Only dealt with the internet sales team. Never had said car in stock. Wanted to charge more over MSRP than other dealers. Also tried to tell me my trade I was worth less than bluebook because of the color. I felt very disrespected by Kenneth Howard.

Terrible customer service. Contacted the used auto dept. on 3/16/2022 to inquire about a 2008 4Runner. First sales rep named Joe was friendly enough and said to come in the next day to see the car. I advised I was ready to buy so long as the car was as advertised. I texted Joe in the AM (3/17/2022) and advised I was on my way. No response from Joe and arrive at the dealership to find out the car still needed servicing and I could not test drive the vehicle. The sales rep who assisted was named Irvin and apologized that the vehicle wasn’t ready and that Joe should have gotten back to me to say so. Wasted over an hour in LA traffic. Was ghosted by Irvin on 3/18. Come to find out the morning of 3/19 the car had been sold. I figure someone within the dealership made the purchase which is fine, take care of your own. Just wish the sales reps there had the decency to get back to me. Do better gents…

I set up an appointment to buy that car I ask if they still have it they say yes, so I drove almost 1 hour , and when I got there I found out wasn't true, I got disappointed, some one else very nice person try to show me another models but at that point, I lost the trust,

The salesperson, Chenna, was a pleasure to work with. Even though I didn't buy from them, I would go back because of him. I felt that the manager could have tried harder to earn my business. There was clearly going to be a lot more negotiation to get any where with him. Your mileage may vary depending on who you work with, but the staff was all very friendly, especially Chenna.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a welcome guest, as well as a customer. The saleslady who met me was the best--I can't remember her name, but she was very pretty, and SO warm. The test drive was NO pressure, and she not only answered all my questions, but led me through what I might expect, before I got there. I am a single woman, but I never felt pushed, or manipulated. It was easy, understandable, friendly, and I feel I got a GREAT deal. SO satisfied. Bravo, everyone who helped me!

It took 2 days for dealership to respond to my online inquiry about car. I felt that was longer than it should of taken to call me back.
