The guy “helping” me would never call back when he said about my finance application, or anything. He even left the dealership in the middle of the day despite telling me he would call me back in just a moment. The times he would talk to me on the phone he would interrupt my questions when I spoke to him, make fun of my decision regarding the type of car, and just make fun of random things I had said regarding my situation and the car. It was extremely odd and super unpleasant. This dealership based off of the person assisting me and their front desk lady seem extremely unprofessional and unproductive. I wouldn’t recommend doing business here to anyone.

I got in touch with Carl from Max Quality Auto after finding this car on CarGurus. He and I discussed it over the phone, and he was nice enough to offer me some recommendations on car shipping services since I lived out of state. Overall, Carl was highly responsive and personable.
Once I was serious about buying, we moved over to the financing manager, Jerry. Same as Carl, Jerry was straightforward to talk to. We settled on a price and Jerry overnighted me the paperwork. Within a week, my vehicle was loaded onto a delivery truck.
All in all, I would recommend Max Quality Auto. They're a real pleasure to work with and you get what you agreed upon -- the best kinds of business people in my opinion.

Multiple automated messages with NO information included. They did provide a name and number to call THEM, but no one ever answers.
This isn't a vehicle that comes up for sale in my area often, I am therefore willing to travel the three hours to see it, BUT not without knowing
price, history, etc.
This is a repeat with this vendor, so a pattern of bad behavior, NOT just one time.

I’m so grateful to Jerry for literally going above and beyond to get me my car. He kept me informed through the whole process and answered all my questions with real answers and didn’t try to scam me. Dealing with dealerships had really lowered my expectations for honesty during the car buying process so I was pleasantly surprised by Jerry. I’d happily buy from him again and would recommend anyone else to do so as well!

I was contacted by the salesman. I told him I was interested in the car and could I possibly make a cash offer on the vehicle. I was told that this was a decision that the manager had to make. I then received a text stating that the car did not pass the safety inspection and could not be sold. Later that day I received a notice that the car was sold.
