Dealership would not reduce the price of the vehicle to me and then put the lowered price on the web so someone else could buy it.

When we contacted them about the vehicle we wanted, they said it was sold, despite still having it listed online. We proceeded to purchase a vehicle from someone else, but they kept calling us - like, several times per day. Thinking their sale probably fell through, I finally answered to tell them we had bought something else, only to find out the reason they were calling so much was just to 'see if there was anything else we might be interested in.' We made a multi-day road trip to buy our car, driving overnight, so we were very tired and stressed. Harassing us with constant calls after we specifically told them we wanted a car they no longer had, and only that car, was just rude.

I was scheduled to visit the store for a test drive on Saturday, but they sold the car on Friday. I guess that's just how things are these days with low inventory and high demand. At least they let me know before I drove an hour to the dealer.

When the dealership closes at 3pm on Sat and is not open on Sunday it makes it somewhat difficult to schedule an appointment if you work during the week.

Joy at MINI was a pleasure to deal with--super friendly and easy going. It didn't feel like a car dealership. There was an issue with the hybrid battery and they gave me a great loaner for a few days. Windshield wipers were covered under the 90-day warranty and she promtly sent me a check for replacements. I would recommend anyone to deal with her.

Very poor experience when I made an offer for $1,800.00 less than asking price they laughed and said maybe if the car had 60-70k miles. I then sent them links to cars similar to it 2013 Audi S5 miles, specs etc, that were at my offer price. I was disappointed in how they handled their response and approach to me. I am in sales and it was very unprofessional and I won't be buying or recommending anyone to this dealership.

The car had a deposit on it but the dealership let me know and was going to contact me if the deal fell through.

I live in the Pacific Northwest and purchased a MINI Countryman, sight unseen, from this dealership as they were the only ones who had the car with all I was looking for. From the beginning of the process through shipping, they were absolutely fabulous to deal with. They were helpful and not pushy in the decision making phase. I had many questions and requests and all were addressed timely and thoroughly. They sent photos and videos, made small adjustments to the features of the car (some for free), and worked well with my bank, the transport company, and my state's registration requirements. Truly, they made this easy, enjoyable, and seamless...(and I hate shopping for cars!) I normally do not write reviews; but, these folks were so great, they deserved recognition.
