Was told vehicle was available. Visited and test drove. Negotiated price and left with signed paper agreeing on price. Called less than 6 hours later to put a deposit and arrange financing(keep in mind I have an excellent credit score). Was told he would call me back with finance numbers. and then never heard back. Waited over 24 hours and called the next day to find out they sold vehicle to a “family friend” after talking to me the day before. Never called to notify that my sale was not going to go through.

Mark Sweeney gave me a good price for my trade. Rodney Allen didn’t try to push any products such as extended warranty. He was easy to deal with. The purchase was completed in less than two hours and I was on the road. I highly recommend Mark Sweeney.

Very quick response. Unfortunately, 2 other showings were scheduled & it sold. I was contacted about another one, but it was fwd. I need AWD. I’ve spoken to a few salesmen and erased my messages & can’t remember who I spoke with, but he was very nice and the fact that he followed up with me was impressive. The car sounded and I would probably bought it had I been the first customer!

Due to the distance we were from the dealership I requested that numbers be put together
on the difference with my trade. Brian did and we came to an agreement, A lot of the
paper work was done prior to our arrival. Brian expedited the transaction and minimal time
was spent at the dealership. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. They were
willing to do what other dealerships would not and earned our business!

Rep contacted me after my inquiry and was helpful to answer the basics. He made sure the vehicle was available for my planned visit and then answered my questions about the new features and how the dealer came by it. The deal was easy and at a good price. When I picked the Yukon XL up, it was all ready, cleaned and full tank of gas. Rep was good with the answers, and after I gleaned all that I needed to know, it felt really good to drive away in my mostly new Yukon XL.

I didn't buy the used truck but everyone at the dealership was polite , helpful and not high pressure. They let me take a test drive alone, which was also helpful.

First rate and easy to deal with. Got us in and out with our Transit in a short amount of time with no problems. Looking for a new or a good used vehicle call them, it will be worth your time.

The experience I had with this dealer was not good. Couldn’t get anyone to come out and talk about the vehicle. Was given an out the door price over the phone which changed when I got there. 454.00 was the difference in a sale and no sale. Overall bad experience and will not be dealing with this dealership again

Communication very good!
The salesman made a point to inform me that the air was not blowing cold and offered to fill the compressor , I drove about a half mile and the service engine light came on , I stopped and inserted my code reader and found that there were issues with the timing chain and the camshaft was out of sinc ( both very expensive repairs ) upon returning to the dealership I told the salesman about my findings and his reply was .... if we fixed all of that the asking price would be $15000.00instead of $ 9500.00 .... ( in the beginning he only referred to air not blowing cold ) I could have been stuck buying a vehicle in need of major repairs. Sure they got back to me in a timely manner, but didn't disclose all of the issues going on with the vehicle.

Dealer was very prompt and kept me updated while I was waiting
for the vehicle to be available. Unfortunately, the vehicle needed
too many repairs and was never offered for sale. I will definitely
keep checking their site for other used cars.

After many questions i securing the deal to my advantage I flew in to Ohio I was welcomed by myself man which he wanted to make sure that whatever he said is what it was supposed to be done after many hours of negotiation in the financial manager trying to put me on a really high interest rate we brought it down to a very reasonable interest rate we complete the purchase my salesman was not too happy I sincerely about the car because someone else another salesman offered to help my salesman had a terrible attitude. even I end with somebody else is DNA Oliver my face when the person cough in my face after everything was said and done I believe we make a good deal

Never responded to my requests. Then we went to the dealership around closing time. The salesperson was polite. He did immediately try to get our credit info. Made us feel as though they felt we couldn't afford the vehicle. We made an offer....full price asking for a little extra on a trade. They refused to budge by even a dollar. The salesman made it clear that the vehicle that has been on the lot for over 40 days has sat with absolutely no interest and not a single test drive. We made a good offer on a V8 twin turbo that has been wrecked.......We walked away baffled.

I am now the proud owner of a vehicle l always wanted and thought l would never be able to afford and have payments a lot less than what l ever thought. Thank you Mark Sweeney for making it possible. response. The used car they were selling
had multiple problems that I asked them
how they wanted to address....their
response was "our price is firm"
Be warned! Don't be the sucker that buys
a piece of junk that the dealer has been
made aware of problems but has no
desire to correct

man was running my credit
through several places without
even discussing anything or being
authorized. Told me he had to talk
to bank to leave and he would
call me next day but no phone
call. I called left message but no
response. Horrible customer
service !!!!! I would not

I took the van for a test drive. The salesman made a copy of my license and the next day he can to my home and knock on the door looking for me. Not professional in my opinion. The van ran good but it was dirty inside and out. Would expect a clean vehicle for $12,999.

Deceptive. Ken withheld information and featured stock photos of a
different vehicle in order to get me onto the lot. 3 hours of driving and

I had a good conversation with a salesman who explained that the
car I was interested in belonged to the dealership's owner. I
asked him to fax me the window sticker, and he said he would,
but he never did. I gave him my name and contact information and
never got the fax or a phonecall.

Dealer advertised a vehicle they
didn't even possess. Showed up
to drive the car it was an older
model, lacking features
advertised online. Listed way
above KBB and they refused to
come down after we drove 2 1/2
hours to look at the car we saw
online. Very disappointing!

Problem is, I live in Columbus and haven't decided on buying

Ken Smith was my sales person. The things I wanted fixed on the used car I purchased, he took care of. Very nice person, and the rest of the staff we talked too was very nice also. He didn't pressure us in buying the car. That's always a plus!
