Pleasant and followed up quickly
Katie, Tamara, and Greg gave excellent customer service to my wife and I on the purchase of a used Toyota Tacoma. I’ve purchased several vehicles through the Car Gurus App. Carter Chevrolet is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a new or used vehicle. I would strongly recommend these folks to anyone and will call them on my next purchase to see if they may have what I would like in inventory.

Was contacted the next morning by a responder to online inquiries. Very positive and
informative. Made an appointment for later that day and through the processes purchased
and left the dealership with the car of inquiry. Doug Teague the rep. and Greg Goode the
finance person were knowledgeable and professional. They both did their best to
accomodate my wishes. I would definitely consider Carter Chevrolet for my next auto
purchase/

Car was ready for us to inspect when we arrived and the sales person was very hepful. Discovered some of the features were not on the vehicle as listed in the ad, so we did not purchase the vehicle.

pictures of the "dent free areas" and told me it was a clean truck. I
drove for over an hour to see ragged out pile of junk. The only
positive was the time I spent with my stepson
