This is the worst dealership ever!!!! Found a car I was interested in they sent me the credit application I completed it and everything the sales man said he was waiting on the manager so I should call back and I tried calling back several days just to speak to the sales manager and for the life of me I never got to him I felt like I was being given the run around so I just gave up and left them with the car and found something at another dealer which offered a wonderful experience

They were kind and responsive. I was surprised, though, to speak with an employee of a Toyota dealership who wasn’t familiar with which Toyota models are no longer being made. The employee said over the phone that they didn’t have any new models of the car in which I inquired….because they haven’t been made in 6 years.

I visited this dealer and and my wife and I were welcomed. We looked at this vehicle
and decides it wasn't the vehicle for her since it hadn't been properly maintained.

My salesman Bobby Kingston was very helpful, knowledgable and when he
found out the car I inquired about was already on hold for someone else,
found one for me in Indianapolis and brought it to the dealership without so
much as a downpayment from me. I highly recommend the dealership, Mr.
Kingston and my overall experience was the best I've ever had when buying
a vehicle.

I made an appointment to test drive the car but I was not able to get there.
I called to let him know that I could not make the appointment. He was very nice ,however, I still do not know when I can get there to look at the car.

Amazing customer service. We went to Nashville downtown to buy car before we went to Matthew. They didn't wanna give car on CarGurus price but when I call Matthew and asked them that they're not gonna do same if we go there. They just told me on phone that they will give me same price listed on CarGurus.

Contact was via phone. Young Soldiers
are target audience and they should
seek assistance from experienced
negotiators for help (consider a dealer
further away that will negotiate better
terms). Be willing to travel to save
money.
Good: price was somewhat competitive
and vehicles were certified**.
Bad: never received the promised return
call after I made an (agressive) offer in
hopes of negotiating better price. This
worked in my favor because I negotiated
a better deal elsewhere.
**just because a vehicle is certified
doesn't make it a good deal (check
terms of certified warranties against
mileage, year, and current warranty). It
doesn't mean the dealer should ask $2k
more than book because it generally
costs less $1k to certify. You want your
price to be less than book ALWAYS.

They guy was really good with us, he showed another vehicle because we are looking a vehicle automatic, and the vehicle that we inquired was manual. He took the time to show us the dealer inventory and he did easy all the process... We found the perfect car for us....

i rate my overall experience with Matthews Nissan a 5star experience. They were unable to find me a vehicle in my price range however it was not for lack of trying and they are still trying as i type this.
