Highly recommend! Amazing people! They made it so easy. I drove a hour and half to go to them and I would do it again!

I live about 60 miles away from dealorship and corresponded by texts. Didnt have to make a visit and find out that it wasnt what i wanted. Still looking tho!

I worked with customer service rep. AJ he was helpful and informative. He got back to me in a timely fashion with neccessary details. Within 4 days my son was rolling which was great considering we're in NY and MTS is Pennsylvania. So far so good with the car my son is happy and so am I.

The van was as stated in the ad. When I complete the application for financing a small amount, it asked if I wanted to include the $39 delivery fee. I checked yes. When I talked to them about it, they were adamant that they wouldn’t deliver the vehicle especially at that price. They were somewhat rude. Needless to say, I didn’t purchase the vehicle.

All they cared about was getting me to give them money. MTS sold me a car with two bad wheel bearings, dry rotted tires that had just enough tread to pass an inspection, and shoddy brakes. I had the vehicle shipped 6 hours so I couldn't take it to them (and they refused to let me return the car within 2 weeks of buying it). I was told in an open chat that they would pay the repair bills to my mechanic multiple times. Then they informed me that they will not pay for anything and that the "person" that told me that was their AI Agent. The AI agent is the only one working there with any integrity. Never go there unless you're buying a vehicle so new that it hasn't encountered any mechanical problems.

Started off good with salesman via text, until I got to the lot. Salesman left for the day . Manager was less than helpful and basically told me me prequalification was useless and because my credit is less than perfect they really couldn’t get me into anything without a crazy down payment, which isn’t what the salesman has told me ,we were discussing trade in options as well . They seemed too busy to talk, I walked away. Lot jammed with cars that I didn't like.

I received a phone call and an email from the dealership. The dealer wasn't pushy, was willing to show the car that night if I could get there, and, in a follow- up email, assured me that the car was still available. Great contact.

Was in constant contact until I submitted the application. Haven't heard from them since.

I live over 3 hours away and called to let me know vehicle was sold . AJ is a 5 star employee !

Did not purchase the car I inquired about as financing wasn't able for that car but they came back with a different car and good offer. They had everything ready for me to show up after work the next day and we were in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes. Very professional and wonderful to work with. We are already looking at purchasing a second car from them.
