Car was not detailed before purchase like they said they would do. Car had 4 different tires on it. Was told breaks had been replaced. That was not true. Had to get new brakes immediately after purchase.

Very supportive from arranging an inspection to all the rest
Purchased a car within 48 hours the car did not work but the car as is had a problem from the get-go and they never let me know something wrong with it, but the speakers never turned the radio on until I got home and realized the speakers are busted. I had to pay additional money to get the car repaired just to start driving it and they only gave me $300 of repair cost that was $1200.

Contacted and scheduled an appointment fairly quickly. Got to the appointment for them to tell us they sold the car before we got there and showed us a bunch of
wrecked vehicles for more money, and tents set up around the parking lot where they were repairing and doing body work on other vehicles in the lot. Don't go here.
Our salesperson was very helpful. The 2 cars we saw were on the lower-end of quality and had been beaten up pretty
badly with zero reconditioning. The hood didn't open on one of them and the price of the other was astronomically higher
than the exact models we'd seen with less miles and less internal damage. The fees at this dealership are also totally
insane on top of a high vehicle price. In short, I liked the salesperson, but we won't be going back if this is the product and
pricing to be expected there.

Had scheduled a test drive with them 3 days in advance. They confirmed with me via email. Made the 5 hour trip to view and drive the car only to find out that they had sold it the night before I arrived.

Yunior Barrera was knowledgeable about the inventory, answered all my questions with patience, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He even followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going well with the car, which I really appreciated.

Ended up buying the car that was listed as excellent shape inside outside and mechanical, after purchase I was told I would have to pay for
shipping out of pocket when before it was included in the loan as well it was twice the amount CarGurus said it would be while on their
website and I had to send it to a shady zelle account they said the owner had. After this it took almost two weeks before the car shipped I
was told it was on a truck coming to me a week prior, they would not up me and seemed not to car after the car was sold. I had asked for
any damage to the car to be photographed and sent to me that would point to being repainted or damage and all pics were good when the
car arrived it was missing emblems had a horrible paint job on the car hood and you can see the sanding marks in the bondo they used to
fix damage, the windshield has been replaced and the trim beat all to hell the cars trunk deck was scratched, GPS and Sunroof doesnt
work was told it was a used car and norma

Very helpful with additional information. Offered to help us in anyway she could.
Excellent buying experience. Jetson was an awesome salesperson and made the entire process seamless. The only issue I had was with the shipping. Shipping was included in the sale but when the driver arrived at 2:30AM he said it was COD so I had to pay him through Cash app which might have been more on the shipping company than on the fine folks at Magnetism motors. My first major car purchase sight unseen from another state and thank goodness for Magnetism for making it a seamless process!

Taz provided honest and professional service, delivering on every promise he made. The car purchase process was quick and seamless. I highly recommend working with him!
I would like to start of my review with saying there is still hope for us in search of a vehicle and CUTTING OUT al the
stereotypes. I was in contact with the dealer rep Jeff and emailed with him back and fourth . Eventually I was able to come by to
the dealer and it was like sitting on a could being breezed by the wind into my purchase . Hospitable people looking to please
your search and concerns . I was able to leave with the vehicle on a good time before dinner , I appreciate all efforts put in by
everyone at magnetism . From the sales rep to the people that gave me my car nice and shiny .

Great customer service but I decided to go else where because of my circumstances.
I made an offer ($1000 less than asking) on a Porsche GTS. The car needed some maintenace and interior repairs which would have cost me about $2200. Instead of negotiating, Jeff Rodriguez told me "someone came and bought the car today". Funny how its still sitting on their lot 2 weeks later. I found a lower mileage GTS with no need for repairs at another dealership and purchased it. Maybe Jeff did me a favor? Either way, he was the epitome of a used car sales man. Don't be like Jeff.

We love our new car! We were nervous because we never bought a car without physically seeing it before. Saw it online and went from there! There are a few things that were not disclosed, like chips in the windshield and we are pretty sure it needs new struts, but all in all it was a good experience and we are happy with our purchase. We got a good price and dealer arranged having the car shipped to us. We expected we would need to fix a few things as it is a 10 year old car. We recommend and would buy from them again in the future.

Dealer was helpful and offered a package which would have included car
transportation. However, we did not agree on the vehicle cost. The vehicle appears to
be in very good condition, but I would need a car inspector prior to purchase.
Horrible salesman. He wouldn’t let me test drive the car. The car had issues with the headlights and a clip was broken on the top door panel. The salesman was not professional at all. He wanted me to do the paper work first before letting me drive it. Once he did we talked numbers the price increase tremendously. I had cash in hand. He was just trying to make a buck out of me but I’m experienced in this field. Do not buy from them.

Disaster. The situation was so shady; he wouldn’t let me test drive the car without a bill of sale in place. Then, at 4:30pm, while I was sitting at the bank, waiting for the loan paperwork to be finished — he increased the price from $10,900 to $12,250 AND told me he had someone coming to test drive and possibly buy the vehicle at 5:00pm. I thankfully ended up buying a car elsewhere.

Not a good experience he didn't even have the battery ready in the car for me to test drive nor start the car the car was dead. Few days later when my mechanic called him he said he will call him back never called back about the vehicle... I got that impression that the car was not running. I also have an appointment with him so he should have had everything ready and it was not ready at all drove all the way from Lithonia Georgia and do not get to test drive the car.
