Several communication attempts, some phone calls returned, some not returned. If you are not local, I would not recommend trying to do any
purchase with them. The couple times I did speak with someone, they were very polite. However, communication is lacking between staff to
the customers.

I received a response to my inquiry almost immediately. The sales staff has been very attentive and eager to help. Perhaps one was a little too eager (which kept me from giving a 5 star rating), but others were eager to help and are still in touch with me. I appreciate the concern shown and that they are listening to my concerns.

Very friendly. Car wasn’t available right away, but when arrived on lot they contacted me right away with a video of the car.

Thank you for the feed back. We apologize for not coming through on photos and are working to fix this. We buy and sell cars quickly and at times vehicles are in transit or off site for recalls/warranty/repair work. If we can assist further please let us know.
They called to set appointment for this vehicle and when I got there it was reserved for someone else. I drove an 1.5 hour to see and to test drive it and they knew it was reserved so they tried to ask if there were any other vehicles I was interested in. Then General Manager stated he make an offer for 2018 VW Beetle with about 8,000 miles never heard anything until the salesperson call to say the have 2011 VW Beetle. My answer was nevermind I just bought me a 2019 VW Beetle somewhere else with less miles. I told them I had auto loan already approved I just need the vehicle but GM stated someone put $200 down to hold keys but if they don't come they'll call me, their loss. I will not recommend them to anyone.
