Worked with Chris Block for a week on coming in to see a specific truck they had for sale. On Friday morning he contacted me twice to make sure I was coming in to look at it. When my wife and I made the hour and a half drive to the dealer we were greeted by Chris who said another salesman will be helping us. That salesman sat down with us took our info then left to get the keys. He came back twenty minutes later and said sorry we sold the truck two days ago.!!! Chris block didn't even have the nerve to come out and apologize to us. I will never do business with such a shoddy organization that does not care about the customer.

Great process -- helpful, responsive. Unfortunately the vehicle didn't have the trim package we were looking for. Just missing a few options we were able to find elsewhere. Would consider in future.

As evidenced by BDC call records and notes, several attempts were made to communicate the status of the vehicle you were interested in. We did not receive a response from you prior to the vehicle selling.  Without a hold deposit, vehicles may sell quickly.

They were great to work with as we negotiated the price for the car over several hours. We came to an agreement and I gave them the down payment to lock the car in. A few minutes later, I received an email from my salesperson apologizing that they did not realize that the car had already been sold to someone else. So they were great to work with but i just wished they know the status on their inventory. Even today as I write this review, the car is still on Cargurus and their website showing it is available for sale.

Had the car advertised on their own website and carguru for $7151. When I called them to put a deposit on it, they said it was $12,599, even though the salesman opened up his website and saw that it said $7151. The next day they denied it was ever priced that on any site. I wonder why I don't trust car salesman. Here's the sign!!!
