They sold the car out from under me after I spoke with the girl on her name. Is Jenn on the phone told her I wanted the vehicle. What did she need from me in order to secure the deal? She said don’t worry about it. I was sick she could tell I was sick. I had no voice at all trying to speak to her over the telephone. She said I said just wanna make sure I’m not gonna lose my car. She goes. Oh no, no no don’t worry about it and I heard nothing from them the next day let my voice rest first thing in the morning the day after I called car was sold. purchasing a car is not fun for me. Car gurus has made it bearable but dealers like that ought to be ashamed of themselves. I should’ve been given the consideration of a phone call before they sold it to somebody else. I asked her if she needed anything from me and she said no.

Cost of vehicle I got was just okay immediately had to put brakes and rotors on it my door is glued together the master switch on a driver's door the transmission is not right took it back within 30 days they refused to work on it and just several more items are not good with the truck

Well we had put brakes on the truck 6 days before you purchased it. We also did your motor vehicle work for the state you live in (Pennsylvania) and then you took it through your state inspection process, IT PASSED, you brought it back after that for a ticking type noise that we were more than happy to address. I do apologize that the first repair facility did not find the cause of the noise. When you brought it back the second time, we took it to a different repair facility. They found your concern, an exhaust manifold leaking which I immediately told them to replace even after our guarantee

I specifically called to be sure that this van was indeed 8 passengers as it is listed. When I called, I was told that it was eight passenger so I went up to test drive it and found it was only seven. The company website has it listed as 7-passenger. They were very friendly but the information was incorrect

Put a deposit down for a car, then I decided to hold off a little while they said they would give back deposit if I didn’t get the car but never did. I called everyday for my deposit back and they just never did.

Representative got back with me within 48 hours. I had to head out of town and had left the area before they contacted me. Car looks like a reasonable deal.
