The best
I'm one of those who doesn't usually write reviews but especially in an industry where you might not expect professionalism, MB stepped up.
This was my first chance to drive the car I've been thinking about for a while (C6 Z06 - that LS7 is sweet!) and Alex was professional,
communicative, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a long drive to get there and when we notified them we'd be late, they adjusted their
schedule to have the car out front waiting for me when we got there. The dealership and the car were immaculate, clearly showing concern for
the health of their customers. No hard-sell - just a clear desire to inform and be helpful. I haven't yet made a decision on the car but I'd
definitely recommend MB!

I got a few calls/emails/texts from one of their reps who was very helpful in suggestions of vehicles that would work for me, and who followed up without seeming desperate or pressuring. I ended up getting a car elsewhere but I would check this place out when I look for another car.
All business these guys were extremely helpful. My salesman was on point from start to finish. In fact Alex went out of his way to insure I was both informed and taken care of. The van was bought site unseen over the phone. I was pleasantly surprised it had 5 brand new Michelin tires and a full tank of gas. Good guys and they run a professional operation.

Good Communications
A disappointing experience, tbh.
Was interested in one of their older cars with very low miles for itâs age. I
discovered (by personally buying the Carfax; they did NOT volunteer this
information) that it has an invalid NJ title, which shows mileage almost
3X the odometer. (Supposedly a clerical error while getting a duplicate
title. Based on other data in the Carfax, I believe the odometer MAY be
accurate.) I said - after they suggested that I buy the car and then figure
out the title problem myself - that Iâd be glad to negotiate the final price
after THEY had a usable title, and the sales manager verbally agreed to
that. I waited several weeks, and during that time was twice told that
they were working on it.
Now Iâm informed that (1) âthe title can not be correctedâ (which is not
actually true, though it can be complicated and time-consuming), and (2)
theyâve raised the already high price by another $1000, but that (3)
theyâd sell it to me - woohoo - for the original

They were helpful at first. Then they lost my car keys after appraising my car. I tried to make a deal and they were supposed to call me back and never did. Bought a car somewhere else.

Bought car from them - BMW i3. My entire experience with MB Motorsports has been FANTASTIC. From Cynthia, my sales rep, to Rhad and Pete in management, to gen mgr John, everyone there has been super helpful and professional. John even went out of his way to help with getting me title quickly as I needed for a deadline. BTW car looks fantastic! Super, super professional dealership, this has been absolutely one of my best experiences ever purchasing a car. HIGHLY, highly recommend MB Motorports! Seriously, I have no relationship with them. Just super-impressed with how much they worked to give me a positive experience.

i'm just really getting to know the car , the keys did not work in the car, the
second set and they both still don't pop open the trunk. they sent someone
out to my job to fix them, but they work in the car and they both still don't
pop open the trunk. then the radio did not work so they said it's still under
warranty by chevy,then they sent me to a chevy dealership and there i
found out that the radio was a after market radio so that it was not under
warranty, interior had a dirty roof ,my wife and i had to clean it. i'll go back
to buying new for now on thank you !!!
MB Motorsports promptly contacted me with answers to my questions. They
were polite and professional. Most memorable experience is that they were
not a group of sharks looking for my every weakness to sell me a vehicle.
They answered my questions without telling me how important it is to meet
with them.

Salesman was very unprofessional, kept asking questions unrelated to the PURCHASE of the 2012 Titan. Felt I was in a pressure cooker having a conversation with said individual. That being said, I will NOT GO THERE.

MB Motorsports sent me three extremely helpful and friendly emails, from
three managers. The was sold before I visited.
The dealers response was quick and professional. The car I bought needed a repair shortly after purchase. Even though I bought it without an extended warranty, they stood behind their sale and repaired it. It was my first time purchasing from a used car dealer, my experience was pleasent.

I drove 2 hrs to find out they lied about having tne car they had me wait about 40 mins to come an say it was a couple of blocks away.an then came back with nothing. The car wasnt therr. The car advertise on carugurs is not even there. Waisted my time,toll ,money an lots of gas

Overall very good experience. Very friendly, helpful, professional, no-pressure staff, especially sales rep Mike and business mgr Danny (who remembered that I had paid a $500 deposit to hold the car until I could get there to test-drive it and made sure I got credit for it). Didn't like getting a phone call from general sales mgr George saying "they shouldn't have taken my deposit" and trying to pressure me into buying the car sight-unseen or talk me out of it altogether. But I love the car (6-speed 2007 Chrysler Crossfire roadster), and it was worth the trip from Long Island to New Jersey to get it!

Dealer responded quickly. Sales Representative Andra was nice guy very professional. How ever truck had some issues. Siberia rail was broken almost fell of truck on test drive. Definitely had lag in engine. Turbo or fuel injection system was not working correctly. Definitely asking to much for vehicle for the shape it was in.

too exists..I have it in writing thst they will repair it free of
charge.
This seems like a top notch outfit.
George who handled tge paperwork was very professional too.
Owner was there too..keeps thingsrunning smooth.

There were a few adjustments required before I purchased the car and they were promptly and professionally handled.

Didn't bother going the dealer the wasn't willing to negotiate the
price although i was looking to buy the car out right. I was not
looking for a loan but me offering to pay for the car in full wasn't
enough incentive to negotiate then that's a dealership I really

Dealer never responded after my first inquiry. Contacted them a
second time, then they responded, but had to leave a message for
me. I called back to try to schedule an appointment. Had to
leave a message. By the time they got back to me, the car I was
interested in had already been sold. Seems like no one was ever
around to answer their phones, it was always leave a message.

Price too high wouldn't come down, put up on ebay auction, I went
to 10K only to have the price jump to 12,995 and sold. They called
me two days later to ask if I decided about buying the car. They
bid against their own vehicle! I will NEVER EVER do business
with this outfit.
