Asked about information regarding the Panamera through Car Gurus and the person that contacted me was: Alonzo Walker. (252) 268-0523 cell (252) 523-6111 Massey Toyota 4760 Highway 70 West Kinston, NC 28504 Unfortunately Mr Walker was not very helpful. Initially could not answer some basic questions regarding the car in question, asked me to wait until the next day to find the answers,but did not contacted either the next day. I tried one more time a day later, but his answer was for me to call him the next day to see if he could MAYBE answer questions regarding the car. The questions were related to any possible warranty and transportation cost among other questions. Clearly the person was not interested in helping me. I think it was unprofessional enough that I felt better to just move on to look for another option in another dealership.

As it is there job, they tried to sell me a car but it wasn't the car I inquired about. It took a few emails for them to tell me it was sold. They did seem helpful but a little to persistent.

Dealer contacted and said she had 2 jeeps available for the year I was looking. Made a video of the other jeep which I had not seen yet. The next day I learned that the one I had been looking at was sold.

Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. However, he did not tell me in advance that the vehicle I was driving an hour to see was not there.

The salesman Patrick is truly a hard working individual that has the customers desires at heart, I acually was allowed to drive several cars at my lesuire and I bought up from what I intended on buying when I got there. If you are looking great sales people, instant on the spot financing and an overall great experience without feeling the pressure from pushy salesman go see Patrick Jacobs at Massey Motors in Kinston. They were all acually truly nice hard working folks. Even the office lady that did my title and paper work was the bomb.
