The sales team member, Tabitha, was excellent to work with. However there were a couple concerns. First off the dealership said the car was detailed however the exterior and interior was filthy. They did end up washing the exterior at my request however I ask them to clean the interior on multiple occasions between visits to the dealership and that did not occur. There were straw wrappers in cup holders and drops of coffee or soda on hard surfaces of the interior. Lastly, the online communication system was very confusing. I received texts and calls from various phone numbers and it was challenging to figure out which phone number to use in returning calls and texts.

Shane was very helpful and had a good knowledge of the sales process and the vehicle we purchased.
I was very excited to reach out to Medina to purchase ram truck. It was not a smooth process and very frustrating. They send text and don’t respond. I sent info on my trade and it was a week before they finally gave numbers. The trade numbers were embarrassing $5,000 off any other dealer. I have sent emails to management but no response. I wish it could have been different.

Got back to me the same day, Joseph Strasz is the guy you want to reach out to. I was able to get approved for the vehicle I wanted and Joesph got me the numbers I needed prior to walking in the door. These guys don’t waste your time! Ameer was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Good dudes. I’d recommend anyone looking for a new car to reach out to these guys.
Brad Kloetzly quickly contacted me and was very professional with all the questions i had about the truck. I live 3.5 hours away and didnt
want to waste my time or his. He provided all the pictures I asked for and I ended up buying my Ram 2500 from them at Medina Auto Mall.

Medina Auto Mall is a scam shop. I spent 8 hours negotiating an OTD price with Alex for a 2020 CERTIFIED Ram, only to find they had no intention of completing the sale. They "agreed" to a price verbally, but refused to provide a PO unless I first gave them a credit card. I flatly refused to place a deposit without seeing the numbers in writing, and I'm glad I refused. Once they finally put it on paper the OTD price was magically 4k higher! I will never buy from this stealership due to the non-stop dishonesty they exhibited.

Excellent dealership, easy and fair to work with, and the purchase and delivery of the vehicle was very smooth
and user-friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership; they actually return calls, emails, and texts and
do what they say they will do. They were not in my service area but offered the best deal on the Grand
Wagoneer I was looking for, set up signing the paperwork online, and delivered the vehicle the next day at no
additional cost. They also gave a very fair value on my trade-in and picked it up after delivering my purchased
vehicle.
This dealership is the classic bait and switch organization. They advertise on third party
websites and their own website of specials that they don't have in stock. if you see
something don't waste your time contacting them. I did contact the dealership 3 different
times on different days to test their practices with the same result every time. Each time
they stated "Oh our website is updated every 12 hrs. and it would be removed" of
course they didn't remove it over those 3 days and it is still on the site today.
If this the way they advertise I can only imagine what their service is after a sale.

I was very disappointed with James, because he knew that he had a person was coming to see the Renegade why would he do that to me. He could of called me and said not to come. Test drove a 2014 Ram 2500 that had a check engine light on. Code for the check engine light was
a P0740 TCC Transmission Torque converter solenoid circuit. Upon looking it up it could be a whole
list of problems. Went ahead and purchased the truck because the dealer said they would fix it and
bring it to me ( I live 2hrs from dealer) and would pick up the car I used for a trade in. Waited over a
week for delivery of the vehicle with not so good communication through texts from the salesman
and zero calls back from the service department. Drove it 3 days and the check engine light came
back on for the same code. Stay away from used vehicles at this place.

Again dealership has cheap cars on cargurus and Their website but when you go in person them cars are sold but still on multiple websites and this is like day 3 and still haven't did anything to take them down or mark them as sold. Just on the sites to lure unsuspected buyers in a trap. This dealership lost my trust and trust is everything with most of us . So I just wanted to warn everyone to steer clear

Terrible experience. The dealership tried to extort 5000.00 from me. I get a GM family discount, so they added 5000.00 on the end of the sales sheet and called it a "market adjustment ". They told me since trucks are hard to get, that was a charge for that. That is extortion and discrimination towards GM employees. They would not sell me the truck at the advertised price without the extortion charge. I am reporting them to GM Corporate.

They were good with comms. To far away and buying out of state is a pain.
Vehicles frame was completely rotted and rusted out. I get that it was a “fresh trade in”, but you’d think someone would be looking at the cars they take as trade ins. Was so rusted underneath I’m sure it was unsafe to drive. Wouldn’t put my family in a vehicle like that and the fact that they were still asking $12,000 for it is mind blowing!

I called this dealership on Wednesday to find out if the car was still available. They took my name and number, said they’d check and get back to me but never did. The next day (Thursday) I saw on CarGurus the price had been dropped but the salesman I had talked to on Wednesday still hadn’t called me back. On Friday I got a text message from this dealer stating I had authorized text messages from them (which I had not). I called to find out what was going on since they hadn’t called me back from my inquiry on Wednesday and now I was getting text messages. I talked to a different salesperson who took my name and number, apologized about the text messages and then asked me how I wanted to pay for the car. Cash or finance? I hadn’t even been told IF they had the car, or given the chance to ask questions about the car or to even go look at it or test drive it and they were asking me for my money!! These people need some lessons in customer service, how to listen to the customer.

specific truck on the lot. They gave me a similar sized truck, with different options. They were friendly to work with, my only

It was a 50/50 experience with medina auto mall.
They were quick to respond to my inquiry and
schedule a test drive. After that, it was a chaotic
mess on their end. The test drive was done at night,
the parking lot was so busy at medina auto mall
there was no room to park or talk, the salesman
didn't review vehicle features and when he was
asked he had no idea and no intention or even
interest in finding the answer, the salesman was off
the next day so the purchase was on hold, then when
purchasing and financing began again after the
salesman's off day there were alot of unanswered
questions, we go to complete the sale the vehicle
isn't ready, the financing isn't ready, we sit for hours
until we complain, the details agreed upon were not
conveyed from salesman to finance, a week later
were still waiting on a fob because the old fob
wouldn't lock the vehicle without setting off the
panic and I still have the down payment, financing
paperwork wasn't expIained, etc.

The dealer had several used minivans that were of interest and we got to test drive them. We ended up dealing with two sales people with a handoff after first test drive. That was fine and second sales person worked with us to come to an agreement on price and trade-in. Overall a good experience and we were happy with car and price.

The vehicle wasn’t even available! I sent several messages and after a week they said it has been to auction several weeks ago... seemed like a bait and hook situation. They tried showing me and selling me other trucks with higher prices...

Gio is the man. Helped me with a price I could manage. Put me in the car I really wanted.
I was contacted quickly and set up a time to test drive. The car was in bad condition. Crack in the windshield and the front driver side panel and the back passenger side panel loomed like it was going to fall off. The driver side mirror was shaking badly. Clearly this car had been in an accident but I was told it was not. Why show a car like this? The guy made me feel like he didn't want to make a sale. I left and found a better car elsewhere.

They sent me a computer generated response email
fairly quick. This gave me a telephone number to reach
an actual salesperson. In their advertisement they
stated the vehicle was a keyless entry, which it was not.
The overall vehicle was what they described. The sales

Don’t deal with this place. They try to sell cars that are already sold days before. Very unprofessional to deal with. They can care less to rectify anything. Their rep, Brad White, is too busy to answer calls or text all day. Never experienced this in my life! This was an embarrassment!

It was VERY confusing. A female contacted us via email. Then almost instantly a salesman called. We had inquired about 3 cars all at the same time. Within moments another salesman called about one of the cars. I explained that we had already heard from someone. He brushed that off. Then the next day the first salesman called again! In that conversation he informed me I was to work with him and no one else as he called first. He wouldn't listen to my concern over it. Later that day the second salesman called again. I informed him what the first salesman said to which he replied, he must have said something! We felt like this was just too much drama to buy a car

Bought it. They did a nice job on detailing the car but I wish someone would’ve explained how to use everything. Ie radio, cruise, power seats etc. was promised full tank of gas but only 1/2 tank.

I scheduled an appt. over the phone via text, I arrived 15-20 mins late
employees just looked at me and smiled and kept it moving
Maybe they were busy etc but I ended up leaving the showroom area and
went out on the lot to look at some of their vehicles eventually I left feeling a bit empty.
I am just accustomed to being greeted by the fine folks at my Mercedes dealership
where everyone speaks and asks if you're being helped etc.

Gave me the keys and let me go for a test drive; never showed me the ins and outs of the vehicle, I had to figure it out on my own. He didn’t even know how to work the automatic door (didn’t know they existed) and he busted the key fob trying to shove the little key in the wrong way. Never had a follow up call to see if I was interested...so we’re taking our business elsewhere. It’s a shame; tried to give a local company some business. :(

Medina Auto Mall had the car we wanted, at the price we wanted. We found it through CarGurus, online. Salesman Doug Wilkinson came to bat for us and hit a Grand Slam Home Run! He bent over backwards for us and we couldn't have been more pleased with his help. We drove 60 miles to get there the first time and arrived shortly before his quitting time. He stayed over, never once trying to hurry or pressure us into a sale. Thanks to him and the management of Medina Auto Mall!
