From the first phone call to the final delivery of the car, this was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had (and believe me, I’ve had a lot of them). The sales person, Mike was extremely helpful and made the arrangements for the interstate shipping of my new Bentley as well as taking care of having my trade in picked up. Would definitely recommend doing business with these guys!

I had an excellent experience working with the dealership, especially
Ă¢Â€Â˜DJĂ¢Â€Â™. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.
Detailed information provided. Great looking car, very good pictures also. I feel the is price a little high which
may be why it's been on the lot for a while. Interested but will continue to explore other options. Also there is
no incentive to purchase without a test drive. I'm located 1000 miles away and I want to be sure it's worth it to
drive back versus paying $2000 to have it shipped. I rather invest the money into the purchase.

Dealer really wasn't interested in negotiating which I can't blame them for. I overpaid for the vehicle but that's on me. I do have a problem with they're customer service however. It may seem like a small thing but I picked up the vehicle in Cleveland and headed toward home in Buffalo. About 5 miles into my trip the low fuel alert went off and I had to stop to fill the tank. This after the salesman assured me the tank had been topped of when the car was detailed. Unacceptable! It's little things like this that can tarnish the customers experience. I contacted the salesman when I got home to express my displeasure and he assured me something would be done to make it right. Days later I haven't heard a thing from them. Not very professional in my opinion!

Wasn’t a big fan of their procedures when shopping for a car! I went to look at the 2006 gallardo walked to the front door nobody answered. I then called and a sales associate said that I needed to purchase the vehicle over the phone and not test drive it or even have a chance to sit in it! Too bad for them, bc I drove 25 mins south or Cleveland and purchased an Audi R8 that same day! Marshall lost a sale bc they wouldn’t let me look at, touch and feel a car that I’m going to spend 100k on. Oh well

Contacted me through email. Had the wrong listing showing the car at 20K more than it was listed on CarGurus. Could have been
an honest mistake but for me initially that was a little suspect. Offered to show me the car if and when in the area. I may be going to
look at it this week.

Terrible attention to customers. Read the other reviews. Called the dealer and spoke with a salesperson. He
indicated he would call me back regarding negotiating a price. NEVER heard from him again. Then I had
to email them to get a response and a totally different salesperson sent me an email instead of calling me and
then never followed up on the email.

Drove over 300 miles to see the car (went 120 miles out of my way). Prior to coming I gave them a heads up
of 24 hours. Car was tightly packed with other cars. I told them I wanted to see the underside and to lift the
car prior to my arrival - said no upon my arrival. That killed the deal. They said they needed a sign contract
before test driving - that also killed the deal. Esprit's need servicing and they could not provide any service
records. Another deal killer. After attempting to educate them, they told me, "maybe you should buy a
Porsche". Walked out.
