This dealership had the lowest trade in value out of nearly 10 dealerships I worked with. When I let them know I was just blown off. Once they called back they insulted my knowledge of the market and said I didn’t know what I was talking about. All while I shared NADA, KBB, and Carvana data, but was met with a horrible attitude. I have purchased plenty of vehicles for myself or helped friends/family. Not to mention $1700+ worth of pointless add ons they won’t remove. I have tried working with this dealer in the past and they are still the same unfortunately. I got over $11,000 more on my trade ins compared to this dealership. Stay away from this place.

Horrible service!!!! Service rep sent pictures 2 days after asking for them and then contacted me Friday morning to confirm appointment, told him I was actually going to be in early (Im from out of town 5hrs away) just to get a text not a call 3hrs later telling me it sold…..mind you I tried giving them money to hold and they didn’t take it…..complete circus with no communication!!!!!

Zero stars. McKinney Buick GMC has no integrity;
they’re dishonest and deceitful. I contacted
McKinney Buick GMC Saturday morning (same day
the vehicle was listed) and confirmed
vehicle availability. After receiving additional details
from the sales team (Kosal and Mike), I
provided a deposit via credit card to "hold the
vehicle" and confirm my intent to buy. I obtained
financing the morning of the next business day and
immediately contacted the dealer to finalize the
purchase. I was instructed to leave a message for
Kosal and Mike. Shortly after, I received a
text message suggesting the vehicle experienced
hail damage after a weekend storm. I called the
dealer again and spoke to a different representative
(Robert), who informed me that the vehicle had
been sold to another customer. Again, this
dealership is dishonest, deceitful, and is completely
void of integrity or professionalism. Stay away.

This dealership had hidden dealership fees not posted. We had found a advertised vehicle online for a good price, called to make a appt asking how much cash out the door, found out about hidden fees that were not advertised, supposedly “negotiable”, only to find out only negotiable with financing. Then nonstop phone calls and texts after we canceled the appt. Highly recommend go somewhere else.

My husband and I went in to purchase this truck. We made a deal, hands were shaken and a few docs signed. However, we were then told there was an issue with some certification and told to call back in the morning - so we did and were were told the same thing. Two days later called again and they sold it, even though one of the managers said they are holding it for us until they have it cleared (the certification) and would not tell it.

Extremely disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment to see a specific car I was genuinely interested in. After making the drive out there and parking, someone casually came out just to tell me the car had already been sold. No call, no email, nothing beforehand to save me the time and trouble. Completely unprofessional and disorganized—this is not how you treat potential customers.

I advised that I would not be able to come in this week and stated I'd for sure be there on Saturday. I live in Keller and was working 11-8 this week which I had also advised of. The response time was so slow that I asked for them to go ahead and withdraw my application. The response I received after that was so rude and unprofessional. I'm not one to ever disrespect anyone in customer service or sales but their response to me was so very uncalled for, and because of that I will never even entertain the thought of going to this dealership. I don't know if it was Rob or Bailey that was responding to me. They should be glad that I didn't go off on them for their response to me. I blocked their number and never want to be contacted by them again!

Unbelievably condescending salesman. The
dude was trying all of the plays in the shady
Red Flags playbook. When I asked him to get
rid of the â$2,900 reconditioning feeâ he was
telling me that itâs state law and they have to
show everything itemized. I replied that Iâm not
questioning the itemization, Iâm not paying a
reconditioning fee when that cost shouldnât be
passed on to the customer. When a dealer
buys a car at auction or takes one in on trade,
they do so while knowing the estimated cost to
get that vehicle cleaned up and for sale. It was
done so prior to them posting the vehicle
online with their price as well as the paper
taped to the vehicle window (with price) on
their lot. He told me that he doesnât know how
else to explain it to me. Then said, âI know
who could help, though I hear heâs hard to get
ahold of these days. Warren Buffet could
explain it to you.â I replied with, the cost of
reconditioning falls on the dealer, not the
customer. Thereâs more, but thatâs plentyâ¦

Low ball offer on trade-in and when sales manager questioned why I thought his offer was low, I told him I used “his” dealership website that offers to give you a value range on your trade-in and he was $4,000 below the lowest range. His response was classic.. “I don’t know why they would do that”! Seriously? It was an insulting experience that lends itself to why buying cars can be so painful and frustrating.

Watch your invoice! I asked before we even looked at a vehicle. We didn't get a straight answer, even
after they "checked on it" Finally I was told that sometimes there is a "reconditioning" fee. The way it
was explained to me is that they look over the vehicle to make sure it is "sale ready" like if it needs a
new battery. And why I wondered isn't it "sale ready" before they go to sell it? Not as bad as "optional
packages" that aren't optional. The cars advertised were actually there and Peyton, the salesman who
helped us was great so they got 3 stars.

Emailed about this truck. Originally got emailed by 2 different people. Was speaking to one about getting a quote for my trade in. Didn’t get a response anymore. Got an email from another asking if they could help, never got a response back. Then the general manager asked what he could do to help. Told him I stopped getting responses. Then, after that one, no more responses. If you’re wanting a dealership that responds I’d suggest go somewhere else.
Dealer went out of his way to accommodate me, however, the vehicle wasn’t what I really wanted i wanted after test driving, plus very expensive with high mileage

No one ever responded to my inquiry, so I went in person. The first salesman that approached us was friendly and patient, however we were handed off to a more seasoned salesman who was less personable and pretty impatient. Because the vehicle I inquired about was no longer available we looked around at similar vehicles which seemed to irritate the salesman as if he wanted us to quickly decide. At some point, while we were looking at a vehicle, he disappeared, because of this we wound up leaving.

Everything you could possibly dislike about the car buying experience can be found here. Lack of communication, bait and switch, lies. Told the sales person, I would be in
that afternoon to look at a truck, I had asked about availability. When I get there, it has been sent to auction. No problem, said they could have it there tomorrow. I email the
sales person some questions the next morning, to no response. Several hours later the manager replies to tells me, they sold it that morning. HIs only response was, we
have plenty other vehicles on the lot. Do business here at your own risk.

They contacted after a couple days, I had to reach out to them to get any information on this car, my questions were answered and I was looking forward to purchasing this vehicle but had to find out they sold it the day before I was to go in. I asked if they had any vehicles with the same price and mileage also took them a fees days to get back. All in all tho when they reach out they answer all your questions.

Do not do business with this dealership. Price shown is not the price they give you they wanted to add over 2000 to the price. After working that out and getting deal done and they send an agreement to sale to the bank so we could pickup the vehicle they sale it out from under us. Very shadey dealership I should have read other reviews that said same before even dealing with them.
They were nice and helpful. Unfortunately we did nit like this vehicle as much as we’d hope. They helped up search their online inventory, but nothing else met my search criteria.

Gordon was the main reason I drove 31/2 hours and purchased the vehicle. At one point I was ready leave and he was able sweeten the deal. Malcolm is another superstar who made closing the deal a stress free situation.

The guys were friendly and helpful but what struck me as odd with these guys is that the car had a considerable amount of paint damage on the passenger side. They acknowledged that it was there and that they would take care of it. Which was all well and good, but they weren’t going to complete the repair until after to car sold and would have to have it bright back to them to be repaired. That creates a huge inconvenience for the customer and wasn’t worth the effort to me so I passed on the car. Poor outlook on customer service in my opinion.

This a great place to go but be warned!
They add a $2000 dealer reconditioning fee on top of the advertised price. So the truck may not be as good of a deal as you thought. That’s being deceptive in my book. Otherwise they were very polite and friendly to work with.

I contacted the dealership about a vehicle listed for sale.
The following day, I was contacted by a sales manger and we spoke about the vehicle
brielfly and he told me the car was in great shape. He informed me that he was going to
have a sales person call me, which he did. After explaining that he was going to take a
video walk around of the car, I thought this was a great idea... I explained I was hoping
to come over that afternoon to see the car. I was later contacted by the sales rep and
informed that the car was no longer for sale as it did not pass inspection. I asked WHY
was it listed for sale then. He explained that they typically take photos and immediately
list them for sale after they procure them...I explained I was curious to know what is
causing it to not pass inspection and if it was something small, we could still discuss the
purchase. He told me that he would call me later that day with the information. Took me
reaching out before I heard back.

Terrible to deal with.
I give them one star only because they was quickly to respond amd send the videos I asked of the vehicle. Past that service was terrible. I am from out of state and I have bought many vehicles in Texas but they claim they are unable to title the vehicle amd I would have to do my on personal banking loan. They would not be able to make a loan for me. They never ask me any credit info or ran credit checks nor gave me an opportunity to apply for financing with them. This was a very strange experience for buying a car. Salesman was kindly pushy and had terrible sales pitches.

If i could give the dealership 0 stars I would. I was contacted by Bobby in used cars. I explained to him that I sold cars for 7 years ( Range
Rovers) and I wanted to stream line the process. We spoke on the phone back and forth for a week. Let him know about the pre
qualification, and since I live in another state wanted to work out the details prior to my arrival. Long story short, he let his arrogance get in
the way when I asked to negotiate on the Price. Even worse, I spoke to a finance manager as well who told me the process for out of town
buyers. The very next day after Bobby, calls me and says, and I quote" We don't go out of town deals anymore, too many problems with the

We have a reconditioning fee of $1,598 on every vehicle in our inventory. This sis for the full service, inspections, repairs when needed, full interior and exterior detail, paint touch up and paintless dent repair. Document fee is $150. Government fee for title, license and registration is $138.25. These are all standard fees to every vehicle that we sell.

Very bad experience overall.
I went to their dealership excited because they had a car that I’ve always wanted. Once I got there, the car was not clean at all, the inside was filthy and the car itself smelled like an ash tray. The check engine light was still on and when I asked about it they said “once we get you to sign on a price we’ll check it out and let you know what’s wrong”. These guys are almost con artists, at first they told me they’d change out the tires because it wouldn’t pass inspection with them and 30 minutes later they said the tires were fine!
The car also had a cracked windshield that they didn’t show on their photos and that they wouldn’t take into consideration when talking about the price. The brakes were extremely low and on top of that they wanted to charge me with a $900 fee for getting the car ready to be sold. This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, save your money and time and go elsewhere.

Very helpful staff initially and could not have anticipated what was to come. After
the test drive everything went South! My trade was valued 3X BELOW other offers I
had already received and a LARGE CPO charge was added to the GOOD DEAL
price the car showed on CarGuru’s. I told them that I was insulted by this offer and
suddenly it turned out that they had ‘made a mistake’. Trade in went up to what I
expected and the CPO charge dropped by 60%! Do not go here unless you are
prepared and aware of what a good deal is because I doubt you will be offered one.

Nestor, the salesman, was genuine and very comminicative. They offered a fair trade-in and we ended up buying the car...not without a lot of negotiation, however. Initially, they quoted the wrong (higher) price, then added $1600 in "fees". Do your homework and know your numbers before you get there. Brandon, the finance guy, was outstanding. Some repairs had to be done before we picked up the vehicle. They were completed, as promised, and the car was detailed and in good shape. Overall, a good experience.

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had!!!! Bobby was the salesman I dealt with. I offered the internet asking price of a "certified pre-owned" truck, and when it was time to sign the buyer's order, he tried to add on extra warranties that I said I didnt want in the beginning. Then he tried to tell me that they hadn't added the cost of the certification on the asking price, so they were going to loose money. Wth?! After I thought we got everything squared away. I put a deposit down and was supposed to go pick up the truck Tuesday. I got a call Monday and Bobby told me that it went into the shop for something with the tailgate and it would be back out Thursday. Well come Thursday, they had sold it from under me! Tried to talk to the managers and nothing got accomplished. Worst and most dishonest dealership I have ever tried to do business with. STAY AWAY!

I had my own approval through a credit union and when I called to get a purchase agreement they said we can beat the rate and just come in a fall in love with the car. I said no I just want a purchase agreement so got off the phone and the sales manager provided me with a purchase agreement. Called them moday and said I sent it to my credit union and will have the drafting to you guys , they said somebody is already here and purchasing they vehicle. Well

I received one at 2 but didn’t have my trade plugged in and had a accessory fee of 1966 for reconditioning. I called right away and they said yeah it’s for a reconditing fee and it’s a certified pre - owned and we charge they on all

Not good. The car was listed on several sites at the same price however after making an appointment, taking several hours out of our Saturday afternoon, we were told that the price was actually$ 1,700 more than advertised. For someone who hates to deal with car salesman it made things worse.

I have never in my entire life dealt with such an irresponsible group of individuals as those that I dealt with today. My anxiety level has reached an all time high. I went to this dealership to purchase a truck that was "guaranteed" to me because I had given my credit card info the DAY BEFORE. I was told that it would be taken off the site. It was mine. That was a lie. I drove 3 hours to Mckinney, Texas just to be told that they had given this vehicle to someone else. Someone else that had yet to put money down. Why was this vehicle still on the lot when I was told that it would be taken off because I had made a deposit?? I went with two female friends to face a dealership full of men. I did EVERYTHING I was supposed to do and the guarantee wasn't honored. I wonder if the outcome would have been the same had I been a man or brought a man with me. I don't know. What I do know is that McKinney GMC BUICK will NEVER!! get business from me or anyone else I know or am affiliated with.

The gentleman who called me regarding this vehicle was awesome he attempted several times via email and phone. When I was able to call him back he was very generous very polite. I would definitely go through this company again

I drove to the dealership from out of town only to find out that they intended to charge me more than $3,000 over the price listed on this app. If you choose to deal with these people, be sure to clarify the actual price before you go there. It's likely to be less than competitive than it appears.

Bait and switch advertising. Offered an aggressive price on a truck, and then tried to add a $1295 reconditioning fee.

Quick and easy purchase!
Had a vehicle I wanted, needed to get some trade info before I tried to go up there. They couldn't get the numbers to work, but continued to call from different people starting over with the pricing. I guess if person 1 couldn't get it they pass you off to someone else. After 4 days of not getting a good deal, I bought somewhere else. Funny how another dealership would work a deal.

Made an offer. Accepted then recanted. That the vehicle had to be serviced and in the shop for $3000 worth of repair. This car is advertised as certified and ready for sale. Not honest advertisement. More like deceptive.

During initial contact w/ salesman, Quintin, I asked him specifically if the vehicle listed was "Good to Go." I was assured that it was. However, after reviewing the carfax, I discovered the veh was involved in an accident. Against my better judgement, I drove to the dealership. Veh was clean. However, in true "sleazy car" salesmanship fashion, the sales manager low-balled my trade-in and high-balled their vehicle. They cited that because they were not an Acura dealership and some other nonsense facts, that is why they "had" to low-ball my 2014 Acura MDX. The sales mgr, Victor, then proceeded to rationalize as well as minimize their vehicle's accident and also negated the fact that I would then have to face any depreciation if I was to try and re-sell the vehicle later on. I came prepared w/ my own NADA, KBB, and Blackbook appraisals and realized immediately their tactics. I called him out on his poor salesmanship and took my blank check to another dealership. I am now in the process of closing a deal on another vehicle and I don't mind paying more because the salesman, the dealership, and their vehicle are far more superior.

expected for Vette as nice as this one.
Everything else about my car buying
experience was satisfactory.
Could have made a sale Very small time to thier approach and service is non existant. Buyer beware.

Stay away from McKinney Buck GMC! They can never
tell the truth! They are quick to take your money and not produce
you with a vehicle! They took my trade-in, sold it; took my down
payment and never produced the vehicle I have a signed contract
on! I'm out my trade-in, down payment and don't have a vehicle to
drive. All the management I was dealing with was fired and the
new managment could careless about my situation!
Stay clear of McKinney Buck GMC!
