The car had some ticking noise and when I asked the salesman about it he kind of danced around it and treated me like a kid. Very pushy people there. The salesman’s name is Craig, it was a very sketchy place all around.

I found this beautiful Ford Edge on CarGurus and contacted the dealership. Allen returned my message and consistently answered questions I had about it. After working with my bank to get financing I went to test drive it and Allen was as excited as I was. I finished signing the paperwork and drove home with my beautiful new car.
I did try to negotiate but in true sales fashion it wasn’t available due to “having discounted it $4000 already.” Both their own website and CarGurus showed that as an untrue statement. However, it was below market value according to CarGurus, and with really low miles so I accepted it and moved on. I was also told it was detailed and there are a few more things to clean.
Over all I feel that this dealership treated me fairly and I got a great car from them. Oh, also, this car qualified for their free 3month/3000-mile warranty. While I hope I won’t need to use it, it’s nice to know that they offer this program.

Visited the dealer and they were very nice. Unfortunately the Tesla I went to see was at a local tire shop getting something serviced. I went to the tire shop and got a chance to look at it. I had a few concerns about the Tesla and was unable to complete the purchase with the dealer because of them. Overall, the dealer was responsive and willing to sell but they were limited to change anything due to Tesla. The price was competitive but I purchased used Tesla with the Tesla because they were able to give me a bumper to bumper warranty.

The staff was friendly and nice, but I traveled 400 miles to look at the vehicle after being told that the vehicle was good and it wasn’t it needs 2000 in repairs for the variable valve timing.

Did not buy a car here, but I was contacted right away on my request. I made an appointment to look at a vehicle. I told them to sell it if they had the chance of
course...but I asked if the salesman could contact me if the actual car was sold before I had time to check it out, and he did. Kudos for that! Saved me a 3 hr drive.
That is good service right there. I would probably not hesitate to use this dealer for car shopping if they had what I am looking for.

I had been looking for some time for a BMW X3 as this would be my wife's car. She wanted all the bells & whistles and I knew roughly what
I wanted to spend. There were a few I saw out there but one stood out that had everything she wanted and even a little more. Low
mileage as well, better than I had hoped and their price, after looking at various sites on what this type of vehicle was going for, was in the
ballpark. My wife and I went down to Market Place, talked to Rocky and did the test drive. My wife fell in love with it, really is a nice car. It
was a busy day for them and Rocky was running around but he made sure we were doing ok, got us water and even told us of a place to
eat while he got the car washed, he may have even did that himself. A shout out to The Loose Wheel if you're in Puyallup... good burger
joint. Rocky was great from start to finish making sure we were happy and got us anything we needed, no pressure just honesty and really
wanted to earn our business.

Dealership was available whenever I needed them. I was able to talk to someone and get things in process before I went out to see the car. The car was as advertised and ready for my scheduled test drive. Located next to a busy highway so not an ideal location to get in and out from. Salesperson was okay, no high pressure sales tactics. Things felt off when we did paperwork but didn't sign that night. Took an invoice home to take to bank but no one ever followed up. We did not buy the car but an alright experience.

Test drove a BMW and wanted to sleep on it for a few days. Emailed sales man telling him I’d be in Wednesday after work. I got a email on Tuesday saying “ I can’t sell you a car if you don’t show up”. All the salesman say “ I’ve only been there for a week” and are too pushy. Was going to buy the BMW until I got that email.

Morty at Market Place Auto was super helpful in getting us into this 07 Tahoe! The truck is great and we love it. We drove a long ways to visit this lot and it was worth the trip- all the staff was professional and not pushy and they had several quality rigs to look at. Definitely recommend !

Took a couple days to respond. Misread. Vehicle information. Truck was a 4x2 (car) not 4x4. Never went and saw it. Communication was through email only.
