We called ahead to see if a car listed on car gurus was still on the lot and Edmond told us it was. We drove for over 45min and it turns out it was being repainted and not on the lot. You'd expect more from an Acura dealership, but same BS salesman crap as any roadside dealership.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They stayed late to help us and we drove away with our 2017 Ford Raptor that night.

Purchased 2016 F250 from Marin, had to drive 120 miles to get it, and when I got home the truck wouldn't start. Marin Acura was great, they arranged to have a local dealer look at and fix the minor problem. I would recommend this dealer as they interacted with integrity and respect.

This was my first experience using CarGurus.com to locate a used vehicle. It was a fairly easy process. The dealer responded quickly and made the process simple. I did wind up purchasing this vehicle. Highly recommend Marin Acura. No pressure sales team, which can be a real "turn off".

I Called Marin Acura on Monday July 27th after receiving the CarGurus post for this 2018 Acura RDX. The staff, beginning with Nassim in sales, Jean-Pierre in finance and Daniel product specialist who also delivered the car from Corte Madera to Reno NV. Daniel spent hours with us going over and educating us on all the tech features this car is equipped with. "Outstanding" car buying experience without leaving our home. Marin Acura responded quickly and professionally to my inquiries.

I contacted two dealers with same model and options. Marin Acura quoted me $5k higher than the other. Marin Acura also told me Acura will credit me $1000 if I own any Acura 2010+ but the other dealer told me Acura will credit $1765 is I own any Acura 2010 or newer

Eddie was very helpful and was willing to try his best to accommodate me get the best deal with out making me feel pressured. I would definitely would like to have his help again when I get the chance to buy en Acura.

BBB rating of D-minus--shame on me for not reading it before engaging Marin Acura. I verbally agreed to purchase a car from Marin Acura. The salesman asked for all of my personal information including Social Security Number, Home Address,license number, etc and assured me that paperwork was forthcoming. One week passed and no paper - after several follow up phone calls and texts - all unanswered by the salesman, I contacted the sales manager ( it took 3 tries before a response). The sales manager offered another option at the previously agreed to price, which was an acceptable solution. 5 days passed when I received a call from the finance manager to review terms, the price went up 1,000 from the agreed upon number. Bottom line, this feels like a SCAM to collect personal information. I’ve notified all of the credit agencies, that my personal information had been obtained unethically. NOTE- I had to revise this review in oder to have it published Beware of Marin Acura!!

I ended up purchasing the vehicle from Acura of Marin. They were willing to work with my budget, and made every effort to detail the vehicle on last minute notice. In fact, they did! JP is great at the end closing the deal, he even made my kids laugh uncontrollably. Nonetheless, good dealership but not great because of the location, which isn’t their fault.
