Was told that the truck was mechanically sound. Bought and paid in full. On the way home 20 min into the drive it started to “shutter” with any slight acceleration. This continued for 1.5hr home. Immediately contacted salesman. Responded once to downplay the issue. I asked when I can bring it back to get looked at. No response. Multiple inquires. No response. Contacted sales manager. He was “busy”. Voicemail was full. Secretary took a message. Still no response. I emailed the owner of the company directly. Explaining full experience and issue. Asking him to please contact me to discuss the issue. NO RESPONSE!! When I was buying the truck they pushed . “ we’re a small town, small dealer so we stand by our vehicles “ nothing could be further from the truth. It’s very unfortunate. It’s definitely a buyer beware situation. From the owner down apparently. If you go look at a car/ truck make sure you drive it. Long and far. Take it to a mechanic etc. DO NOT trust or take thier word for It

Very kind and helpful
The dealership did not have any idea and did not know how CarGurus per approved lone application works. They then ran my credit several times and tried to use there own bank. After that they wanted more money down and told me I needed a co signing. In short they were unwilling to help and a rip-off dealership.

Although I did not purchase the vehicle I inquired about, the office was
excellent at following up with me and seeing if I still needed assistance.
Through this car buying process and the many dealerships I spoke with you
can easily tell which sales departments care about the customers and this
dealership is one of them!
Called in to see the captiva. Got a hold of Shawn, we set up a time. He was great, told him about my budget, what I was looking for. He was ready to listen and work with me all the way! I had reservations due to the reviews on the car. I didn't end up buying it, but in the future based on the friendly service. I would go back when I need a new car again .

My salesman mr. Mike Nick militelli gave me
excellent service. He explained each item that
was required. I found him to be extremely
courteous and willing to answer any questions
or concerns that I might have as a customer.
This is the second car that I purchased from
Weber Harris. My 2007 Lincoln Town Car was in
excellent condition round well for me and
continued to do so until a pass up on this year to
my daughter. That is one of the reasons why I
was happy to have a chance to deal with liver
hair as once again and yes I would recommend
them to any friend of mine who is interested in
buying a car.

Drove hundreds of miles, dealer wouldn't let me test drive vehicle for
hours after my arrival. Felt they weren't completely honest about the
vehicle and although they said they would work on getting the price
closer to what I wanted to spend, once I arrived and they had me in
their grasp they were suddenly not willing to negotiate at all. Was
very disappointed in the dealership but did end up buying the car;
they said they'd ship some missing car items to me but never did.
Nice car but not a pleasant experience.
