I asked for a price and they responded fast but didnt answer my question just sent a bunch of other recommendations

Not favorable. I requested info on a specific car. Dealer never provided any info on that car, only requests for more details on what I was looking for and a request for a phone call. In other words, general solicitations. I was not interested in building a relationship with a dealer or getting a bunch of unsolicited e-mails, only in a specific car that had listed.

quick response and follow up. I decided to wait until 2020, but I will check with Melloy Nissan first.

Everything went great at the beginning. Sarah returned our email promptly about driving the car we purchased. Juan was great. The negotiation went smoothly and painlessly. But then we sat for almost three hours while they processed the paperwork and the car. We have NO IDEA what took so long. It was painful. Overall this place is wonderful, but I would ask if you could go to lunch while they are processing. No need to sit in the car dealer for that long waiting.

They were very professional not pushy, understood my situation very courteous and this would be #1place I would recommend anyone to go buy a vehicle . Very Honest and trust worthy.

People were nice, but it was not the correct model vehicle advertised...Was looking for a Grand Cherokee "Altitude" trim specifically and was advertised as that. It was actually only a Laredo, not Altitude. They did correct, eventually, but was not what I was looking for vs. advertised.

2013 Nissan Leaf - $15995 advertised price. At the time this was the only Leaf for sale in ABQ. They dealt with me accordingly. I was willing to pay $13500. They wouldn't go below $14750. They did the normal and tiresome 'talk to my manager' pony show. That was about 2.5 weeks ago - still for sale at same price.

Half-hearted follow-up and lack of (perceived) interest in providing excellent customer service. A phone call and lack-luster interest....I know what I'm searching for and I'll go with others more willing to work for their commission. PS--these guys even had their water sprinklers on full tilt during a prolonged afternoon thunderstorm this past week. Both examples speak volumes of the disappointing operation of their dealership.
