They contact me before the dealership open. I told them I had some credit issues they said no problem we can help once they ran my credit never got a call or text back. I had to text back to find out what was going on. Poor customer service. No other car was offered to try to help me. Thanks for nothing

I was happy when I told them I was just browsing for now because I was going out of town for 2 weeks they were good with that and did not harass me. They just emailed me a bit more info and a video since I could not get there and left things up to me to contact them when I was ready to continue with the process. Some places are very annoying but this place was GREAT!!

Everyone at the dealership was honest and professional. We were given the time to consider choices, the salesman answered questions and offered advice, but was not at all pushy or high pressure. I believe they have a high quality product, and personnel to match!

They have emailed me everyday for the last 3 weeks even after I told them I was no longer interested in the vehicle. They won’t come down on the price at all even though it has been on the lot for almost 3 months

What an amazing experience buying this car from Mazda. I was approved within 30 minutes, the staff was great, knowledgeable and proficient with all of my paperwork. My credit is not that good but have been working on rebuilding it, but they were able to get me approved through Capital One Bank. I was approved for the payments I wanted with gap insurance and an extended warranty. I am in love with my new car...when it’s time to trade...if I decide to trade I’m going to them and get me a new Mazda 6. Love CarGurus

not pleased with my experience, I felt that making money was more important to your dealership, then customer satisfaction, I feel if a customer is paying cash for a car the out the door price should not be $2,300 above your already top end listing price.

Car details were incorrect as to model and equipw. I was ready to buy, sight unseen as I live 3 hours away. They admitted the mistake, caused by a contract service they use for online postings but I feel management at the dealership has a responsibility to ensure accurate information.
