Dealer lied and said they couldn’t do anything with the price as it was as low as they could go already. A week later they dropped the price $1500. Typical.

Prompt follow up

Didn’t seem willing to negotiate. One of his salespeople was very pleasant and helpful. He went out of his way to try to make it work, but when he put the manager on there was nothing to talk about.

Unfortunately, there's not enough space here to completely cover the transaction. I bought the car from John Keady, who is, without question, the best sales representative I've ever dealt with. Not only did we get a deal that was about what I had expected and which was satisfactory to both of us, but John followed up with, not only an email, but also a telephone call telling us what a pleasure it had been to spend the afternoon with us. He said some very nice things about my wife and me, which we've always tried to ensure are true, and the very same can be said about him. During our negotiation, he carefully explained his reasoning about every point. I made the last offer and he made the last concession. And we went away more than satisfied with the transaction. While it makes no sense, it seems that, if you want a good deal on a Toyota, don't ignore your Volvo dealer! McGrath gets top marks from us.

From the initial contact to the signing of documents, Kevin Sugrue made this process absolutely SEEMLESS!!! Because I was coming from Arkansas, he sent clear pictures of the car and followed up with videos detailing any and every mark on the car. He was the first face to great me upon arrival and did an outstanding job making sure I had everything I needed. This was, by far, my best car buying experience to date!!!

I showed up to test a BMW M340i and got a great test drive. I should add everyone and everything was ready at the appointed time. There was a bit of wiggle room but a decision had to be made immediately as there was another buyer right behind me and I just wasn't prepared to drop that kind of money without a little thought. I know--that is typically a sales ploy but in this instance, the car was gone the next day.

Salesman Franz was knowledgeable and not pushy. I just ended up with a different vehicle.

Mcgrath responded on time. But I could not go see the vehicle as I purchased another one by then.

The dealership was in disarray, the point of contact kept changing. The final individual that reached out appeared confused and was misleading in available cars and dealership policy. The whole process was frustrating. I will not look at vehicles there again.

Drove 2hrs to get to dealership. Friendly, no sales pressure. A little over half way home the check engine light came on. The next morning the salesman emailed, thanked me for purchase and said to let him know if I needed anything. I told him about the check engine light. His response was that the light was not on while the car was at the dealership and “so that’s just unfortunate timing”. That was the last communication from them.

Even though the car I really wanted of theirs was sold before I could come buy it, they responded promptly and politely. Wouldn't have a problem buying from them in the future!

Car was nowhere near as advertised. Priced thousands too high for how car was described. If it had been the right car it still would have been too high. We drove a long way and were really disappointed. They offered us Starbucks gift cards for our trouble. Apparently that’s their sales technique. Get you there and try to sell you something else. Worst experience ever. We had read other reviews about this dealer that stated a similar story. I thought they were whiners. I was wrong.

John met with me to test drive a 2018 Volvo XC90 T6 R-Design and review the infotainment and safety features. I was pleased with the car, but I am still getting myself ready to part with my current vehicle. I am also looking at other makes and models to find the best deal. I appreciate their follow-up.

Initial response was quick but shortly after I was the one reaching out for updates. I stated that I was interested in the vehicle plus a couple others and little to no action from the dealer. I did get several canned responses from them asking if there was anything to do... Yeah, respond to my emails and let's get a deal done.. Not too complicated

We drove for over three hours to see two cars in near perfect condition. One had a bubble or repair that was quite visible on the trunk and the other smelled like a smoker had driven it. It was a long day. Another three hours coming back. People were nice but we won't go back.

I talked with a female salesperson her name begins with a S, she knows who she is. I asked if my car note could be under $500 with $8000 down on a $40k vehicle, she said she would call me back as she giggled and got no return call. This dealership thinks they are to big to fail, keep treating consumers the way you do and you will learn sooner than later like all the other forgotten car dealerships learned. Power to the buyers!

John the sales representative was very pleasant. And was very easy to get in contact with.

The staff was fine. The car was in rough shape,and was not ready for sale. It was a waste of time.

They have been regularly diligent in their follow-up emails.

Very helpful dealer!! However I found a car already

I felt the people I dealt with were both fair and attentive. After arriving at a purchase price, I was able to complete the transaction within an hour, certainly better than most car purchases I have made. There was no moving from office to office which I very much appreciated. When picking the car up two days later, everything was as promised, and I was soon on my way. I would consider McGrath the next time I purchase a car.

The car was not in good condition to buy, brakes were worn out, steering was shaking while braking, it very clear rotor worn out situation, lot of scratches inside and outside the car, and it was 33K one year used S60 R Design with 9K miles on it, so we requested to see another car. But the sales manager did not co-operate with us, rather tried to prove the car is good and tried to manipulate us to buy this car. Gave really bad impression about his other brand new cars, so we end up buying the bad car he wanted to sell. I don't know what was he thinking. I complained about his behavior to General Sales Manager while he apologies and offered a good discount on new car to make it up to sales manager's bad behavior. I had lost my will to do business there no matter how great the deal General Manger offered. It was overall a bad experience.

Every individual was helpful and willing to take time to do what they could to get me into the car I desired. I would recommend friends to them in the near future.

The staff very easy going and professional. Did not put any pressure on purchasing the car. Easy transaction. Finance gave me better than quote Apr on financing the car.

The 'great deal' car was incorrectly priced...and of course "sold". The car wasn't "sold" it was just re-listed at the corrected price, which I can understand...just be straight about it and you may have sold me a car this weekend instead of your competition.
