They responded in a timely fashion however, I did not want a 2019 I realized I wanted a 2021 or 2022 Audi. They even offered to look through the inventory to see if they could further assist me.

I asked for a CarFax. They would Not send. They were claiming that they're substitute auto chex as better!. It is totally Not better cuz it doesn't show the history of the car OR the service records. I did tell them that since we are shelling out thousands of dollars : the least they could do is give a Car Fax.! I was turned off by this and I probably will not bother with this company.

NIGHTMARE!! My husband & I were yanked around so many times, I felt like a yo-yo. Brian (sales rep) LIED so much, made promises he couldn’t keep, was completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Car dealers normally have a reputation for being manipulative, but Brian set new LOWS! When the GM was asked to make good on Brian’s promises, he agreed but at the time of signing, they presented us with a price that was $400 more than what we had just agreed upon outside their location. There’s ZERO accountability (everyone makes references to “he”& “Him” but there was NEVER a person presented to us that was higher up or that could accurately & honestly answer our questions). We live 55 minutes away & because of Brian’s DECEIT we had to make several unproductive trips to their location. Brian said vehicle was ready to go twice...unclean & bald tires were what we were shown. WORST auto NOT buying experience we’ve ever had. We got up & WALKED OUT..with our blank check in hand. Easiest sale ever LOST!!

Dealer could not provide an original window sticker. Not sure if he coulkd not do it or just did not want to bother. Was very interested in truck until that experience.

I was pre approved through capital one auto finance for $27,000. All i had to do was pick out a vehicle. My paper work was done. My credit score is 755 and my wife is 620. The dealer insisted to run our credit after i explained all he had to do was contact Capital one as instructef. He came back and stated that we needed $5,000. Down. I never financed a used car with money down especially with my score. My wife currently has a leased 2017 vehicle. The biggest insult of all time was. "WHY ARE YOU WEARING A SUIT TO BUY A CAR" I believe we were stereotyped and they did not know we had our facts before shopping

As always Mcadenville was five star quality from beginning to end. They deliver alstar customer service. Even picked me up from my front door (thanks Rafael) so I could pick up the car and surprise my wife who's out of town. I highly recommend Mcadenville Motors!
