Delayed responses from this dealership, and continued lack of follow-through for requested estimates
and communication for the sales agent. Frequent errors in the estimates provided when asking for
quotes for tag/registration in two different states. I had to reach out and ask for the information that
was supposed to be sent to me on multiple occasions. This is not ideal if you are looking to purchase
online. Strongly suggest dealing with this dealership only in person.
Also, when i visited this dealership for a test drive, the overall environment was very stale. No one
greeted me when I walked in. Sales agents and receptionist did not make eye contact. I had to ask to
test drive a vehicle. Also, when requesting to see a certain type of interior, I had to keep asking the
sales agent to show me a vehicle. It was not a very helpful or pleasant experience, especially when
looking to purchase a vehicle.

I was pleased upon purchase but aftermarket experience was not good at all.
1. The dealer mislead me upon purchase, discounting the vehicle but increased my overall cost after purchase and referring me to their partners.
2. My deposit was not returned upon clearance. It took 13 days when the check was a cashier check drawn from a credit union that they say they work closely with.
3. Not even a month into driving and under 3k miles being accrued, my check engine light came on. As the purchase was “as is” they were unwilling to assist or help with a $200 repair.
Dealing with such problems this early on I will surely update this.

They replied promptly, I thought they were helpful,but making a decision without be able to inspect and drive the car is a huge negative, they are located outside D.C. and I'm in Upstate

They told me that the car was being reconditioned and they would call me when it was done. I recieved a email asking that the car was sold before I was even notified that it was out of conditioning.

Rod was very helpful and responsive! I mentioned that I had a trade in, and he told me they would be able to give me a pretty good appraisal if I sent photos and VIN. Their appraisal was very fair and appreciated. Right before I was leaving for my appointment, Rod was nice enough to notify me that the car had sold, unfortunately. I’ll keep checking through their inventory for more options!

Top Notch experience from start to finish and it wasn't easy because we had to do it long distance. They were responsive and willing to work out the finances so the purchase of the vehicle fit with our specific budget. Hats off to Edio!

Oh what a beauty this FJ was I immediately fell in love with this one, it had everything I wanted and more! However before I could move on it someone more powerful than me bought it immediately I'm bumming I missed out on this FJ
Other than my luck, these guys responded quickly but not as quick as the person who bought it. I will definitely be back to check with this dealership again. Best FJ Ive seen so far its too bad it escaped me. : (

So far so good its been an internet purchase, I go today 12/28/2020 to pick up the car, lets see if they follow through with there word I will
keep you posted.
I picked up the car and the cost and trade were all as agreed up front, still took 3 hours to complete the transaction mainly just sitting around waiting for the finance to fill out
paperwork. One other thing the car was dirty it had not been cleaned and prepped properly the glass was bad it had not been cleaned at all from new had label marks still on
the class. Its a new car it should have been better but overall satisfied with my purchase.

These guys we're pretty cool. They we're able to hold a car for me while my bank worked out the paperwork. They also waited till late and allowed me ample time to pickup the car from 2 hours away. There were some issues with the car that were not disclosed and I only noticed after I arrived home. The passenger mirror signal light bulb did not work and water+dirt inside both tail lamps from a breach in the sealant. I had to order a new pair online for $150 and had to replace the bulb in the side mirror. But other than that the car was clean and tires shined.

I saw a 2012 Mini Cooper S in CarGurus that I really liked - the color blue is my favorite. Edio, the
representative from Mini of Montgomery County, contacted me to let me know someone had placed a deposit
on the car I was interested in, so I went online to check the inventory to see if there was any other car I liked. I
called Edio and told him I didn't see anything I liked. I also told him after speaker with my lender (I'm getting
ready to purchase a house) it's better for me to purchase my house first, then purchase the car. Edio said he
understood perfectly and made some notes. I told him after I purchase the house I would definitely come to
him to make a car purchase.

Horrible service we drove 5 hours from
Pennsylvania to view car on website it says no
accident clearly lied on car fax show two
accidents, the wheel was Shaking the car
salesmen said it’s a sensor, we ask for warranty
they said no as is sale but car has no issues, the
car took several seconds to start they said it was
sitting for a while, the killer price was 18k we
offered less due to issues, manager said he
sending to auction Monday, after we left they
increase the price to 19k, this dealership a has
bad service they beg us to come down just to lie
to us, I won’t recommend them at all bunch of
liars

Called and asked about the vehicle. First to see if it was available. Went
to go view it, the car was in decent condition, could have done a better
job of cleaning it but none the less that isn’t the issue. I drove an hour
away to check it out, and was ready to take it off their hands. They
asked me for my license. I declined because I was not test driving the
vehicle. Checked out the vehicle, seemed okay. Told them That I am
interested, but not at the price it was at. Not only were others with
same options priced less, but also, had been with a friend when he
purchased his and got a significantly cheaper one with less mileage and
2 more options. Again even this was not the issue. They said they
would not negotiate anything without my information. Again I declined
since I was paying cash, and didn’t agree on a price yet. I have 6
vehicles, and change them Often. Never have I been told they won’t
speak any further to me without my private information, What a joke of
a dealer.

The experience was nothing to be desired. There were more problems with this car than what was communicated. Essentially this car should be sold at an auction for parts. There was obvious damage from,an auto accident and what we were told was given the year of the car you can't expect it to be perfect! Who sends their guests on a test drive when the A/C blows out hot air!!!
I would never recommend this place to anyone! They only received one star because that was the only option to post muy review!
The salesman was very responsive to my needs and schedule. The car was prepped and ready for a test drive when I arrived. The dealership helped find financing for me and there was no pressure to buy extras. However, the price was nonnegotiable. I felt it was a fair price though - just had hoped to get a better price.

Dealer was responsive, cooperative and very helpful. In the end, I did not
purchase the car I was interested in. My price and theirs were a few hundred
dollars apart and I found something closer that I decided to buy. However,
the dealer was among the very best I have ever dealt with in terms of being
