Dealer has setup a appointment. I drive there to look the car . They told me that car was not ready to show ( it has spare tire) . Also they have increased the price ( carguru vs email)by $1000.00.

Well, I live out of town and I emailed in to ask about a car that you had for sale on
CarGurus. Then the employee Kim sent a text to my mother (still confused as to how she
got that number). Kim would respond at first then later made me feel like I was on a back
burner and not as important as others. She was very slow to respond to emails/texts. On
Saturday she called and before she even said Hello or anything she stated "Oh I hope
you're not driving up here". My overall experience with this dealer was horrible. I will not
be going back or recommending this dealer to any other people.

I worked with courtney, who was excellent. She gave me frequent updates on when cars would be available for sale and ran down the info I wanted on the cars’ features. Ultimately, I decided to join a wait-list for a new car from a local dealer that is not charging a “market adjustment,” rather than buy a used one. Used cars have such a high mark up now. (Summer 2022).

They are a very helpful bunch I think the management should be able to find a way to help to grant credit to a fellow who doesn't have a credit history! I have a Bank account and offered a direct deposit and the Mercury Sable plus cash and still got turned down! I have been trying to get someone to give me a chance to help me with this and it's always a no ! Why is it so hard to be able to help anyone that is going to make you money too?

Mini of Portland was not transparent with the deal, their price in person was higher than on line. They did not deal in good faith they acted like they wanted to work with us
verbally but not on paper. They did not reply in a timely fashion, rather than a quick response they took days to respond and never addressed the offer (which was what the
price was on-line) which had been made. I will never do business with them on any level.

The experience was ok and everyone was nice. Probably would have not been a problem in non-covid times, but my salesman was less than careful with his mask and cleanliness of the car i was getting into (didn't see it get wiped down). So, overall ok experience. But, I did not want to purchase the car because I wasn't made to feel safe in this dealership.

Clubman for my wife. They were all very helpful and patient as we still have not actually purchased one yet. Absolutely no pressure, we will definitely be purchasing our Mini from them
when we find the right one. I have a Mini JCW now and had it serviced at Mini of Portland and
that was a good experience as well.

The car I looked at wasn’t equipped with the options I was looking at....but now I’m being called by some Telemarketing company representing them continuously about some customer satisfaction survey even after telling them to stop calling!! For that annoyance alone I wouldn’t do business with them in the future. Unfortunate too because the salesperson we dealt with was very nice and low pressure too.

Purchased the car. It was in excellent condition. The dealership was great. Replace breaks and tires in the car. The coffee machine served fresh ground coffee. If they pay this much attention to detail that a customer an observer, imagine what happens behind the scenes.

after second day with no call back to let me know

medford 730 pm it arrived Robert calls me cars
here do u want to pick it up tonight yes. I drive
there it’s dirty no keys to look inside empty on
gas tells me it needs to go to detail ok how long
one hour ya no. I tell him tomorrow I’m taking
lunch at 1 so I can be at deler around 2, I arrive at
1:45 not cleaned no gas wait another 30 min
finally get the car drive away. Can’t get the radio
to work, thinking maybe need to program back to
work get off work drive home wife and I try but
nothing working no radio no voice camand no
navigation hmmm. Call next day leave message
with Robert wait two hours nothing so I drive to
deal to be told it’s going to be a while to talk to
Robert he’s busy.

I drove the car, went home to think about it, contacted them through
Cargurus contact. I received an automated message indicating they received
my message and would follow up. I never heard from them again. The car
sold the next week before I could get back in to the dealer. Nice people,
friendly and no pressure experience on the lot. Just no follow up through
