Quickly responded
Not impressed. The car was listed by this dealership and
on the Hyundai certified pre-owned website. They were
keeping prices updated. One day after a price update, I
reached out and a salesman reached out to me to inform
me that the car had been sold two weeks before. That
was over a week ago.
The car is STILL listed, but now with a higher price and
new photos. Very suspicious, and makes me glad I
already found and bought a different car last weekend.

Everyone there was very helpful and great to work with.
I just bought a 2018 Nissan armada from this dealership and they were amazing! Great customer service, very friendly and awesome people. They really took good care of me. Am enjoying the vehicle I bought and they will definitely see me again for another buy. There is a guy by name Roderick Brown or Rod brown, he is an amazing guy.

Great car buying experience With Blue Springs Hyundai.
We sent an inquiry about a pickup truck that
they had for sale and was contacted very
quickly. The sales staff was very nice and
answered all of our questions. At the same
time we had also contacted several other
dealerships about pickups they had for sale
and most of them never contacted us back.
We ultimately decided not to purchase one at
this time but when we do we are definitely
going to call McCarthy Blue Springs back. We
really appreciated the time that they spent

Not bad rims in horrible shape buying rims so it wasn't a deal breaker but if I wasn't no deal they that bad for a car with low miles
They sent way too many emails from all sorts of different sales reps/managers. Very confusing and I replied telling them that. The amount of emails was almost harassing.
I would never express interest with this dealer again.

Absolutely terrible. General manager was rude, still haven't gotten all the paperwork we need to register car. Said
they could not drop price when I went to test drive and low and behold, the very next day the price was dropped.
Ended up buying because car was hard to find. No follow up from them at all. Would not recommend to anyone.

This car is NO LONGER THERE. That is their trick to get you in. I test drive another car while I was there and ran out of gas on the interstate during rush hour. They didn’t even think to check the gas before a test drive. The salesman insulted my price range several times. Do NOT waste your time at this dealership. They are liars and unprofessional.

Robert, 0 Stars overall rating!! Made a video, (1 Star), for me to see the vehicle. Made a date to come look at the vehicle. Vehicle hadn't even been inspected, so when it was, it didn't pass, for reasons I wasn't informed of. Yet the very following day, the vehicle was apparently sold online. Not him, but one of his associates contacted me back saying it wasn't sold, but was no longer at the dealership. Sincerely, Unsatisfied Costumer.

They put the vehicle up for sale, took several hours to get a reply, said it would be the following day before they would have a price. I asked them not to do any service so i could. Very late the following day i got a text saying they decoded it was to much to fix and said they sold it to a different lot. That seemed a little rude and i figured they already promised it or a friend of someone working there got some strings pulled.

Dylan was friendly, but not completely honest about a Hyundai 2011 we were
interested in. A week ago, we inquired about it, and were told it was
unavailable. Then we were informed a week a later it was available. We drove
30 min out to see it, but then we were told "it sold literally 10 minutes ago."
Not true. Please be honest with your customers. Then he proceeded to show
us 2 cars we could not afford (we only wanted to pay cash) When we did not
budge on financing, he told us he would contact us if anything came into the
lot that would be within our price range. However, we will be looking for our
car through other sources. Sometimes, a dealership is not the way to go.

They refused to answer one question. I asked them to give me a cash price. They don't discuss that unless if you come to they office. I will no drive 38 miles just for that. Also I think car was overpriced.

Upon arrival to McCarthy pre-owned Hyundai in Blue Springs I was met with five star service from the moment I stepped out of my old vehicle. Robert, Connor, and many of the other staff were instrumental in turning my day into a phenomenal car purchasing experience! Prior to my arrival to the dealership Connor had taken initiative and had preselected three vehicles in which I may have interest in. Of the three selected I had an extreme interest in two of those preselected. One of which I had actually sought out online prior to our scheduled appointment. His attention to detail was impeccable and as a result, in the long run it paid off. I ended up purchasing one of those two vehicles which had been previously selected. The exchange between myself, Connor, Robert, and all other involved staff was very upfront, candid, and professional. All of the staff within their family setting had turned my car buying experience into something very pleasurable! I would like to say thank you to all!

Well, I drove out to Blue Springs MIssouri to test drive a specific
vehicle. I had spoke with 2 different people through email, and a third
by phone. They were fully aware of what vehicle I was coming to take a
look at. Once I get there, the salesperson sits me down and proceeds
to tell me the vehicle I was out there to look at, had a blown engine! I
was furious! Wasted my time, and my gas to look at a vehicle that was
impossible to acquire. Very disappointed in this dealership. I did place a
call to the owner of the McCarthy dealerships. He did call me back.
Asked if I wanted to come to the main dealership in Olathe Kansas to
look for a vehicle. I agreed to at first, but have since changed my mind.
This is just shady and not a good way to earn or do business.....

Had a appointment at 2pm on a Saturday went to dealership to look at the car wasn't ready to show car was filthy inside and out mainly on the inside trunk was fool of trash inside the car full of trash and had a bad smell could tell it was a repossession wasn't impressed with the dealership at all
From the minute I stepped into the dealer I was treated unlike anywhere I have shopped. I have been shopping for a year and there was nowhere that the staff was as kind as McCarthy. I liked how Christian my sales professional made the car buying experience stress free. They gave me a great deal which at the end of the day was what I want and they treated me with kindness and respect. I highly recommend shopping McCarthy! I was referred to McCarthy and I will be passing on the positive experience to others!

Excellent sales representatives who work to find the car you are interested in.
Was very impressed with this dealer. Anthony, Johnny and Mike were very nice to work with and when I asked for certain pictures and specs they always came through for me. I live over 800 miles away and when I flew in to get the truck they picked me up from the airport. When I finally got to meet them in person they were very friendly. And the truck was cleaned up and ready to go and looked sharp and was everything I wanted. Would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle. Was very glad to work with them and meet the crew thanks for everything again .

I guess I can't say whether the experience was good or bad. All I did was
send a question asking whether or not the vehicle I was inquiring about had a
tow package or not. Instead, I received multiple contacts from different
people at the dealership telling me to come on down because there was this
huge sale. The "huge sale" got repeated over and over, but my initial question
was never acknowledged. It was a bit annoying. Dealers are dealers, but I
only had a specific question for a specific vehicle and it went unanswered.

Contacted the salesman and agreed on
a price
then put down a deposit to hold the
truck, 20
minutes latter the sales manager called
and told
me someone else was coming to look
and drive
the truck and the price was $500 more
than
what the salesman and I had agreed to.i
disagreed since I had come to an
agreement
with the salesman on a price and the
manager
informed me too bad if you want the
truck you
have to pay the extra $500. I did not buy
the
truck and the truck was listed 2 days
later for
$4,000.00 more than what the salesman
agreed
to sell me truck for. This dealership has dishonest sales practices So this
experience was HORRIBLE and
I would recommend NO ONE buy from
this
dealership.
