The sales man ( jimmy ) he has bad attitude the way he talk to customer not right I won’t go back there bad experience. He never call me back about truck i was gunna buy I won’t recommend this dealer. Thanks

car! I didn't even end up purchasing, and they were very kind and helpful.

Not a good experience overall! Poor communication and misquoted on this vehicle. After trying to contact the initial salesperson with follow-up emails and calls, I was
contacted by another agent who old me The initial agent was out for a few days, then was told he was not employed there any longer? Follow up agent ended up misquoting
me on the vehicle I was interested in. We had several email interactions, but in the end, I lost out on the vehicle. I was told it had sold to someone else. The sales manager
got involved and made the situation even worse. My first experience with this dealership, and probably my last. Have notified the owner, no response as of today's date.

My wife and I had a very nice experience. Hampton had the special optioned car I was looking for. After the price negotiation was completed, the process went very smoothly. Michelle M. was terrific and easy to work with.

Guys were really easy going. Fastest time I've spent at a dealer. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for a used car to give them a look

I would never ever again go anywhere else!. Brendan (Mgr in charge of used cars) was just wonderful. He is a 25+yr Ford Master Mechanic, and he supervises the repair/inspection of used veh. for the dealership; He is now head of sales of the used vehicles. BUT he is not "just a salesman"; he personally checks every vehicle. He lets the car sell itself; never any pressure.
Let's face it; buying a new or used vehicle is stressful for most of us. Brendan makes it all pleasant and with no stress.

Didn't end up getting a car from them, but they were very responsive and
helpful. We just couldn't agree on a price, but when I gave them my criteria
for a car, they went off and searched for me so I didn't have to stare at the
computer screen all day. Would definitely consider them again.

Very friendly service. Was driving down the road within an hour of the test drive with my new
pre owned vehicle. It was a used vehicle,however Hampton Ford had it looking brand new. The vehicle was fully serviced and ready for state inspection. They fixed the parts that needed replacing, rather than hiding problems with the vehicle before the sale. Very happy with them.

Fantastic experience at Hampton Ford Hyundai. They bent over backwards
to make the car buying experience a breeze and a pleasure. I worked with
Mark, who went above and beyond to make sure I not only got the car I
wanted but also helped me get a better deal for my trade-in (even though I
wasn't trading it in to Hampton!) and even stayed late to make sure I was
able to drive off the lot happy. I highly recommend this family owned
business.

Not only did the dealer contact me the next working day, they
answered all my questions. That's very rare! I went to see the
car and Brenden was very friendly, helpful, and low-pressure.
