Dealer promptly responded and addressed my inquiry.
I test drove a truck I was interested in purchasing. I negotiated the out the door price with the sales manager. I was asked by the salesperson how would I be purchasing and I told her I had my own financing in place. It was then that the deal went sour. I was told by the sales manager that I would have to pay an additional $1000 if I used my own financing. I’m sure if I had used their financing my interest rate would have been higher than the financing I had secured. Ultimately, I decided not to purchase the truck.

Micha was great. Overall easy experience and love the Acadia.
Emailed with 4 different people. Asked for a price. Never received it. Told every time that a manger would follow up with me, never did. Asked me for my phone number 3 times and never received a call. They did not try to earn my business. Don’t waste your time. Move on to the next dealer.
Absolutely terrible dealer . Trying sale a truck with a shuddering transmission. I test drove this truck trans was shuddering, very common for an 8l90 . They informed me that they would service it and get back with me . They never did . Truck is back on the lot still for sale ! I tried contacting them
Again to get update, no response! Can only mean one thing , transmission is still shuddering. There going to try and pass it off to someone who want notice until its to late. Very unethical dealer !

Made an appointment to drive a car. Car was not ready when we got there. They located it finally. Had to boost it off. Decided to buy. sales manager got the process in motion to finance the car thru GMC. Several HOURS later, the numbers were revealed regarding payments, high interest rate, added warranty that was not discussed, etc. The dealership used all of the tactics to pressure one into buy a car by keeping us there all day to tire us out. Said we have competitive rates”, the car will be $1000 more if we do not finance with them, etc. We wanted to check with our bank too before making a decision. However, it was now closed. So it goes, the finance person did his spill, then had to get the sales manager to see what our “problem” was. Needless to say, we did not buy the car from them. Not very genuine there. Would not recommend. Typical salesman trying to outsmart their customers. We learned a lot from this experience.

They responded to me quickly and everyone there was really nice and helpful. Plus the benefits of buying a car here are great! Better than most other dealerships I’ve been to. Definitely recommend buying from them
HORRIBLE! I asked for interior photographs and continued to get multiple e-mails from
multiple people. All of those e-mails were generic and asked if there was anything else I
needed but NOT one addressed sending pictures of the interior. Then I heard from a
female salesperson, multiple times, saying she would have someone send me pictures.
The next e-mail was from someone else saying they don't send pictures until the vehicle
goes through inspection. RIDICULOUS as they had placed the exterior pics on the site!!!
And then the lady e-mails again asking if I received the pictures. I e-mailed back saying I
was no longer interested in doing business with such an unprofessional company.
Mandal employees are really lost and have no clue how to operate.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they offered. Fast and easy transaction.
This did not turn out to be the vehicle for me. But, Mandal worked with me to find exactly what I needed for a great price. It was the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I highly recommend Mandal if you need a new or used car. They won’t try to “sell” you a vehicle. Their goal is to help you meet your transportation needs. And they’re very good at it!

I had an appointment on 7/6/19 to view the Infiniti. The vehicle was promptly brought around for me to inspect and test drive. I was immediately disappointed because of scratches on it. Not one but at least 5-6.. The salesman assured me that the scratches could be fixed. After further inspection the drivers seat had what looked like a lot of wear or else a small nick in the leather & the steering wheel showed signs of wear. One of the wheels also had a scratch... I opted not to test drive the vehicle but I did want to talk about a price. I was taken back to the waiting room to wait for Salesman. After waiting 10 min. or so, salesman brings paper work to me in the waiting room!!! Salesman offered the vehicle to me at a final price and I counter offered but he told me he was not there to argue. He compared the deal as telling his 23 year old son to cut the grass....he had no choice??? Idk!! I feel as tho, they wasted my time and they made me feel as tho, they didn’t care.

They will not have to worry about me ever contacting them or visiting the dealership. A sales manager told me the truck was sold. I called two days in a row and they said it was still i stock. I had a friend call to check availability for me and they told him it was still in stock.

Ask for Scott & Tony!!! Scott and Tony went above and beyond to make sure I had the best
car buying experience without even stepping foot in the showroom. I live 80 miles away.
Scott physically drove the car to our home because we just had a baby and could not
make it to the dealership. I will definitely buy again!

The ad said contact for best price, after a few annoying emails and the dealer essentially begging me to come in I was told the price on the web was their best price. I’ve had similar dealings with them in the past but decided to give them another shot since they’re so close to my home. Most likely will never approach them

Very good car buying experience with Mandal!
The dealership did respond quickly. However, I told the sales person I
would be looking at vehicles I narrow my search down too on Friday. I
made appointments with all the dealerships I planned on visiting Friday on
Thursday evening. Mandal Buick was the first appointment of the day,
they called an hour before my appointment and said, "We didn't realize,
the vehicle you are to look at was not on the lot, can we show you
another? They told me just 14 hours earlier that the vehicle was on the lot.
I did buy a vehicle Friday, just not from Mandal Buick.

They insulted my intelligence. They said They were losing 4k on this truck which either makes then stupid or they thought I was stupid. They pretended someone elese came in just after me and was test driving it while we were negotiating. Then, they lied about the interest rates I could get.
Mandal contacted me quick and often. First email asked for my real email, then phone number. Soon I got an email saying they had tried to call me and left many messages that I had not returned. This was not true. I finally made it in to test drive. We were not interested in the vehicle.

I waited two or three days for a response for the internet salesperson only to find out that the only car I was asking about had never been there. I was very disappointed in the runaround I got.
The dealer did provide the needed information, but the car had more miles
than I preferred.

The dealer contacted me but never came through. She was to
find out how much they would give me for a trade in and never
got back with me on what the amount would be. I would also
get emails saying that the dealership was trying to contact me
and when I called back the lady I was dealing with tells me that
it was a false email and to ignore it. My salesperson was nice
when we talked but didn't call back when she was suppose to
and never gave me my trade in amount when she said she
would call me right back. That type of treatment tells me to
move on and I did and bought by 2016 Jeep Renegade from
another dealership and the process was an easy one.
