Got deal set up knew I was upside down on current trade in they lowballed the trade in and then we agreed on monthly payment w/ 2k down then they submitted finance app after numerous failed attempts and lower credit score from 810 to 805 and said then would need a 12k down payment. When I said no they then asked what I could put down... I told them I didn't want work or buy anything from them. They sent 2 or 3 more emails and said maybe at a later time we could make a deal

The sales and finance people lead you on all the way up to signing the final agreement,
then slam you with a different bottom line than the one initially promised. Even their
advertisements are misleading, promising a 0% interest for 2025, then charging 1.9% for
2025 'Certain' models.
To call them scam artists is too kind.

The 2012 Nissan Murano was sold by the time I arrived to the dealership, but Yusuf A provided other options similar to this one and within the same price. He showed me a 2015 Mazda CX-5 and I loved it! It was much better than what I originally wanted and he offered helpful insight to determine if this was the right car for me! I purchased that one and I couldn't be happier! Great dealership!!

After initial contact, salesman advises in subsequent note he
"thought" the car had traded... advised he had "a ton" others
available, but did not advise he was working another car lot's
inventory from more than an hour away. We waited 2 hours for
another vehicle, even tho' I had explained my time limitation. Then
the "Honda Certified" as represented, turned out not to be certified at
all. Whole experience was a joke... oh and my fault per the salesman.

The dealership was helpful but unfortunately the vehicle was already sold when I contacted them but I feel they are some
good people and if I was in the area I would recommend them to other people.

This dealer advertised the car for sale and then told me it was still being processed. They ultimately sent it to auction. Why would you
advertise a car for sale that you don't actually have for sale? I wasn't interested in anything else they had for sale.
The sales team responded immediately on the same day and even emailed a video to say hello and introduce themselves. My car sold before I could travel out of town to test drive, but I was very impressed. Outgoing, friendly, professional sales staff. I will keep them in mind for a future purchase!

The salesman was great the car was great just as they advertised we did buy the car but everything after that was a
mess the trade in was not right on the paperwork had to send it back then got the new paperwork and my wife's
name was incorrect and had to send it back again still waiting on titan McCarthy really need to look into the way they
are doing business at this location.

The car we contacted the dealership about was a Toyota Rav4 --
appointment made and confirmed the prior evening. The car was not
available when we arrived the following p.m. from about 75 miles away.
The salesman at the site were not aware of us coming--they were cordial
and apologized. It seems the central office did not contact them. A
problem with dealerships we are finding.

They were friendly and willing to work on the price with us a little bit. They did make us drive 100 miles to go get the car but they stayed late with us to close the deal. We had a great experience.

Not happy with their service, I
was very disappointed. I would
not recommend "Briggs Nissan"
to family or friends, sadly to say,
anyone! Very pushy, not honest,
rude at times. I was mad at
myself that I stayed as long as I
did. But, I liked the vehicle I
tested out. Bottom line...I
purchased my new vehicle
elsewhere!

Responded quickly. Had a few minor issues with the car but they fixed them after I had to get the sales manager Jeff involved. He saved the day.

Gabe contacted me promptly. He sent photos of the
Sprinter that I was interested in. He answered many questions on
the vehicle. We started to negotiate pricing and shipping charges
to Houston, TX. The price that he presented was a different from
our discussion. I asked him to e-mail details of the price of van
along with shipping since I was currently out of town on a
business trip. Two days later I get an e-mail from him that
someone already put a deposit on the vehicle. I guess the other
buyer wanted to pay more than me.
