Total clown show. Saw a vehicle I was ready to buy so I called and scheduled a test drive and requested some pictures beyond a stock photo. Took them days to get pics. Ten minutes after I call to double check everything is in order they call me as I am leaving to drive 1.5 hrs to tell me that the technicians noticed something wrong at the last minute and they had to delay and maybe couldn’t sell the car at all. Oh well. Then thirty minutes after I was supposed to be there for the test drive some other salesperson calls and asks if I’m still coming. He then proceeds to tell me nothing is wrong with the vehicle, doesn’t know what the issue was, but isn't concerned with whatever it is… incompetent at best.

Keep trying to make me work around their schedule to come take a look at a used vehicle. Typically, when I'm interested in looking at something I just go to the lot a my convenience. Other words, I'll get there when I get there.

We live a couple of hours away from the dealer and made an appointment to see the car with the understanding that we intended to purchase it. I also offered to give a deposit to hold the car. I received a text from the dealer the evening before the appointment asking me to give them a call. I did, and the person I talked to claimed to know nothing. I asked to get a call back when he find someone who knew the situation, but didn't receive one. When we arrived at the dealer the next morning we found that the car had been sold the night before. They did find an identical cx-50, but with twice the miles, which they offered to sell to me for an additional $4,000 dollars, claiming that the tarrifs that must went into effect were raising prices. I ended up getting an overall better deal from another dealer much closer to home.

I had a very disappointing experience at Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet North Point. Before visiting, I provided all the necessary information about my vehicle and agreed on a trade-in value with the salesperson. However, when I arrived at the dealership, the manager quoted me a lower value for my car, breaking the agreement. It wasn’t until I showed the manager my text conversations with the salesperson that they finally honored the original trade-in amount. And then, when presenting the final offer sheet, they suddenly added a CarBravo Certified Fee. Prior to my visit, I had explicitly asked the salesperson multiple times if there would be any additional fees beyond the vehicle price, dealer fees, taxes, and title fees, and was assured there wouldn’t be. Yet, the manager insisted that this fee was mandatory and refused to take responsibility for what the salesperson had told me. I would advise anyone considering this dealership to be catious and prepared for potential dishonesty.

They had a great car, but ruined the deal when they slapped a mandatory 6 month extended warranty ($1900) on top of the cost. Put the car way out of line with others I was looking at.

Terrible experience! They mislisted a used vehicle as an suv with 3rd row seating, pushed me for a down payment, and after wasting an entire of my time, and having me come 2 hours to pick the vehicle up, it did now have a 3rd row. I made mutiple comments about 7 passengers, and being a family of 6!!! After all of it the only thing they could offer to do for me after wasting my time on their errors was try to sell me higher priced vehicles for higher payments…how is that them really trying to do anything to make up for their error???

Terrible experience, the salesperson was unhelpful and very rude and dismissive to the point that he hung up on me after he told me the vehicle I was interested in was on a different lot. There was no offer of help finding it or another vehicle and no sign off, just ok and hung up.

Made contact. Dealer confirmed online price of $31,400 for Chevy Silverado on the phone. I was putting $10,000 cash down financing the rest. When they found out I wasn’t financing the truck through them the price went to $43,000 out the door. Very shady

My experience was horrible. I contacted the dealership about a 2018 Hyundai Sonata Sport that I was interested in. I discussed with the dealership that I thought the price was too high. The salesperson told me that the price was negotiable. I called her on a second occasion to make sure that it was still available and that the price was negotiable. She told me that she would have the sales manager send me a quote of exactly what I would pay walking out of the door. When I got the quote it was $2,000 more than the advertised price and included a $1,095 used car protection plan that I never asked for nor wanted. I asked her why the price had gone up. First she told me that the dealer had to make some repairs to the car prior to selling it. Then she came back and said that the price that was listed online was wrong. I told her that was complete rip off. I would not suggest anyone do business with this dealership.

This dealer was horrible, the salesman ran my credit report knowing that the only vehicle that I was interested in purchasing had already been sold! I didn't authorize him too run my credit report for any other vehicle. Then he lied and never called me back!

Juan got right back to us but unfortunately the car was not ready to test drive. We were able to see the car but weren’t allowed to test drive as needed some work from Fiat. Someone else was willing to purchase without it being ready and able to test drive so we lost the car. :( However, I do appreciate Juan giving us a heads up and he was easy to work with.

They changed the prices around from the original email to when I arrived on the lot. They claimed the increased price was their "dealer fee." Yet the email I received originally when I reached out for the info, never mentioned the price would change. The manager also claimed AutoNation is a "no haggle" dealership, so their prices don't change.... Yet 5 months prior, we purchased a vehicle from a different AutoNation dealership, and they came off their prices $3,000. They didn't seem inclined to work with the customer.

I was told come look a a vehicle that was an hour away. Then when I got there was told it hadn't been checked out yet I was mislead for 2 days then told it needed every major repair in the book and they couldn't sell it I'm sure some one there wanted the truck and that's fine but why waist my time

I had a great experience working with both Josh and Ed at Autonation. Responded back very quickly to all of my emails and phone calls and answered all my questions. When I showed up for my test drive, Josh was ready for me. After test driving the Bolt and a Volt, I decided to purchase the Volt. The purchasing experience was very good and I never felt pressured or strong armed into anything, even when the finance guy was trying to upsell me a lot of add on extended warranties and services. I would definitely buy another car from them in the future.

They treated me very fairly and tried to make a deal. They were 750 miles from me so that made for some slow negotiations. As a result they sold the car I wanted before I was able to buy it on mutual terms. We both tried, I had my chances and they did what was best for them, sold the car. I think that's the way the system is supposed to work. I would recommend.

We passed emails back and forth. When I emailed that I was having trouble finding my own financing, they didn't reply for awhile. When they did it was someone asking me to call. I did call then was asked to leave message. No call or message. Pretty crappy customer service from what I dealt with.

Very pleasant place to shop. They were very courteous and informative. My favorite thing was that the salesman Patrick never tried to push or pressure me into anything. Very nice place

I have been looking for a CPO Camaro SS for my son(18) for months. As an Executive Level Sales Professional and former GM in the car business myself, I tend to have VERY Little patience for the BS that can go on during the car buying experience. GM Sherman Holland and Internet SM Bob Moses were FIRST CLASS from start to finish. They treated us, and most importantly my son, like royalty. Which made the experience all the more memorable for my son. A car is a piece of functional iron, aluminum, plastic & glass that can be bought at ANY dealership, but Customer Service & Respect tend to be a rare commodity in today's World. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
