Overall, a super pleasant experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Car was in great condition and the staff were kind and helpful. There was a slight misunderstanding with the financing which added another day. It was a bit inconvenient, but, again, the staff were so friendly they made the process a breeze.

They posted the car before it was ready to see/drive. Reached a deal and bought it anyway on a Friday. The TMPS light was on but they assured me it would be fixed before I picked it up.
Picked it up the following Tuesday and didn’t notice until I was some miles away that the TPMS light was still on. Called my salesperson and was told that had not gotten to it but if I came right back they would take care of . Drove away with the light off but it came back on. Several requests for a solution went in responded to including the sale manager. I finally got a hold of the sale manager and took it back only to find out the sensor that had to replace mine was bad too. Now another trip will hopefully solve the issue.
My biggest issue was the non-response when the issue arose. It looks like it will be fixed but not without a lot of pushing.

Great experience working with the salesman. One of the few dealers that gives you a short warranty on used cars as well as the option to return the vehicle within 300 miles or 7 days.

Don t walk away from this dealer, RUN ! Do not believe anything they tell you over the phone.
Verify in person. I would never ever purchase from this dealer. They told me over the phone that a Rav4 was perfect both inside and out but when I drove 2 hours to
see the Rav4 only to notice that the car had been hit in the back. It was clear to me that this was not something that they missed. They just failed to tell the truth.

Worst experience ever. Agreed on a price, signed papers, put down a deposit and waited for my car and then... they sold it to someone else and told me I had to pay $2,000 more for another car. ( bait & switch) I was a loyal customer there and this is how they treat loyal customers. Never go there.

We stopped at the pre-owned lot and luckily found a newly delivered car of interest. The salesman was to the point and did not pressure us at all. The car had low mileage so I guess he knew if we didn't buy it, someone else would. The experience was good and we did buy the car. We are happy with the purchase.
My experience with Mark Jacobson Toyota's staff, both on the phone and in person, was great. Each person was kind, respectful, and attentive to my needs. I'm guessing it was a fairly quick turnaround on receiving the vehicle, and preparing it for me to test drive, but my only complaint about my experience was the cleanliness of the vehicle, some of which was beyond their control (dog hair).
I didn't even buy a car and these people treated me like I just spent $100K, talk about superior customer service from just asking a question to decide...I never get this level of service from a business I go to on a regular basis. The service was so good I actually was disappointed I found a different car because I liked them that much. Best customer service would have liked it IM sure if the car they had was the one I wanted and it actually was # 2 on my list. Thank you Mark Jacobson Toyota...

Top notch service from start to finish!!! Contacted the dealership with an interest ina vehicle they took the time to send videos and text so we could hear and see everything about it since they knew we were 3 hours away. Drove there the same day and had us in and back on the road home with no hassle, back and forth, or mess you deal with at other places! Caleb is hands down the best and takes his time to insure everyone is treated the best!!! I would drive 3 hours anytime for this type of wonderful quality service!!!!

I was scheduled to come in Saturday December 8 2018. To purchase this tundra. Have been speaking with salesman all morning and all week but didn't inform me that this truck was not available. I was set to buy but when I arrived there the salesman or should I say saleswoman didn't want to greet me as should've. I have been talking with Kelsey not a guy. Anyhow the guy came to greet me and I informed him I have been talking to Kelsey and I'm here to buy 2015 tundra silver with Xsp-x . He's reply is that truck is no longer there. Wow I drove 2 hours here just to but that truck and it's not available. I need to talk with Kelsey. She refuse to talk to me but the guy trying to turn me but I'm not interested anymore I'm set on a vehicle by choice. Very bad business and not professional. At least call to say something but not calling to get me in your dealerships to hopefully turn me to buy a product not wanted.

This entire experience was a disaster from the beginning. I was sent a
website advertisement with a quoted price of $14,710, however after
depriving to their dealership, test driving the truck and sitting down with
the salesman, I was promptly told that the price was incorrect. Even
though there was a sign hanging in the truck for $14,999. Then they
promptly quoted me a brand new price of just under $20,000 and
informing me that they were not responsible for pricing errors. No effort
was made to negotiate a fair price based on specifics, no apology was
given and no one seemed to care that I had given away three hours of
my life. Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with Mark Jacobson
Toyota and I won’t read their ads on CarGurus.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. This is a very different type of dealership in a very good way. Sales representative Maney was great to deal with as well as Rob, the sales manager. It is probably the friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with.

The saleswoman, Tianna is a dynamo! Always prompt to respond and was
incredibly helpful throughout the buying process. Likewise, Robert,
manager, was very forthcoming with answers to additional maintenance

When I arrived at the appointment time with the salesman it took him around
20 minutes to come out and talk to me. Then he could not remember the type
of vehicle I was looking for. He had told me he had certain vehicles that
matched what I was looking for but when I drove almost an hour to the
dealership He did not have what he had told me. Instead he tried to sell me a
brand new vehicle instead of a used one like I had requested.

F&I guy could have been more friendly. Never even introduced himself to, just sit down and sign here,He could have sold us on the $1,500.00 warranty for the Dodge 1500 ram used truck if he had explained the details. We had to ask about the Gap insurance which we decided to buy outright. The sale person was super, great, fantastic, the best. Must ask for the man!!!! Luis Pietri . Dealer was unreasonable in pricing, late to the meeting, and completely unprepared with details about the vehicle. Very unwilling to negotiate a fair price, and dishonest with details, tire tread, length on the lot, etc.

They acted as if I didn't exsist, waited for nearly 2 hours... what made it so bad was the fact that I actually had an appointment with the Car salesman.. They tried to give me a car with no air conditioning and said that if they fixed it they would charge me more for the car or sale it to me with no air already.. So I didn't have a good experience here.

I purchased my first car from a dealership in 1984 and have had many
buying experiences. I can say without a doubt that this was the most
pleasant car buying experience that I have every had. The staff was great,
the finance manger was fast and polite. Or salesman the Fist Pump Guy
Gary was outstanding we traveled from Panama City Beach to Enterprise
Al. to buy this car and will travel there again to buy out next car. Thank You

I tried out car, they offered pretty good price. I offered a little less. They acccepted. I brought car. The paper signing took longer than expected, which is why only 4 stars, but this may well be the fault of NCDMV, not the dealer.

Fantastic customer service!
Very good experience. Luis was great and ensured I did not
waste a trip when he thought the car was being sold to
someone, he then called me back immediately the deal fell
through, I came in, the car was prepared for a test drive, I loved
in and negotiated a good price very quickly (less than 5
minutes, everyone was great. Only thing getting all the
paperwork done took a long time, I wish they could expedite
that, but that could be all dealers. Luis then followed up with a
phone call. Hate their ads but it was a good experience as far
as car buying goes.
Satisfied with Acadia (after one day). Our salesperson, Ramzi,
was superior! Hands downs most straight forward salesperson
we have ever dealt with. However, car was very poorly detailed
(very old food found under rear seat and obvious dirt was in
back cargo area) - no reflection on Ramzi, of course, but
disappointing---

The price at this dealership is high compare to other dealers in the area. The price quoted on advertise are
