Very bad experience. I drove 1 hour to get to the dealship. After seeing driving the car advertised on cargurus I really wanted th ecar for the advertised price on your website. The salesperson agreed and took the deal to management for review. The sales agreement came back $4000.00 over sales price. I've purchased 4 Nissan Sentras in the last 6 years for myself and other family members. I've never had a dealer come back with anymore than $2000.00 over sales price. I told them I would pay $2ooo.00 over with tax and fees. They said no way. So i now will have driven 2 hours for nothing. The dealer was just trying to make up for the low advertised price. This is why it was a bad experience.

Horrible! I've purchased vehicles from there in the past, no follow up, d idnt appear to care if I bought from them,,, just matter of fact price take it or leave it

Ruben was courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions. No problems with the test drive. Only issue is that their internet dept. left messages with no question other than call back as if the sales dept did not inform them Of our visit.

I wish I could give this dealership a zero! Call ahead before I arrived to make sure the car was there. Get there and stand around for 45min nobody even came up to talk to me. When I ask to speak to a sale person which about all of them was sitting there doing absolutely nothing they sat around and laughed. Disrespectful place don’t spend your money there go elsewhere. While waiting around outside I found the car I was going to purchase and it was priced $3000 more then online.

I actually purchased from here, although I was VERY unhappy with the pricing bait and switch. I traveled several hours to look at this car and the $14,900 price turned into $19,700 when I got there and finished test driving. VERY uncool! I eventually got the car for more like the final price that I expected, but it took another visit and a couple of phone calls. The "manager" was supposed to be talking to me before I went there about the pricing, but only left a message saying that I should call back if I had any questions. But since I had already spoken to someone there to set up the appointment and asked the questions I had, I did not call him back as I had no questions. They were OK to work with other than the pricing trickery.

I didn't qualify for the Nissan frontier but I did leave there with a 2011 Toyota Tacoma. My salesperson was wonderful. Thanks Shaunice Small.

Bait and switch dealer, price of the car shows 28999 and drove 2 hours with the loan approved for 31k, they added a dealer fee, another fee, more fee and another fee. Tax was 2100 and doc fee was around 500. Then they said their best price is 35000 something. What a waste of my time. It made the car 23% or something more.

I have to agree with most of the postings here about the dealership. The sales rep was very kind...but as far as bait & switch....you got it! Yes the car was listed for $5000 less then what the bottom line came out to be. When questioned they stated they had to add the cost of the repairs done to the car ( didn't see them on the Carfax )….and the other doc fees. When I stated I would pay the advertised price on line and Tax, tags & registration I was told they would be loosing money at that price. Am I missing something here? If I could give less then a 1 star...that would be it

Great to work with. Their sales person Shaunice Small was wonderful. She was very informative, patient and not at all pushy. Shaunice went out of her way to help me and I did buy this SUV and love it. Highly recommend this dealership.

Dealer car prep fees too high. Nearly $2,000. Walked out after failure to negotiate a fair deal.

Excellent communication. Dealer contacted me and set up a time for me to come in and test drive the Mazda Speed3. No hassle they gave me the internet pricing and got me test driving within a few mins of entering the dealership. My representative Juan Was friendly helpful and got me all set up with my new car and my finance consultant Nick was also friendly and efficient in getting me into my new vehicle. Alll in all a pleasant experiment at Nissan of Atlantic City

I was disappointed with my experience. I explained what I wanted and what I had to trade in via email. I was traveling from Philly so I didn't want to waste my time. I was told they would be able to come close to my asking price on a payment. After test driving 3 cars it was clear that the salesman only wanted me to buy a brand new car and not the used car a came to look at. After telling them again and again what I wanted. I just asked for my keys and left.

Your standard car sales experience. While online interactions were great, responsive and follow through. Come in and questioned about my outside financing, tried to interest me in another car or leasing. While done in a nicer way it was still the same sales experience you'd expect. I wasn't impressed then the gm comes out with an extremely low ball trade in offer which was the final straw for me. I don't appreciate my time being wasted with what would it take to get you to leave in the car today and then the extra sales offers. I refused to read the reviews until i went so I read not biased but sounds like it's the normal experience here.

Salesman was very nice but the fees and prep charges added a significant amount to the price making it an unreasonable deal. Prep charges totaled $1,895 and I have never seen charges like that at any dealer ever.

The customer service was exceptional at this dealership. The salesmen were polite but not pushy. They showed us other trucks. The only downside to our experience was that the trucks we were looking at seemed to be over priced and there was no room for negotiation.

Vague answers in emails, claimed to get me information I asked for but never followed through. The dealership is two hours from my house....I'm not driving there unless I get more information and that should not be so difficult.

This place is terrible! Do not waste your time. They advertise low online prices to get you in the dealership and then they add all kinds of fees to bring the price right back up to the point that it’s more than any other dealership. They added nearly $6,000 in fees! The salesman. Then says what do you want to pay. I said the advertised price plus tax. He then uses his calculator and says here’s the new price with tax. I did the math in my head and he added another $1500 to the taxes. That was so disrespectful I left immediately. Do your homework. There are a ton of bad reviews about this dealership. Take your business elsewhere.

Dealer answered my call said they thought the car was available but I explained about reviews I’ve seen where they tell people the car is available and it’s actually not when they come in - as I would be traveling about 6 hours I didn’t want to play that game. Salesperson said she understood and they never called back. Soooo...

Nice service, but tried to charge us too much on "dealer preparation fees". We finally decided not to buy the car as the final price was 30% more of what was advertised.

To aggressive, the old bait car scam, the that I wanted was there when I called in, just before I drove up. But it mysterious was sold the prior night when I talked to the salesperson but of course they had many more for a lot more money Tried the old pressure tactics, come in , this my manager, etc. and they wonder why people are buy on line No thank you. I went to this Dealership excited about possibly purchasing a nice used Cadillac Cts but my attitude changed as soon as I walked in the door. First, the car wasnt even available to see on the lot. Second, they gave me a salesman that should've stayed in the back, laying carpet. Third, when they brought the car out, it had a check engine light on plus needed four tires and a car wash and detail. I asked the salesman, what's up with this car? He says it haven't been through the shop yet. So I say, why do you got it advertised on CarGurus website then? He gave some mumbo jumbo answer. Bottom line, stay away from this Nissan Dealership. Buy a used Cadillac from a Cadillac dealer.

Terrible experience, I signed my name away to the devil. !st i made a deal on this car for 23,094, bank approved it. My salesman and his GM, added 5,900 for car preparations So, the prices you see to the right of ANY USED VEHICLE WILL BE ADDED BY THOUSANDS. They even just put any number down for tax and tags, i am from PA. I found out the amount for this service for tags transfer was 180.00 they charged me 400.00. Just all these hundreds and thousands of dollars added. So, the reason for treason is to get you in there and HIKE THIS PRICES ENDED UP 29.999. to buy

Probably one of the dumbest salesman I've ever met absolutely zero knowledge. Constantly called and harassed between him and a general manager neither one of them talk to each other.

What a scam, drove down from Philadelphia, ended up not liking the car we went to see, looked at a few others went to buy 1900.00 dealer prep fee, like 398.00 for some other fee, plus taxes etc, it was crazy what a waste of my time,,,,,,do people really fall for that

It was raining the day I bought the car. So they brought the car inside the garage where I could see it in bright light and really take a good look at it. The test drive went well and everybody was very friendly.

Waun was helpful and responsive to bring me back to the Nissan family. His prompt service and dedication to Nissan was outstanding. He took a little information and started his Job to match me up with the right Nissan for my needs.

Answered me immediately, drove 4 hours to get the vehicle had to haggle but,in the end all went well I drove home with a my hummer !!

Worst car buying experience I ever had, I called the dealer and discussed everything on the phone as dealer is too far from me, then I drove 55 miles to the dealer, Once I was there dealer added 5K above proposed total cost on the phone, that I had to leave without buying... On my way back the dealer called me and cut $3500 down from the total cost that was presented to me at the shop.... And I agreed to the new total cost with dealer on the phone... I went back the next day to pay and take the car... Then again dealer added an additional $700 to the total cost that we agreed on the phone on my way back home the previous day, saying that $3500 cut was yesterday's deal not today's, and again for the 2nd time I had leave without buying.. (55 miles X 4 for each way and no car) Pure game

Very bad experience. I found a car listed at $11,995, I called, spoke to their internet person who was very nice, friendly. Told her unless they would negotiate, to a certain price I would not drive there because it was a 2 hour drive. She said sounds reasonable, and to come down. When I got there , she was no where to be found and other salespeople got involved. Test drove the car, it was ok. Sat down to finalize the pricing and it was up to $15,500. $1495 dealer prep, 3 other $400+ charges plus tax etc. it was unbelievable. They put a low price on the internet to get you to come down and then try to sell you the car for Far more. It was a waste of time, Needless to say I did not buy the car, and would never buy a car from them. Don't waste your time, beware.

Not helpful.I contacted the online representative over a 3 day period and asked for pictures of the actual car on the lot instead of the "stock"pictures.He told me the car guru pictures would be updated.That never happened. When I asked what happened he then said he'd forward pictures directly to me.Again never happened so I am abandoning this dealer.

Shaunice got back to me quick. She was talking about being able to do an amount of I like the car but when I got there the manager did not even come close to my number. The car had extreme rust underneath for an 2012 jeep. The two managers tried to tell my boyfriend that has a 2010 wrangler, that rust is normal. The rust was very bad for a 2012 because it was a beach car which the owner didn't wash underneath after to keep it clean. Never again going back because of the two managers attitudes and how rude they were about the jeep. I can write more in detail. Plain and simple, I will not recommend!

Shady back door dealings with hidden fees on top of list price. Agreed to all out the door price of 18,450.00 for my favorite car there white 2014 Nissan Maxima with tan interior however when I arrived to close the deal cause I had approved financing in hand, the Manager Dawson insisted to go with there financing for better deal. I refused but after 4hrs of debating and advising him I had enough credit inquiries I let them run my credit and they got me the same company I was already with with worse terms. Days later they ran my credit without my consent a second and third time to contact me with what they call a better deal but obviously both were not. I asked for a buyers order each time and never received one to date of what figures they were submitting. Lastly discovered they were trying to get $22,400 for this second owner car which has been in there inventory for 9 mo, I guess I know why now. Need new management and better customer driven satisfaction service..

Not good. Really wanted the car. An 1800 hundred dollar fee came out of nowhere.

While about to leave to drive to Egg Harbor Township the dealer e mailed me prior to leaving to tell me the vehicle had been sold. Still being advertised on car gurus 10/12/16.

Had me come an hour and a half to the dealership thinking I was putting a certain deposit down and got there and everything changed. It was horrible and then no one called to check on me after I walked away. Some dealers will make you feel like "this is the one" and other will make you feel like you've been bought!

This dealer was incredibly unreasonable. They were very descending and conniving. I went in feeling very good about traveling from phila to their area and left feeling defeated concerning the methods they use to get you there. Would never recommend them to anyone to purchase a vehicle.

We took the peice advertised on CarGurus three days earlier and they wouldnt budge on their price. Furthermore they had around $4000 in extra fees on top of the listed price. We thoight we has asked enough questions to make pur trip worth it, since we had done much research on CarGurus and had discussions with the dealer. But, when we arrived they had no interest in what we had seen or heard, their starting peice was $10,000 (a whopping 50%) higher than what we expected. Manager waa rude and dismissive. Not a dealer environment. Would avoid if you are looking for a fair deal.

I drove to the dealership on 05/13/16, from Philadelphia. I wasted over 7 hours at their location, time I will never get back! We decided to purchase a car, my credit was ran, we were waiting to meet with their finance representative to sign all the documents. The car I was originally told was AWD turned out to be FWD. We were told there were discounts applied, discounts were not applied. Their pinch is upsell at whatever cost, upgrading to their "extended warranties", "COP", etc. They act as if they are working with you but if you pay close attention to their verbiage you can tell it's all fluff. The GM had a predisposition as if he already knew he did not care to do anymore to win our service, which I'm fine with but do not act as if you are listening to concerns when it is obvious you are not. Needless to say, I will NEVER return back to this particular dealership. Management's customer service was sub par. Once we decided not to purchase the car, everyone seem agitated and their demeanor changed from helpful to carelessness.

Called a day ahead to see the car and when I arrived, it was evident it had not been cleaned from the previous owner. it was filthy. We were prepared to buy that day and they let 20K walk out the door.
