Jovan worked with me and kept me informed about the car. Unlike most buyers I showed up at
the dealership to inspect the car ... Jovan answered all my questions or looked them up as I took
45 minutes to 1 hour to inspect the car. Buying the car was simple with no hard sales pitches
would go back to them again.

Very high pressure used car sales tactics. Salesman called immediately after I reached out through the online form at 11 PM on a Saturday, then followed with texts. Lots of pressure to come see the car. Said my offer was close to get me come in person then told me best they could do was only a few hundred below listed price. I was still willing to move forward despite. Refused to allow an off-site pre-purchase inspection. Kept pressuring to move financing forward before the inspection. Called and texted a dozen times the following day to see if I’d scheduled the onsite PPI, then after the mechanic was an hour into the PPI and salesman called to say they sold it to someone else and blamed me for missing out on the car because I wanted to do an independent inspection. Worst car buying experience of my life.

While I understand your frustration, I don't think this review is a fair and accurate detail of what transpired. You stated you wanted to purchase an Aston Martin that just came into our inventory. The "pressure" you may have felt was the absolute fact that numerous people immediately wished to purchase the vehicle 24 hours after it was posted online. One of those people was you. Very comfortable dealing with Marshall Goldman
Fernando was terrific. He took the time to send videos of the car, inside and out and reassured
me about the process of purchasing on-line. This was the first car I bought without seeing in
person. The delivery was a day after promised and 1 hour and 18 minutes out of the scheduled
window, but that was out of the dealers hands since they contract with a towing service. Once
the car arrived all was forgiven. I was disappointed that the owner's manual didn't come with the
car I, but am holding out hope that my salesperson and the dealership will locate it and send it to
me!
