Quick and informative response
Customer service was great. They will not hold or reserve cars so driving in from out of state could ultimately be a bust but in our case it worked out. Gerry was great to work with and John, who is learning the ropes, was very professional and accommodating. Gene in finance helped us find a great rate and terms. Car is functioning perfectly a week into this adventure.

Made an appointment to see the car. Drove 30 minutes in traffic to get there, called them to reconfirm I was coming to see the car while I was driving. Once there I was told the car had just been sold. Not fond of these kind of games.

Was very responsive to all my issues and concerns. They were patient and committed to my having a valuable experience. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
I test drove the vehicle on a Wednesday night, I planned on coming in to purchase the vehicle after work on Thursday. Dealership personnel called me Thursday morning to verify. Later that day they informed me they sold the vehicle. Be careful about this dealerships sales team's. I reported this to the GM and he was helpful. Very disappointed with this Dealership. Thank You.
This is the second time I've bought a car from them. This was definitely a different experience than the first. I was happy with the salesman, but every other aspect was pretty disappointing.
The first time I came 4 years ago it really felt like a top tier experience. It wasn't the case this time. I didn't want to drive an hour away to get a car unless they were willing to offer me a fair price for my trade in, and they didn't. I felt compelled to take the offer so I didn't waste my time. They assured me that it was impossible to give me more for my vehicle because of what they were selling for. The lady I talked to on the phone assured me they'd give me top dollar for my trade in. That definitely didn't happen. I didn't get the $500 off for buying again from them. The car wasn't clean when it was brought out for a test drive. I'm going to have to bring the car up there again to get it cleaned even though they said they'd pick it up and bring it back. Just disappointed overall..

First thing in the morning Monday I had requested and uploaded all my trade info and requested an appointment at 6pm for a test drive. After having an entire day to prep the car was filthy outside and in, not moved and zero attention given to my trade - I left with no info on my trade and wasn’t called back for days and they still didn’t have a trade number. If their car was clean mine was from Heaven. They offered $5300 less than what I did trade my vehicle in for on a much cleaner nicer vehicle. This was a waste of time and a joke for me. The internet people are prompt and call you back the rest of the team dropped the ball. The vehicle drove decent but had a rattle, dings and curb rashed rims.

Was able to get in to see the car quickly. Once we saw the car we had concerns. Was given the mechanics evaluation but it seemed the dealer did not want to address any of the problems. I guess with stock so low they don’t need to please customers. People were nice just not serious about selling cars

They responded with a junk email and a text message, though they never called. When I called the next day, they said the vehicle was on a test drive and they would call back and let me know if it was still available. I was ready to purchase with a prequalified loan. They never called back and failed to answer the phone. NOT the Professionalism I was expecting from a Cadilac dealership!

I spoke with a representative and made an appointment to come in for a test drive. When I arrived the car was not there. They all seemed to know it was being detailed. It wouldn’t be ready to test drive for days. As I was very interested in the car and had driven quite a distance to get there, the salesperson suggested I could test drive a similar car and begin paperwork. Sure, but I made it clear I was not signing anything until I saw the car I had come in to see and test drove it. I had already received a trade in value for car elsewhere. Not only was the trade in “deal” they offered $5,000 less that I had been guaranteed elsewhere, the financing numbers seemed high and there was no interest rate shown. Lots of fast talk and no numbers that made sense. I walked out, no car is worth being treated that way. My fault I didn’t walk out immediately.

Quite possibly one of the worst experiences when negotiating. Came to an agreed upon price, which took way too long as
they played the trade-in value game, but once revealing that the payment would be in cash, the offer was revoked. All that
time negotiating for barely a couple of cents, for nothing. The shrewd associate manager advised us that they don't negotiate
used vehicles and wanted full price, even for a nurse during the pandemic. This experience ruined my week; I'd suggest not
going here unless you wanted to see some cool Audi's. Email response times take a couple of days as well.

They were prompt in getting back with me and were helpful answering questions
They try every possible way to manipulate numbers and take more of your money. They never talk real numbers but use terms such as “taxes and fees” to charge you extra. They don’t drop the price but instead say things like “are you okay with this monthly payment “ which prevents us from seeing the big picture. They make you wait and never give a good deal hoping that you’ll just accept whatever deal they proposed at the end of the day in frustration. Worst experience ever.

Had a good dealership experience. Only downside was wait time was too long as financing was challenging due to negative equity on trade. They could have let us go and work in the background with follow-up response. Otherwise it was pleasant experience on everything from reception till deal-making.

Tried to switch me into a car I had no interest in then, only was able to drop the price $200, and Then offered a price on my trade that was 5k less the average Kelly Blue Book. We traveled 1.5 hrs from Milwaukee on a Monday evening to look at the 2017 Subaru WRX . The dealership was impressive and the staff was great to work with. After the decision was made, we worked out a deal to buy the car. The finances could not be completed that night. Omar, the salesman offered to drive the vehicle back up to Brookfield the next day to complete the transaction and did so. That's amazing customer service!

Dealership is too big, too busy, too many hurdles and hoops in the 'buying process'. I actually
walked into their showroom after checking out a used car on their lot. I made a reasonable
offer on the car to the showroom host who greeted me. I then sat down and waited for 15
minutes, but was never introduced to a sales person. I was told I would need to go through
their 'buying process' before I could speak to someone in sales. Buying process?? I was
hungry, had come a long way from home to buy this car they advertised on the internet (I even
had an appointment for that time, set up earlier in the week by one of their on-line sales
people) and was short on time, needing to get back home and then to work. So instead of
getting sucked into their 'buying process', I went to lunch (drive-thru) and then bought a better
car for less money from a more personable dealership just down the road. Quick, easy, and
fair process. Guess big isn't always better for McGrath Audi??

The original car was not available, but they had another one that was very similar. I bought a different one from them and it was perfect. Very solid car and a fair price. I will buy from them again when my next child is old enough. It was a great experience and I am very happy with my purchase.

Overall, very unhappy with this dealership. After reaching out to them from CarGurus, I got a fast response which I replied to and provided my number to text. After waiting the rest of that day and next morning I sent another email asking for them to text me. I waited until later that day and went to their website to submit a request directly with them and finally had someone text me. I asked for pictures of the car because there were none posted and didn't hear a thing. I waited 24 hours before texting again and got a phone call 24 hours after that saying the car was still in transit and they would get me pictures when it arrived. I sent a message asking how long until the car was supposed to arrive on 5/24 at 5PM. They finally replied back on 5/27 at 6PM. I got a message from another number today (5/28) that the car has sold. I understand texting isn't the easiest way to buy a car but it was the only way I could as I was working. I woudn't recommend this dealership.

My new Audi family made sure I was happy
The internet sales agent advised me that they would meet my price and convinced me to come in since it was the “last day of the month” and that deals were being made. I took four hours out of my day to meet with him and came to find out that it was smoke and mirrors. Not only did they not meet my price, they turned me away without any sign that they would want my business. I will be sticking with BMW as Audi proved for the second time it hires terrible employees.

I was very impressed with the demeanor of "ALL" the salesmen and some of the other staff members. After seeing this vehicle and getting the few required items fix on the truck I ended up purchasing this truck. Unfortunately,there was one REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE and that was when the finance guy came into the lobby to ask if I had the check.. MCGRATH! you are well known for your PRESTIGE! However, that took away one of your stars. FYI next time make sure the finance guy take the customer in a room for privacy purposes. That's the professional way.
Overall I was pleased and will do business again with McGrath minus the finance guy.LOL

Even though I spoke to the internet sales rep who assured me this car would be there waiting for me to test drive it, upon arrival (we live over an hour away!) we were told the car is at a mechanic. That was upsetting. The wait to see a car sales person was super long! We did end up with a great guy and did end up buying a new car that is way over our budget . The experience was pleasant, although I am now finding out that despite being told the car we were buying had all those features. A week in we are finding out that’s not true and when contacted McGrath we are told that “no, what you’re asking about is in the more expensive package which you do not have” that’s disappointing.

Definitely would recommend for anyone interested in dealing with them. We drove from milwaukee to there (hour and a half drive) and were not disappointed!
Very helpful and accommodating. They offer a free warranty program that fixes/replaces crack windshields, and the used car I bought has a few chips on its windshield. So now I have to use my one free replacement instead of them just taking care of it before I bought it. Otherwise, everyone was nice, financing was very helpful, and I left overall feeling happy with the purchase.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They were willing to work with me thru every step of the buying process. The only complaint I have is that the agreed payment amount and price changed once I spoke with McGrath finance. I was presented with a very expensive warranty and they made it seem almost mandatory that I purchase it. We finally settled on a warranty that would cover the necessary items.

The buying experience wasn't too bad as everyone was friendly and courteous. After the sale, not so much. They were supposed to get back to me about the spare key that's missing, the fact that they misrepresented a backup camera feature in the listing that the vehicle doesn't have, and there's a dent in the front bumper on the driver's side that they failed to disclose. I raised these concerns the day after the sale and haven't heard anything back in almost 2 weeks. Disappointing for sure, I would not recommend McGrath Audi to anyone.

When I contacted about McGrath the price listed on CarGurus for $16,559,
but McGrath quoted $21,989. Apparently the price listed on CarGurus was a
mistake, but rather than explain the error McGrath offered older cars with
higher mileage in the $16K price range. Made it appear like McGrath was
trying to pull a bait and switch.
My experience with McGrath makes weary to ever want to try to deal with
them again.

The car was perfect, the price was fair, the dealership building was spectacular, the buying experience was the worst I have ever had. Buying a car should be a memorable experience with a high level of satisfaction. McGrath personnel "dropped the ball" their words not mine multiple times in this transaction. I had everyone up to the General Manager apologizing but never exhibiting any desire to achieve customer satisfaction. They would not allow me to make a deposit to hold the car over the phone. They did not know sales tax had to be collected for my home state, Michigan, even when I specifically asked. They would not allow me to sign a Power of Attorney to designate another individual to act on my behalf at the sale, which required me to travel 9 hours (round trip) to have them "see my face" with my drivers license, even though the sale was not being financed. They led us to a signing desk in their beautiful dealership and asked us to sit in 3 heavily stained chairs, two of which were obviously urine soaked stains covering 50% of the upholstery. When the General Manager came to speak with us I had to ask him what his position was. He apologized, but I don't think he knew why. Instead he wanted to talk about winterizing his boat because he came from Arizona 6 months ago. Why would I want to have that conversation when everyone knew I was unhappy with their inflexibility and inability to achieve customer satisfaction.. I could go on. My recommendation would be only consider doing business with McGrath if you are in the Chicago area and make sure you look at the chair they want you to sit in because someone may have peed their pants during their negotiations.
It was unfortunate that we couldn’t close the sale on the vehicle I was interested in. They do not let you place a down payment over the phone to place travel arrangements. I needed the title to close on the deal and they did not have it and it had a lien on it. Joe tried working a deal I just wasn’t fond of but his communication was great. Even though I stepped back until They had the title he still kept in contact with me daily and sent me anything I requested.It was just an unfortunate event that was beyond Joe. I definitely would do business with them with it all being said and done.

The car was sold before I was able to get there. The dealer let me know immediately when it sold and I did not have to drive there.
The salesperson I dealt with was very helpful.
He took the time to answer questions, FaceTime with me and also send extra photos.
The dealer dropped the price on the vehicle by $500 for me, HOWEVER, when they sent paperwork over to reserve the vehicle, they tried to add on an accessory charge of $299 for Nitrogen fill in the tires which ultimately lead to the cancel of our deal.
We felt that the trust we had in the dealership was lost due to them adding money to an already negotiated price.
I would give the salesperson a 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
But the person who directed the accessories charge of $299 a -1 ⭐️

The dealer did not respond to my CarGurus e-mail inquiry, but when I called I was told I would get an Amazon gift card if I made the trip. I did not have confidence in the car's engine when I looked at it after a short test drive, and a service contract was not available (they do offer a 3-month 30,000 mile warranty on all their cars), so no deal; but I did get the gift card, and personnel were straight forward and professional.
