Spoke with someone on the phone and she told me ruthlessly could not lower the monthly for less than 500$ or they be loosing money, thank goodness I found a better truck somwhere else, don't even bother to buy anything from this place.

Contacted me and told me another customer was ahead of me, but we scheduled just in case. Other customer purchased vehicle, they let me know right away so I didn't drive 1 1/2 hrs for nothing. Seems like a stand up dealer and I would consider them for future purchases

I drove 2 hours to test drive the gladiator. The sales associate and I were
working out the details and in the proces I found out that they added on a bogus
$1000 accessory charge to the listed price. The sales associated asked if they
could remove that add on would I go forward with the deal. I agreed but the
sales manager proeeded to back out of the agreement. Be carefull when
dealilng with this dealership. They will try to throw in additional costs and then
they will not honor what their salespeople agree to. These guys are not
trustworthy!

Mr. Santos returned my call for info, and said he would investigate the reason this 2017 Ram Rebel had 4 previous owners in such a short amount of time, but never has. He was more interested in when I could come to take a test drive. The dealer is a little more than an hour from me, and I didn't want to invest that kind of time in the deal until I felt more comfortable with a potential real purchase decision to buy... I explained this to him, and he agreed. He said he understood and would investigate then get back with me. (1 week ago - still no feedback)

Saw a vehicle online and contacted online. Vehicle is available. Stated we live an hour away so call if vehicle is bought so that we could go back home. Called dealership t2 more times to make sure vehicle was there said it was. Got to dealership and vehicle was loaned out. We bought 1 car from this dealership and was a nice experience. Never again!

Price shown is super good! Contacted them to purchase the car and the price was 104,000ish. It is super sad that dealers are marking cars up by 30,000 these days
The sales associate - Jim contacted me immediately. He arranged for my test drive appointment. When we arrived everyone was courteous and friendly. And best of all the vehicle that I viewed online was even better in person- it was in great shape, just as the description described. This was one of our best car buying experiences so far.
Stay away from this dealer .They had me think they had this car went down 3 different days
because they said the car was used as a loaner car . Well on the third time they told me that the
car was sold 600 days ago YES I SAID 600 DAYS AGO .What the hell was that about they lie
right in your face, I will worn people about this dealer.

I was told they would not do anything with the vehicle until it had been through their inspection process. They said the process should be completed on a Monday. I waited for a call then text the salesman only to find out that they let someone else put a deposit on the truck without letting me know that was even an option.

Really nice people. Be ready, they are on top of their stuff. I was contacted right away. I knew the

They were extremely helpful, Taylor the associate I have been dealing with is awesome. I didn’t make a purchase from this dealership because they sell vehicles so fast but she made the possibility of buying one quite the anticipated experience.

After leaving a two star review for this dealership I was finally contacted with a straight, complete answer to my initial question. While I am disappointed that it took so long and a negative review, I am satisfied with the final response. Could have easily been five stars.

My experience was fantastic and Josh Green did a great job in handling the situation as the Optima EX I came to see was not what we saw online. Now back to the story, once on the lot Josh suggested we look at similar cars in the 4 door sedan line and we drove a few. The Toyota Avalon had a wiggle upon reaching highway speeds in the front right wheel, but other than that we liked the vehicle and the price was in our budget. I needed a highway car for work and Josh said they would make it right and get the car issues corrected and he did to our satisfaction and beyond. We came back after test driving other cars and put a deal together with John the sales manager. Steve helped us get the extended warranties we felt we needed in force and we filled out the paperwork for the Avalon! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and had a smile on their face and we felt they were going to do whatever it took to make us happy, and they did! Thank you all. Terry

The ad is wrong. If this is the same car I am thinking about...they are saying this is an Altima SL (top of the line)...when it is really an S model (base - lowest of the line). Ad needs to be corrected. With that said, I spoke with them and they were very friendly.

Was very upset with this dealership. I set up an appointment with them, the day of the appointment they called and confirmed we were coming. We drove an hour to come look at the car just to find out it was sold, without any notice from the dealership. Very upsetting.

Drake’s where very pleasant to deal with, however car was over priced and they were not willing to settle on a price less $100 from the asking. In addition this dealership requires an almost $700 document fee, which I was told is common in North Carolina. Plus, I would have had to get the car back to Texas.

The hospitality was wonderful, I definitely felt like part of the marine Chevrolet family. The car that was listed was not the car in the description but Marine Chevrolet worked on adding amenities that were listed on the ad to the car to satisfy my needs. Great Experience Very Nice People To Work With
Sales staff were good. However, when it comes to prices and
financing, they wanted way too much for the car for the condition
it was in and were not willing to make it stock or adjust the price
accordingly for the repairs that were needed. They give me one
set of numbers for payments and financing and then when I
actually went to the sales manager the numbers were a lot higher.
After i decided they wanted twice as much as the car is worth,
they all of a sudden had a better deal with a better finance rate.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON
VALUES OF CARS AND THEIR CONDITIONS AND PAY
ATTENTION TO FINANCE RATES BEFORE SIGNING
ANYTHING. Don't get suckered into something that's not worth it.
