While they were quick to follow up, they had no flexibility in even offering me a range on my trade in without coming down there. I live over an hour away, which I explained, making that a tall ask just to see if we’re remotely close on the value. Every other dealership I worked with was more than happy to provide an estimate based on VIN, Mileage, and pictures; but not this one. Rather short on the phone, and didn’t strike me as someone who had any interest in working with me to get a deal done.
This is the first experience I had with not being pushed to buy a vehicle. The sales man I dealt with was James and is a young buck just trying to make a paycheck for himself. He was very noilabl

Instant response from Internet contact through CarGurus. Joe the Internet sales manager was very helpful in
setting up my appointment to test drive the car. I was greeted at the dealership by Charlie, who was a pleasure
to work with. The whole process was free of pressure. It did take a while, however, to wrap up the process
because the sales manager was tied up with someone else. I chose not to buy that particular car because I
found another that was more what I was looking for.

The car was advertised an automatic transmission but the car had a manual transmission. I did not test drive it.

The price of the car listed on cargurus.com, as well as other online car search sites do not reflect a required $2500 cash or trade. I even called the dealer before test driving them car and was given the same price over the phone. After test driving and some paperwork they came back with a price $2500 over what was listed as their “final” price online. It’s a bad ploy just to get people into their dealership, and they should change this practice immediately. Such a joke.

I ended up not buying a vehicle from them but still had a very positive experience. They responded to my questions quickly and professionally. They were very willing to work with me. The only reason I did not purchase a vehicle from them is because I found one closer to home. Based on my interaction with them, I would recommend them.

very pushy, assertive salesman. I test drove a vehicle, the only Nissan Cube (used, on the lot). asked the salesman how much. he said mid teens,but checked with his supervisor to get me a better deal. Came back w a price of 17K.that to me is upper,not mid teens. when I went home I saw it advertised for 13,500 on their website!!! scammers

drive the vehicle, i told him ill be there in
there in am, i got there at 9:30
am...apparently James did check if this
vehicle was avail..because it was previously
