I reached out to them inquiring information about a vehicle and they got back to me in a timely manner. The gentleman we worked with, Ken was very friendly, informative, easy to work with. Can't say enough nice things about him. We were driving 2 hours from home to this dealership and Ken was very up front in sending us some cosmetic blemishes the vehicle had so there were no surprises upon arrival. They brought the vehicle in the garage for us ahead of time so it was warmed up and not covered in snow and ice. The vehicle was clean inside as well. Upon purchasing the vehicle our children received a small toy and we got to pick out a couple items of apparel. Great little thing to show their appreciation! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! We will be back in the future! Thank you to Ken!

Spoke on phone with Ken who was most helpful in answering all questions and requests I had. Normally hear from Cargurus dealers very quickly and was actually slightly annoyed that it appeared they had not responded by email, or so I thought. Talking with Ken initially, he suggested checking my spam mail and there was the immediate response I had been used too seeing.. For some reason it had gone into my spam and I never looked for it there because it had never ever happened to me before. I felt foolish but they were always helpful,calm, cool and courteous with me.

When I was first looking at this truck, I heard nothing from the dealer. Until it was sold. That sale fell through. After the sale fell through, the dealer contacted me to let me know that the truck was available once again. I'm still contemplating if I want to drive that far to the dealership to look at and maybe test drive the truck, BUT, I am still interested in the truck.

Fantastic experience! I was a bit late from the set time to pick up the car, but they stayed late and had everything ready for me! I was out of there in 20 minutes! I found them and called them, I found out the internet was down when CarGurus emailed them. He said he got the message on Wednesday. We had already talked on Tuesday. Wednesday we test drove the car and purchase it.
