Bought the car- what more to say? The process was painless.
Very negative experience dealing with this dealer. This
is a Maserati dealer and is supposed to be a tier-1
operation with no old-school sales tactics and
gimmicks. Well, it is the exact opposite. They have
multiple unreasonable add-on fees and expenses and
seemingly price their pre-owned cars low to attract
buyers and then start the gauging process. My initial
impression was positive and my sales guy (Dan) was
nice and responsive. But, they dragged on readying
the car and Dan never mentioned their add-on
expenses despite my inquiries to make sure. The sales
manager, Chris Rogers, appears to be the main
character and the reason for making this such an
unpleasant experience. Upon me refusing to pay their
super unreasonable add-ones, easily 10% plus adding
on to their asking price, he left a very poor, used car
salesman style message on my voice mail, which I did
not even bother to return since the operation is
obviously unethical and unworthy! My advice is to stay
away from this place.
