A bunch of young people that work there that lack basic customer service skills. They don’t take time zones into consideration when they contact you and they don’t follow up after initial calls. I decided to cut ties and purchase a vehicle elsewhere.

Lanique was a great salesperson. I think her manager wasn’t very negotiable on pricing and ran my credit when I didn’t authorize him to do so. I explicitly asked him not to do it, but he did it anyways. I bought elsewhere with better pricing. The experience at the dealership outside of that was nice. They trusted me to do the test drive by myself and didn’t give me a hard time when returning my deposit.

This dealer contacted me ,made an appoitment next day.I confirmed in the crning before my 2.5 hours trip.The I confirmed 30 min before
arrival (I was runnin late),but when I came in,they said that this car is sold.Avoid this dealer ship.
The car was sold prior to my appointment which I understand. My dislike about the service was when I text them for confirmation that the car was sold. They did not respond until my appointment window started. The blessing was I was on my way to another appointment where I purchased my car.
