Absolute horrible experience truck was a piece of garbage rusted beyond belief. Drove 45 minutes. There told him to not start it. They brought it out. The motor was warm. It was an absolute piece of garbage.

Dealer contacted me right away. They were very professional. I wound up not going but they were helpful.

CLASIC BATE AND SWITCH From the start, the ad looked too good to be true. I inquired online and got a call back from a sales person. I missed the call but the voice mail confirmed that the car was available and invited me to come in for a test drive. Then I received a chat correspondence similar to the voicemail. Now I'm excited by the thought that this could be legit...I'm buying this car. before heading from Brooklyn NY to the address sent, in NJ I asked...are there any hidden charges such as prep fees, paperwork fees, plate and reg fees, because I coming from Brooklyn and I dont want any surprises. Promptly I received a message stating that the car was no longer available because they had discovered so many issues with it that they could not sell it.in good conscience and it would be sold wholesale but I could still come down and browse their inventory. Upon browsing their inventory online i found nothing near that price for the year and milage... BATE AND SWITCH...

I called the sales person and said that I was on my way up to Mendham, Forty minutes from my home to test drive a Liberty Jeep. When I got there, two sales people came over to tell me that the car had been sold and was not available. That was a total waste of time....I was not interested in a Ford at all. We left and went to Bridgewater. Very disappointed. No stars!

Very minimal service work was done to the vehicle prior to sale, other than slapping a lot of armor-all all over everything. Washer fluid container looked like it had oil of something in it, I had to clean it out myself, found a water leak under the RH front carpet, I didn't bother to go back since we live over an hour away. They knew very little about the vehicle and features. Business guy was quick though, and didn't take us long to sign all the papers. Parts guy was helpful too. Sales people were average.

The internet manager was great, salesman was good. Very little price negotiation. Vehicle not that great.
