep my eyes open on their inventory until I can find my pick up! Thanks!

At first I was really upset with Melton Sales when I asked them to take a look at my loan application and then no one followed up with me. I contacted the sales rep whom I had been in contact with previously; and I found out that the finance manager was going to be out for the next several days. But it worked out in the end because since no one was able to help me in the finance office, I was able to shop around a little more as those days passed by. Melton Sales does need to make sure that they are staying in contact with customers, though. Several days going by without hearing from them will cause the customer to think he is being brushed off and his business isn't valued. For me, however, it was not a bad experience.
