I was browsing the site on an afternoon and as soon as I entered my info I received a call from the dealer. They had a vehicle I wanted to purchase and explained to them that I was not going to be able to purchase it until the following Monday due to my father’s wake, funeral, and family obligations. We discussed the need for a down payment and the sales person said she would check with her manager and get back to me.
I was never contacted until Monday morning only to be told it sold Saturday afternoon!
Where I come from a person’s word means something. Not so here. I’ll do business elsewhere.

Went to the dealership and as soon as I arrived told
me the car just sold 30 mins ago. I asked why I
wasn’t informed and the rep told me he wasn’t
aware that it was sold. Asked to see if they had
similar cars they could show me and was told no.
On the way home my wife found another model with
the same specs at the same dealership. When I
called the rep said he wasn’t aware of this. Later
called back and said they did indeed have the car. I
won’t be buying a car from them.

Nice people to deal with, straight shooters but price their vehicles at a minimum 2k higher than any other dealership. If you’re looking for pre certified then I guess the price does reflect the value of that. Not needed imo when purchasing Toyota. They last 300k with routine maintenance.

Melissa Gracia was very very pleasant. I talked to
her several times on a vehicle they had that I was
interested in. But we were so far apart in price. I
have found that certain colors go less while other
cars same thing with maybe 10 miles different go
much higher. They still have the same value. I knew
going into this what I was willing to spend . So Iâll
keep shopping. But Melissa was excellent to talk
too. Iâm giving Melissa a 3, I think they are very
busy with the the internet that they try and keep up
with. We were too far apart with price for me to
purchase. So Iâm continue my search.

Although salesperson was friendly the inconvenience I was caused erases that. I was told the truck was on site for a test drive , I live 40 minutes away. When I arrived she had said “ sorry” but the truck was still in transit and didn’t know when it would be on the lot. A week later it was sold!!!

Savannah was excellent, and very responsive - they had great pricing, but their car was missing one option we

Omar and the entire dealership was great to work with. They had my vehicle waiting up front when I arrived, clean as a whistle and ready to go. Everything went smoothly and I was in and out in about an hour. Me and my wife had our grandson along for the trip and everyone at the dealership was even very accomodating to him. Loved this place and would absolutely recommend visiting and purchashing from.

I am from Joliet Plainfield area it is very hard to get a good deal on any car out here. So I ended up heading out to Schaumburg where I was bounced around to three different people and I felt like they did not want to sell me a car worst sales people I’ve ever encountered. So I headed out to Elmhurst Toyota where everyone was very nice I ended up working out a deal on a Highlander Limited 2019 whole process didn’t take more than hour and a half to two hours And I was heading home with the vehicle I wanted I recommend this dealership to everyone

They tried. I give James credit for trying to sell me this Toyota Tacoma I asked to test drive. We went for a test drive- he was in the back seat and jumped up and reached over to the steering wheel to hit a bunch of buttons to try to show me the stereo and stuff.- while driving in an area I'm not familiar with at 45 MPH. The tires were shot on the truck they were more worn down than the tires I just replaced on my back up car. They tried - just not for me.

They were responsive and gave us a great deal on the car we were looking for. Kevin Merse
was a helpful and responsive sales rep. The person that contacts you from CarGurus takes
you through the full buying process, which I really appreciated.
Taking off a star for a couple of reasons. 1) While many reps wore masks, a few didn't, which
made us uncomfortable. Further, some had their noses exposed in the mask, which defeats
the purpose. The finance guy was coughing in a closed room with us in it and his nose
exposed, and now we're quarantining. Won't matter to everyone, but if it matters to you, take
note. 2) Our credit union offered to beat our interest rate on the loan if they'd make us an offer
in writing, which they outright refused to do. I think that's pretty typical, but we were annoyed.
Still, we walked out with the car we wanted at an unbeatable price, so the buying experience
was good overall, especially compared to other shops. We'd shop there again.

Friendly, not pushy and treated my wife well. Also efficient- we did not spend a ton of downtime wasted. Car was in great condition and clean. Also put a full tank of gas in it for us when we purchased. Something we did not get from other dealers recently.

Was very upfront with their offered price and responsive to counteroffers.
They just couldn't find the vehicle that matched exactly what we wanted,
which is a shame because I would have bought from them based on their
candor and speed!
Jasmine took us for the test drive. Did not know
much about the vehicle. But she was very
pleasant. The manager she brought over to
“close” the deal was very arrogant and
condescending and let’s put it this way, “less
than truthful”. Needless to say I did not purchase
the vehicle. I felt very uneasy about the whole
thing and went with gut. I walked out. I’m glad I
did because I found the exact same car in much
better condition and the shenanigans!

I'll never do business with them again. I made an appointment with them to test drive the car. When I got there, I found out they sold it the day before. Then they tried to show me a make of car that I didn't want. No one bothered to call me to say that the car had been sold the day before. They wasted my time.

While the dealer did not actually lie to me about the condition of the vehicle I was interested in,
I feel they did delay in telling me pertinent facts about it that would influence my decision to
visit them or not. They also delayed putting actual photos of the vehicle on CarGurus while
using stck artwork in place of photos on their own website for the vehicle I was looking at. I will
not show interest in a vehicle from this dealer again.

Hey Folks...This vehicle has 68,074 as of this post date. Not the 60,050 being advertised. That's an 8000 mile difference! That should be updated with that kind of variation! They say on their website odometer is 2521miles below market average! Comon!! It's over the average!

The dealer was ok but the vehicle has some significant damage and needed some other cosmetic work.
Overall I did not feel it was worth financing, if I had cash, I may have purchased this vehicle. I've seen others in better condition for the money.

I negotiated for the 2014 Tucson SE AWD and after a mutual online
agreement with the agent, it was decided that I come over, with the full
payment, this Wed. I made all bank transactions and even got my
trade in car title for a satisfactory buy and sell .
I get an email the car is sold, the evening before my day of going to
the dealer.
Disappointed. After 3 days of negotiations and getting ready, to be
given the disappointing news.

Emailed back very quickly. Made an appointment to see the car. Got there and the car wasn't clean. Opened sweet & low packages in the door slots. Visor was dirty with finger prints. Pulled down the armrest in the back seat and found a half eaten dog biscuit. For having an appointment, I was very disappointed is the presentation of this car.

Huge, gorgeous facility with many cool features other dealers don't have. Unfortunately that was the best of it. I went in to see a specific car, but before I could see it, the salesperson sat me down and asked for all kinds of personal information. I wanted to see the car first to make sure it was still available. When i pointed this out, she stated that the car was being detailed at the time. Very unfriendly and not in the least bit interested or motivated to make a sale. I walked out. If this was an indication of the customer service I was going to receive at that place, I would rather take my business elsewhere.

The dealer had to be called 3 times to get information on the options available in the car. They seemed to be eager to get me to test drive it before I found out about all its features. Specifically, I asked if the car had Navigation, and had to call thrice to get an answer.. that it did not have navigation.

Went to Elmhurst toyota to see,vechile I get there
and don't see red tacoma with topper. I go in to ask.
A polish woman tells me they have truck. I go out
and she shows me one with no topper. I state that I
have been looking at this truck for two weeks with
the topper, color red and with 202,000. She states
that this one with 202,000 is new. I tell her I saw it on
web at elmhurst. She lies to me and states again that
they only had it 2 days when I've been watching for 2
weeks. I contact the customer help line at elmhurst
toyota and when I tell her about it she hangs up on
me. I stated the truck picture was taken in a garage.
The polish lady stated all trucks pictures are taken
outside.Another lie cause when I got home the pic
was changed and the new pic with tacoma red with
202,000 was taken in same garage. They took topper
off so they could repost to show less days on
market. Elmhurst toyota are liars, and a shady
dealership. They think the public is dumb. All I
wanted was an honest answer and I maybe would
have considered truck. Lying to my face is not a way
to get customers. I love toyotas but am telling
everyone to STAY AWAY from Elmhurst Toyota!!!

I was contacted by Melissa, who ignored my note asking them
not to
call me but to email me because I work nights, after calling me
at 10am she
proceeded to call, text, and email me until I responded. The
price they had
listed was very high and I asked her what they could do. She
responded by
asking me what I wanted to pay and added a smiley face to the
email. Her
interactions continued in this childish manner until I finally
offered a lowball
price for the car. She then ignored me for three days before
responding to
say her manager refused the price and I should stop by and see
the car and I
would understand its value. NOPE! Done playing games. I want

After I test drove the vehicle and agreed on price I discovered that at
delivery they had removed the all season floor mats. When I
inquired why they were not in the car the salesman said they were
not part of the car and would cost an additional $600. ...Classic bait
and switch. In truth I should have walked out but I purchased the
car and drove directly to Weather Tech's showroom and purchased
a more complete set for $400

Excellent Experience! Internet sales and manager were very
accommodating! The experience went just as I'd hoped it would!
PJ (sales) knew exactly what I wanted, listened to me and stayed
positive throughout! My overall experience was the BEST and
most comfortable I've ever had purchasing a vehicle!
Positive environment / friendly personnel - highly recommend to

Dealer followed up immediately and was
respectfully persistent but not at all
pushy. Every question I had was
answered quickly and thoroughly.
We didn't end up buying from them but I
would refer them to anyone looking for a
good deal on a high quality used
vehicle.

Folks were great to deal with and showed me several vehicles that they thought I would consider. That was above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend them hands down. I dealt with William Perez, didn't push anything on me just helped to find what I was looking for.

service for purchase was very good. Had to negociate for fair trade in value. Got good price for replacement vechile. Would try them again, but like every dealer I have eve been to one deal a a time.

Absolutely the best and most respectful dealer in town. Very courteous to women. Answered my questions, took every minute I needed; it turned out I needed a number of hours to make my decision. Were most eager to negotiate down the last detail. Highly recommended. Also, my English is superb, but I liked how all the salespeople were respectful and many spoke more than one language.
