Very pushing, went to look at a certain car never shown the car. They try to push a newer more expensive car on me using the excuse I would never get a loan because of my credit score with an older car with lots of miles try to push a newer car with fewer miles costing a lot more money. What a surprise went to a different dealer looked at the same car same yours right around the same miles and I got a loan. Definitely would not recommend this dealership. One star is being generous.

I went to the dealership after receiving a call to view the
vehicle. The vehicle I was shown was not the vehicle
requested. I was taken to the correct vehicle, but the
sales rep did not have keys and the vehicle was locked. I
was told I would receive a call when they found the keys
for the vehicle, but I never received a response

Very enjoyable to work with. Purchased a Jaguar F-type from out of state. They sent all requested pictures of
the car I requested. Car was just as described, probably better. All paperwork was sent back and forth by
overnight express, at their expense. They also included shipping (250 miles). Bought on Saturday and car
arrived Thursday. Special thanks to Quincy (finance) and Ryan (sales).

Tyler Flores contacted me right away. He really worked with me on getting the deal I needed. He made the process simple. No problem taking the car to an independent service place to get it checked out. There were a few minor issues they were going to fix, so he let me take my trade-in home as a “loaner”. I am 1 1/2 hours away, and they’ll deliver my car when ready. Impressive.
The dealership called, emailed and text messaged to stay on top of my inquiry. Even though my car sold before I could fill out the finance paperwork, I would definitely consider doing business with them again!

Ran through all of the steps, put a deposit down. The sales person Tyler always hung up before I was done talking. The sales managers were unwilling to lower price even a little to get us to our monthly payment range. Long story short I lost my deposit for nothing, and the people there were just careless.

I never got s resonse about the vehicle I was interested in. I only got a bunch of canned emails wanting my business
So as we were sitting there (for a long long time, I might add- oldest tactic in the book), they came in and told us that the car's previous owner just showed up to buy it back and if we want it we'd better act now. Really? I mean, really??? The car's been on the lot for three months and the guy happens to show up at the exact time we were looking at it too? What do you even say to that?? Needless to say we left and didn't go back. Not sure I want to work with a dealer who honestly thinks I am that stupid.

Slow replies, esp. to my offers. After about 3 emails they said their price was
as low as it would go. By that time I had made and had an offer accepted at
another dealer. 3 stars for a reasonable price starting point on an apparently
beautiful older car.

I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle on Saturday and asked if it
was going to be there for sure because I lived an hour and a half away.
They assured me it would be there ready to go...I got there and it was
nowhere to be found and not one person in the dealership could locate it.
I test drove another vehicle that I knew I didn't want and ended up
leaving with a promise that they would contact me Monday before noon. I
hadn't heard from them by 1:00 on Monday so I called and was unable to
get ahold of the person I had been talking to. I called again an hour later
and was unable to get ahold of the person I wanted but another dealer
got on the phone and said he was taking over. A few hours later he found
the vehicle and asked when I could come test drive it to purchase. I said
I was not going to drive an hour and a half again unless we could agree
on a price- we never did end up agreeing on a price and I didn't end up
going back because I found the same vehicle with better features for a
better price and they worked with me on the price that we could agree on
before we drove the three and a half hours it took to get to that one. The
dealer I was working with at Zimmerman had continued calling multiple
times a day and I wasn't able to get back to him until after I had
purchased the other vehicle because I was busy with work.
Overall, the dealers I spoke with were very polite, but the second dealer
was very pushy. I could tell that he thought he could get me to pay the
higher price and that if I drove the hour and a half I would just agree to
the higher price so I didn't drive there for nothing again, and I assume
that is because I am a young female. That's a problem with many
dealers- not just Zimmerman. I don't blame them for wanting to make the
sale since that's their job, but I do wish they would have been able to
locate the vehicle I asked for when I was there. Upon reading reviews on
their Facebook site, this is not uncommon for this dealer- not sure about
the reasoning behind that, but multiple people had the same experience I
did. It worked out well in the end because I got a better vehicle for a
better price that I absolutely love.
They were also going to only give me $1,700 for my car to trade-in, even
though the KBB price is minimum $5,000 and on AutoTrader it sells for
$7,100 on average. Again, fine with me because I have the ability to sell
my car privately but many people are unable to purchase a vehicle
without a trade-in.
I wouldn't say that they are a terrible car dealership- in the future I may
end up using them again depending on the price of the vehicle I want,
but I would know what to expect and be prepared for the process.

I felt the price was fair, but they use the typical "used car" salesman tactics on trade-in and in the finance dept. Wes is a stand-up sales rep and worked hard on customer service. Undecided on if they have earned more biz down the road.

I felt insulted by the way the gentleman treated me. Not the fellow that I
dealt with, but the man who has the final say on the transaction. I drove
over 4 hours and this man told me that they didn't want my vehicle and
then he offered me $1000 for it, i mentioned to him that i had found ouut
that trade in was around $3690 ffor my vehicle, and he responded that
he could buy them all day for $2800 on line. He said if mine was worth
$3690 then what was his worth. I knew what his was worth, so why did he
advertise it for $13,970. He said that i must have known it was a good
deal or I would not have driven clear across the state. If he was firm on
his vehicle and didn't want to take a trade then he should have stated it
as such.

I feel that the auto was a good deal, but when I saw that it had been hit in the side, a new title issued, I decided not to go for it. Thank You. I'm very satisfied with Zimmerman Fords service.

(Every time I was told it inventory showed it on the lot but at no time could anyone locate it.)

reasonable for the vehicle and the work they were doing on it, was still more
than I wanted to pay.

The car I emailed about wasn't on the lot
despite a salesman emailing me to set up
a time to come and see it. We did go to
look and they brought their sales
manager out to try and sell us a brand
new car knowing it was out of our stated
price range. Not impressed.

Had a unpleasurable experience. We had
made a deal that they would pay for
install of a sunroof and then they tried to
get out of it. Found out while dealing
that a strut needed repaired and we
would have to schedule for that and the
car hadn't been detailed, still had a
booster seat in the trunk. Saleman tried
to tell us it had been detailed and they
didnt have time to do it again. We held to
our deal and actually took the car home
for the night waiting for them to decide if
they would stand true to what they
offered us. They did call and decided to
go ahead with the deal so we returned
the next day to finish paperwork.
Realized the fob didn't work so asked
salesman to have it checked out and he
returned from service and handed me
the fob while stating I would have to
take it to a Chrysler dealer to fix. I then
told him what he could do with the fob
and we took our old car back. Guess I
assumed when buying a vehicle that it
should be in working order and clean
when you drive away with it, guess I
assumed wrong.

Fantastic from start to finish! Whole
team was responsive and listened to my
needs as a customer. They were the 2nd
dealership I visited that day, but they
should have been the first.
The buying experience was so pleasant. I didn't end up getting the Hyundai that I originally went to look at but I did get a Ford Focus that I just LOVE! They stayed with me until everything was done and I didn't feel rushed nor did I sense that the staff had an attitude about needing to stay just a little late. My family has bought cars from them in the past as well and when I told them that I was going to Zimmerman they were all thumbs up!
