Dealer never responded to inquiry. Car was OK Dealer did not listen to our concerns of the condition of the car.. needed brakes was told “that is normal wear and tear that will need to be replaced” obviously we know this but it’s not appropriate to expect to need to put brakes on a car you’ve had a week. Tires were shot dealer was snappy about putting new tires on it and negotiating price was nearly impossible given the condition of the car. Gentlemen was very rude and inattentive. On his cellphone texting while we were trying to talk to him was rushing. Seemed like he didn’t want to even sell the car to us because “he wouldn’t be paid enough”.

Fantastic experience! Oleg was incredibly helpful, responded promptly to my frequent calls and answered every question. Traveling several hours to get this well maintained, low mileage truck was totally worth it! Oleg made the process very easy. Would definitely purchase from MD Motors again.

Could not get a salesman to talk to me .
The nice reception lady would transfer me
Then it would ring then go to voice mail.
The vehicle I wanted was sold two days later.
Never heard from a salesman.

After placing a deposit on a car, I decided not to purchase it, expecting to lose my deposit. To my surprise, it was promptly returned. The car was a great car. I wasn’t prepared to get it at that time. I would definitely consider them again when in a position to look for another car.

I have purchased a car from them. I found them. I have enjoyed working with the sales person there.
Rude. I emailed an offer to purchase the vehicle at a price below the listed
offering price. Since the car has been in multiple accidents, a lower price
point seemed appropriate to start the conversation. The answer back was -
and I quote "Sorry. No." No counter. No thank you for your inquiry. Just a
curt response.
