I reached out to the salesperson to try to start a purchase of the 2023 McLaren Artura . Sent all my information… pictures of my trade . Salesperson was supposed to contact me to negotiate. Now it’s May 1st and haven’t heard anything from him. Next thing I know the car I was interested in is sold . He never reached out to let me know . I’m so disappointed, I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Messers Alfimovas and Judah were both responsive, answered my questions and offered flexibility to arrive at a price for the vehicle. Their care for the vehicle was exactly what had I hoped. I am impressed and continue to consider this vehicle because of its unique color exterior and interior along with the installed options, etc. My timing is a little early so I am trying to find a way to rearrange my plans to make the purchase, now. But it isn't easy. Otherwise, I'd be on a plane to Chicago. I gave 4 stars because the deal isn't complete so that aspect I cannot evaluate.

Requested very basic info regarding a used McLaren 720 listing: Number of service visits, original sales location,
remaining warranty duration. Had to convince a totally uninspired salesperson why I needed the information, over the
course of 4 email exchanges, before he promised to get back to me, and then left me hanging. Apparently a $250k
vehicle sale is just not that important to these guys, given all the demand they're seeing amidst our national pandemic
crisis....
Sales rep Otis was Initially responsive and informative. I made it clear what my credit score was. They still promised they could work on a deal with it and I made it clear I didnt want many credit pulled over and over again. I did the app and It was pulled 4 times and they couldn't get a deal. Then became unresponsive to tell me so. Usual dealer tactics that should be done better so not impressed...

This place was amazing. Spectacular service all around. Wally and
Danny were awesome. They provided expert knowledge and great
customer service. I never had to chase them down for anything. They
were readily available at all times, friendly, made me comfortable and
always answered my questions. Very trustworthy and professional. I
highly recommend them.
