The salesman was prompt in responding to my inquiry.
After I looked the vehicle over and test drove it, I quickly realized the vehicle has rust areas on the engine parts as well as small rust area on passenger door, and the exhaust system had a lot of rust. The vehicle pulled to the left while driving.
The salesman returned my inquiry with they contacted the owner and they were willing to remedy the pulling to the left. There was a lot more in need of servicing.

Mark, Jarren and Cody and all the sales guys and mechanics I dealt with at this dealership were very nice, I bought a Toyota tundra from this dealership and they went above and beyond to make things smooth. This was a great experience... Caleb was awesome, very helpful and got back to me quickly with any questions I had! Would reccomend Mark Martin motors and I would definitely buy from them again!
I give this rating because although the vehicle is great...overpriced because of the lack of vehicles due to COVID, the dealership was not transparent or honest in defining other costs. After driving 4 1/2 hours to get the vehicle, we learned of this charge. Although the staff was congenial, when the owner was called, he would not budge on the price even though he made a nice sum of money with the jacked-up price. All integrity of this individual was lost and I can't recommend anyone who can't be honest esp with a significant purchase such as this.

I am giving one star because the gentlemen I worked with was very nice but the experience was a waste of my time. When a major flaw in appearance was discovered I was offered $150 on what would cost $850 to repair. When I did not accept that after approximately 3hours into the deal they let me walk out without further negotiation to save the sale. Very disappointing

Dealer couldn’t wait at all for my wife and I drove over 2 hours and missed there 4pm closing time. Called them at 350 and told the sales guy gps said we’d be there at 405 they couldn’t wait because it was there work Christmas party and guy told my wife truck would be unlocked and if we liked it to drive back on Monday. Waste of a whole day.

I asked for an estimate for my vehicle via email. I received a very prompt response asking for pics and info. Bob called me within an hour of receiving my info. The offer was very fair however I decided to wait to see if something would come to their inventory that better suits my needs. This dealership in just not what you usually expect because they are a no pressure customer oriented group. I highly recommend Mark Martin Mtrs. to anyone searching for a vehicle and not wanting to play games. I like the fact that you get their best price online and don't have to haggle. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I purchased my truck from Jordan Gray. He was very pleasant to work with and we are very pleased. He let me test drive two trucks and then held the one I wanted until my wife could test drive and we completed the purchase. We also bought a 5 yr Ally warranty on the F-450 Platinum truck for peace of mind.

The dealer contacted me, however, the vehicle they had did not match my
needs. They were very friendly and accomodating.

Gimmicks. This car dealer that doesn’t use
gimmicks, false advertising, bait and switch or
any of those other things that we have seen while
looking for a truck.
The no haggle price fair trade value and no
pressure sales personnel made it easy to shop
and get what we wanted. Will go back to Mark for

I recently purchased a F350 from Mark Martin Motors; this was after having done extensive research for almost a month in regards to best truck for the price. I ended up going with Mark Martin because of their prices being competitive. Once I got to the dealer, I was extremely pleased with the entire staff and the professionalism and courtesy they displayed. I read a lot of the reviews online and some people complained that Mark Martin Motors would not negotiate price. I couldn't understand why people would complain about this given that Mark Martin tells you up front that their prices are set and are "no haggle". I for one, respect that they have stuck to their word on this. I also was extremely pleased with the fact that there were no hidden costs. I am 53 years old and have shopped for many cars during my lifetime, I have to say without doubt, this was the most pleasurable and least stressful car buying experience that I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to feel respected and feel like they are dealing with honest people.

Great and quick response to my email request for whether or not they would negotiate the price but unfortunately, they were unable to do so and are not willing to negotiate and hence my neutral rating. I find that to be a detractor from wanting to do business with them. Heck, even a token $500 price reduction could potentially sway a future customer. Maybe we're not getting THE best deal possible but nonetheless, the feeling of getting a deal is a stronger one. Just my two cents.

I am usually very suspect about buying used items, but from the very first time I talked to Chris I had the feeling he was someone I could trust dealing with. He had a truck I really wanted and I called to put a payment down so he would hold the car for me. He told me I did not have to do that and gave me his word that he would hold the truck till the weekend when I could come look at it. He kept his word and the truck was everything and more than he said it was. He was easy to get ahold of when I needed to get info for loan. He always called back in a timely manner and I was in and out in under an hour when purchasing vehicle. Thanks Chris, you made this purchase very stress free for me.

I corresponded with the salesman and I met another salesman on the day I went to look at the van. Everyone was very courteous and friendly.
This dealership takes you at your word. I asked them how much to put down on the van to prevent someone else from buying it and they said we dont take your money to hold a vehilce we take your word. They did just that. The van was off the website the same day, and it was a Saturday.

quality used vehicles that are well priced.
Their trade in offer on the vehicle I was
trading was spot on so there was no low
balling back and forth haggling on pricing
that you do at the larger dealerships. I

They would not deal on the price of
the truck because they said it was priced
right!! It was priced high about 4.5k
above market value and 10k above trade
in value!!!!!!!! Do your home work on your
vehicle, Dealers make a huge amount of
money on used vehicles. Use nada or
Kelly blue book to see trade in value and
that is still higher than the dealers will pay
for a trade, but it gives you a close idea
of what they paid for the vehicle.

Being in the car business for years, I thought the price on
the car I wanted was too good to be true. So I emailed them
and Caleb got back to me the next day. Said the car was still
there, would just hold it for me and didn't need a
deposit...very old school. I had a feeling they might do the
bait switch on me, but Caleb had the car all warmed up for
the test drive! Talking to him and Josh during the
paperwork, I had said the car pulls to the right. Mechanic
came right out, rotated tires and put air in the tires. These
two gentleman have a very promising future ahead of them!

Price gouging to make more profit. Retail was raised about $3000 within one week of listing. Salesman informed me that they did more research and decided to raise price, Obviously they felt that they were making a reasonable profit with the initial listing!
