Tried to buy a user car from their lot and discovered it has warped rotors that made driving the car unsafe. When I asked they be replaced I was told “not gonna happen” I asked them To drop the price of the car what it cost to fix the rotors and they refused saying they’d rather send it to auction then lower it. So now I’m going to deal with another dealership that doesn’t put customers safety at risk.

Bait and switch. Dealer never offer such vehicle at the advertised price. Currently 3 to 5k mark up over MSRP according to the dealer rep. The specific is that the Mazda CX5 advertised by this dealership is offered at MSRP. However, when contact the dealership, the representative said there is no such thing and all new cars offered by this Mazda dealership are about $3000 - $5000 over MSRP depending on the trim level.

They lied to us car was not there was sold day before even though the girl from sales told us she confirmed with the manager car was there and available. Then they tried to rip us off on our trade in. Don't waste your time .

Pretty poor experience. The dealer wanted me to pay a $500 fee for financing, so watch those hidden charges that are not included in the published price. Once the dealer found that I was coming from out of state, they pretty much stopped talking to me.

I spoke to a sales woman on that day and she was going to call me back about what they got for me after talking to her manager and never heard back from her even after sending her 2 messages.

Great experience at this dealership from customer service to sales to pick up! No hidden fees, no pressure to purchase. Every car sale should be this seamless. Definitely recommend!

I got a great deal on my car and they made the process smooth and easy. I drove 3 hours from out of state, as the car was just what I wanted, and they were still able to get my registration set and new plates sent. I was worried they might try and pressure me into a bad deal since I made a decent drive, but the whole process was painless and there were no bs fees.

The worst dealer that I’ve ever been in my life. The guy is a liar. Saying the car has zero accident and the Carfax shows 1 accident. Also they want 1000 dollars as Dealer fees. The aptitude of the seller is like you are there asking for free things not buying. I thing the guy name is Andi.

Dealer was very short and dismissed my offer had no time to talk to me. I questioned why they raised the price from what is was on cargurus a month ago. Was told the price is what it is.

I called the dealership about a car that was online for 114 days. We communicated over a period of four days. Two hours after I left a VM to confirm the appt for the next day to see the car, Stephanie called me and told me the car was sold. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.

Car was advertised with 23,991 miles. Pictures of the odometer weremover 30,000 miles. Not sure if the pictures were from the same car.

Lost key for veh and did not respond for days no one answers or return ph calls here .had to show up in person .finally made key tested veh .talked to used car manger we agreed to price .later that day he called said veh needs few things .called back following day said veh is ready but he needs original price .bad business practice retracted our first price agreement ..Wayne...told him not paying that will complain to gm or NA Mazda he immediately changed up apologizing.finally switched back to agreed price .this guy was horrible .but in end mom wanted veh .so we bought veh .don't recommend Mazda valley stream to no one .
