The car was listed as a manual, it is not. Dealer offered me other options, he was very professional and polite, but the car offfered was listed on carguru for 11.5k (has since dropped to 8.5k) but he put the financing in for 13k plus a warranty for an additional 2k. Lacking pricing transparency completely.
Made contact with dealer and found some very promising interactionoverall. Found out the informationpublishedon CarGurus is not exactlythe same as what'son the dealer lot. Sale representative Mr. Woody very helpful in clarifying the information and he is actively looking for a vehicle we discussed that is similar on there lot.

Went 4 hours for a 28K truck only to find you could not buy it without a $3000 warranty that was worthless. Financier was very rude and not accommodating at all. They price their cars to represent a “great deal” only to jack up the price by $2000 when we refused the additional warranty!!!

Scam!!! Total Bait and switch. Listed car for $23,900. When you call to buy the car they tell you that you have to buy an extended warranty for $3,000 or pay $3,000 extra for the car. Also they said they would charge an additional $1,000 on top of the price for paying cash for the car lol.

So far so good made the purchase. Just have to pick up the car next week.
It started off ok. Jeff Staton responded within an hour or so. I ask a couple questions and he said that the truck will be in the shop the next day and he would get back to me then. He never did get back to me. I am not happy to gear that the truck sold. I wanted that truck, but the salesman didnt want to sell me the truck for whatever reason. I had cash in hand to make the purchase. I just wanted to know the answers to a couple questions before I drove 2 hours to look at the truck. I am highly disappointed in the level of customer service I received. This is not how to do business with someone. If I did this at my job I wouldn't be employed anymore. I hope Woody's looks into how this salesman does business or lack there of.

I emailed and called about purchasing this vehicle when they returned my call and email
They said they weren’t interested in shipping me the vehicle I said I would arrange my own shipping. They stated they would send me information threw email which just stated they are not interested in shipping me the vehicle. I have a 820 credit score and 9k to put down on the truck and they are not interested in selling it to me because of an inconvenience of shipping

If I could give them zero, or negative stars, I would. I was ready to walk out the door at 8am (not a morning person) and drive three hours (hate driving all day) to buy the perfect truck for $47,245 (more money than I have ever had in my life until a month ago). I called WowWoody’s to finalize arrangements and was told I could only qualify for that price (the only price listed on car gurus) if I financed from a bank of their choice (their brother’s bank or something), and bought their extended warranty (at a place 3 hours away). If I opted to skip those “options” I would pay $3,600 MORE to NOT GET SERVICES. Their website says “sorry but not sorry” about this policy and the guy on the phone was condescending. Their loss, I got a very similar, brand new, less tacky truck that day and they lost out on a $47,245 sale because of their “wonderful bundle strings attached” (their words) policy. Avoid WowWoody’s, they just want to get their hooks in you, in my opinion.
Dealer responded quickly. But to my dissatisfaction I was made aware that the price shown is not the price you pay. I was told that you have to buy a protection plan that im sure nobody really needs plus you have to finance through them. If you don't do as they say I was told they will add $600 just bc you didnt finance through them. Also if you don't buy their added insurance they will tag on $3000 to the list price. Found out they advertise deceptive pricing. You can only get the advertised price if you
finance and buy a service contract through them. If you don't, they add $3600 to the
advertised price, which i didn't like.
John and Scott both helped me with the purchase of my new truck from Woody's. They were both very courteous, professional and kept me very well informed.
Bottom line, i am very happy with the truck and these 2 salesman. And i would recommend them to my friends and anyone else.. :)

It took additional phone calls for me to get assistance and even at that point once they returned my calls it felt like they just wanted to get me off the phone as fast as possible.
I don't know what is wrong with these folks in that they only wanted me to travel 947 miles to come take a test
drive in this Mustang that I wanted to buy. WEIRD! Was this AI that I was dealing with? Terrible!
I have bought cars by honest seller's description over the internet (2 in the last 3 years) but these folks refused
my offer to buy at asking price and me arrange/pay for shipping to me.
The last conversation I had with someone named "SAM" said they would not sell it that way.
I don't think they should be listed on CarGurus. Maybe they should just stick to local classifieds and such.

misleading. It was only if you finance and buy
their warranty. No negotiation on price
apparently. Bought the exact same truck, color
and all options with less miles for a better price
elsewhere.
Not so up front and wanted me to come in and not deal over the phone. I own and manage one small business with almost 20 employees and work full-time for my husband's company so I deal over the phone and then run in to pickup the car.
The price they advertise has tons of hidden loops in it.

First, a little frustrated in their slow response time (they are busy due to having great deals and great variety of vehicles). Once we talked, all good. Jeff Henderson great guy and easy to work with.

Would give them 4.5 stars, only knock is paperwork but that is probably a 0.5 knock everywhere.
Their prices are very miss leading as the price you see is just what you get the car for if you buy extras so in the end it’s going to cost you about $3000 dollars more. Also they don’t take time to call or email you back they just expect you to come there to speak with them which is very frustrating when your trying to get all info before having to drive almost four hours.
Drove 70 miles to dealer and was told, after receiving confirmation
for appointment, they had no record of the confirmation, and had to
show them the email. Also, none of the three trucks I was interested
in were available. I drove a fourth, tried to make a deal on it, was
EXTREMELY LOWBALLED on my trade, and the salesman, John,
was rude on top of all that. Save your time and money, go anywhere
else. I wil not go back and will warn others off!!!

I worked with Sam and Royce on Saturday, 04.18.2020. They were very personable and helpful! The dealership was SUPER BUSY that day!! Yet, while watching everyone interacting with customers, they ALL were smiling and helpful and touching base with anyone who was waiting. Very obvious that the staff work well together!!
The Jeep was just as described in the listing - absolutely beautiful!!
I bought the Jeep and LOVE it! I would most definitely recommend to friends and buy from them again!!

Very poor! The advertised price is lower than what they will actually sell the vehicles for. And then there is the fees on top of that. They want to charge a documentation fee to the customer because they have to sign a title! $200 for a signature when you buy a $47,000 vehicle seems crazy

The dealership was quick to get back to me and the sales person tried as most car dealers do to persuade that there
dealership is the best. What i eventually found out is that you MUST finance with them to receive a "rebate", like over
$600. Then they have a $456 admin/green fee on every deal that no other dealership charges. That is a $1,056 increase
on the listed price of the car. Really seems shady that I'm charged for paying cash. I did not purchase the car.

I couldnt give this a .25 star otherwise I would have. They had a car listed online as certified preowned, that was on their lot for well over a month. We got there and the certification hadn't even been performed yet. The passenger window was cracked and a bulge in the tire. They wanted me to sign papers before the certification was even done and told me they might fix the window but didnt know if they had to. Never again.
This dealership focuses on selling in volume. They have a very large inventory which is helpful when deciding on a model/trim package to drive. They allow you to drive the car on your own, which is also nice. However, the experience was very odd, almost assembly line-like. The salesperson, while quite nice, was dealing with at least 3 other customers at the same time as us, which meant a lot of time wasted waiting around. She emailed quite frequently, mostly canned sales pitches. If you want personalized service, this not the place for you. If you want to check out a variety of models/trim packages on your own, it's a great place to go.

Saved a car from this dealership on Car Gurus. It dropped by $1,000 so I called about purchasing. Was informed that unless I financed through them, $600 would have to be added to the price because I couldn’t get their $600 rebate and was also told that there would be a $400 administration fee. Nowhere on the Car Gurus site does this dealership disclose the above information. I wanted to pay cash for this car but was going to be penalized for not financing. Nice!

extremely vague and unhelpful during my
phone call about a truck I was interested in.
Didn’t really seem to care about the phone
call. He didn’t even greet me with his name
or dealership; my call was an
inconvenience. I asked for a car fax report
on the vehicle with very high miles for its
year, additional information about the
vehicle. He refused to give it over the
phone. They are an hour outside the city;
I’m not wasting my time for a vehicle that
doesn’t fit my needs before I even get there
and make the drive. So I didn’t need to
waste my time on a dealer that didn’t want
to spend time on me.
Maybe it was just a bad day for him.
I emailed this dealership abt a vehicle to asks specific question related to information I read in the description.
They did eventually answer my question, however it wasn’t until I received multiple/daily marketing emails from multiple different sales reps. Not one of these countless emails indicated that some read my question and was researching for an answer. It finally took three days for an actual answer.
The time to answer wasn’t necessarily frustrating, but the fact that not one of the emails from these sales reps let me know they were working on it. Due to this, for those three days, my perception was...Damn, they market themselves well, but completely ignore the needs of the customer. I’ll be extra cautious if I decide to visit this dealership.

over priced and offered less than anyone by 2 k on trade in on same car. he offered 20k on a 2016 challenger rt plus 15k miles fully loaded all option and on his lot was a 2015 rt plus 32000 19k mile less equipment. my car not a scratch dent or stain clean car fax and ended up getting 25k at the place I bought the same car 2k less miles for 37 and he was asking 41

I ended up buying a car from a local dealership. I was contacted by Woodys and they were
helpful. My only suggestion would be to take photos of their Subaru Crosstrek outside so the
color of the vehicle can be seen bettter. It is a dark color and the lighting inside makes it kind of
difficult to get a good idea of the vehicle color.

DO NOT GO HERE! These people are crooks and liars. First salesman kept damage from me on the vehicle and says I should have seen it on the pictures. It should be the salesman job to disclose all damage to me prior to the sale I think at a reputable dealership. After I called back to talk to another salesman they gave me the same guy, he wouldnt transfer me to another salesman so gave me to a manage that was just as bad. After talking to them and telling them I wanted it and that I had financing through my bank and a low interest rate, they tacked on $1200 dollars to the price since I wasn't financing through them. I could finance through them easy I have great credit but to be honest the people I've dealt with here I have a hard time giving them my money. I would buy the truck right now if I had a respectful honest salesman or manager to deal with. This place is awful, I've had 3 experiences with them and everytime I'm ready to pull my hair out. Please pass on these people.

Magically, they told me the vehicle had been taken to auction (although the dealer still has it listed for sale). They wanted me to come look at other vehicles. Typical bait and switch game.

They advertised a truck that I absolutely wanted to buy. I was heartbroken to learn that it had just been sold. I followed up several times just in case something fell
through. I was told that it was gone. I bought a different truck a week later, and a couple of days after that, I was told that the original truck that I wanted was, in

Not good. Drove 2hrs to look at a truck that I was told had no rust and was clean. As soon as I pulled in I could see the cab corners were rusted out. When asked I got a lot of back peddling. Read the reviews there are more like mine wish I would of taken them more to Hart. Horrible dealership.

Dealership was quick to respond to when I first reached out about the vehicle. The salesman was also quick to ask about what I would be trading in and suggested I finance through them. After explaining I wouldn't be trading in, he emphasized the need to finance through them in order to receive the rebates, which were assumed in the listing price. I had already arranged financing with the institution of my choice, but told him I'd think about it. Decided to read reviews on this place while taking the financing option into consideration. Read SEVERAL reviews on how on this dealership turns people away if they don't at least finance through them. Next day I reached out to the salesman, informing him that I made the decision to stick with my bank but was certainly still interested in making a deal. Well...he called me back claiming he just test drove the vehicle I was interested in and said that the power steering pump was bad and it was going to cost $3000 to fix and they had no plans on fixing it. That was their way of turning me away, because that was the end of the conversation. He must have taken me for a fool as I know a PSP does not cost $3k to replace. Will never consider doing business with these guys and highly recommend you do your research should you consider it.

Online chatting on the website, gave the quickest response. It took a while to hear back via just emailing the dealership. I hadn't heard back after asking for more detailed photos. But was on website and the online chat person asked if I had questions and they answered what they could and than I was paired up with Polly. I read some bad reviews about the dealership and didn't want to just drive there without more details... I still didn't have all my questions answered.. I could possibly purchase from there, I would only talk to Polly due to her responsiveness.. but will be my last choice since I have a long drive and all my worries/questions were not answered.

The dealer's salesperson promptly contacted us. Terry was very
straightforward in communicating with us as to how the dealership
acquired the vehicle, from a dealers only auto auction. He related
the vehicle was a Chrysler buy back. He revealed all the
information the dealer & Chrysler had on the vehicle. The buying
experience was very straightforward & no pressure. The paperwork
transaction was very efficient & went smoothly.
We would have given 5 stars but we traded in a pristine vehicle &
our purchased vehicle was "supposedly cleaned" up. The floor
mats were the only thing done. The mats were moved from the
back of the vehicle & put in place. The engine compartment was
dirty & the windows inside had a film on them. The vehicle was
given a quick wipe down. Also the vehicle had 10,843 mi on it
versus the 8,392 listed. That information should be updated.

Wasted my time! I'm an hr and a half away and drove up there cash in hand to purchase.. And "coach" said he went out and walked the car over and it was immaculate. Got there and it had been wrecked pretty hard in the rear passenger corner. "Coach" told me word for word.. " well it is a used vehicle, maybe you should buy new" well yeah it's used.. but it's $40,000!! Very shady people!

I received a call about the car I was interested in, not long after I inquired. I told the man I may try to drive up to see it on my way to Iowa the next day and would let him know. This conversation took place at 4:15pm. I emailed him later that night because they close at 6:00, letting him know I was leaving KC early and would be there around 8:30am, and to please call me when he got the message. I realized I didn't receive a call and was about 15 min away from the dealership, so I called him at 8:30am. I asked if he'd received my email. He said "I have a bunch of emails I haven't even looked at yet". Told him where I was and he said "Let me check to see if that car is still here". A few seconds later he tells me "Looks like that car was sold yesterday at 4:10". He called me about the car at 4:15 the day before. I knew I was taking a chance, driving out of my way, on a car that could have been sold, but I was disappointed in how this all went down. He called about the car after it had been sold and didn't bother to look at his email for 30+ minutes after they opened. I won't make the trip to Woodys for another vehicle.

I liked my sales person he was pretty helpful. Tough to stay in contact sometimes because it's so busy, especially on the weekends. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle from what I anticipated on purchasing. The brakes and rotors were warn down. I didn't like that they didn't fully service my vehicle before selling it to me. Other than that its was a alright dealership.

The e-mail stated someone would call. I followed up with anther e-mail and it said I should have called they were very busy on Saturday. You lost a sale. I went somewhere else.

Wow Woodys is a first class dealership and Jeff Henderson is an awesome salesman. I flew into Kansas City and they had someone pick me up from the airport to bring me 93 miles to their dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership everyone was very nice as if there were no strangers. My experience with Wow Woodys was an outstanding one and I'll recommend anyone to do business with them in the near future. They were genuine people and that meant a lot, they go above and beyond the call of duty for their customers. We talked a number of times. I was surprised that the price of the vehicle was
non-negotiable. We drove up to view the truck one day unannounced and
was disappointed when I saw it. I don't need to go into detail but it wasn't the
truck as represented by the pictures.

They show a price that is only good if you trade a car in and use their financing . Car is $1200 higher if you don't. That was 10% more on the car I was looking at. I asked could they wave the fee, the salesperson said she would check but never got back with me. Their page says no FEES ever. Well guys this is a hidden fee

All our vehicles include a $500 rebate that is paid by all the banks we partner with, instead of keeping that rebate we pass it along to our customers. Woodys had great service their team was very helpful. They were very quick to respond to my email which was on a Saturday. Tuesday morning I was on my way to look at the car. Woodys is in Chillicothe, MO which is a 6 hour drive for me but it was worth the drive. Woodys had the jeep i was looking at priced phenomenal. From the second I walked in the door I felt welcomed every dept I dealt with was friendly Curtis had the jeep out front waiting on me when I arrived. The process went very smooth. I was in and out with a great vehicle at a great price. I would recommend woodys to family, friends, strangers or anyone else looking for a vehicle. Thanks to Woodys again!

We ended up buying the car from Woody's in Chilicothe, MO but we had some bumps along the way. First off, they offered me $400 for my trade-in when the blue book value was around $3000. I kept my old car and sold it for $1500. Then we found out that they only had one key for the car and no fob. I told them I wouldn't buy the car if I didn't have at least one fob so they relented and we got the fob. Now we are trying to get them to give us the $35 gift card that was promised when we bought the car, to no avail. I would not recommend Woody's to anyone.

Then I received a quick response on that

The online salesperson responded to my
question with very short responses, I got
the impression right off the bat that she
was not interested in selling this truck. I
have never delt with a car salsperson
who wasn't all over a customer who
wanted to make a purchse, matter of fact
I had already purchased a vehicle from
another dealer before she every inquired
if I was still interested 7 days later.
Woods isn't sure where this vehicle is, it
may be a dealer loaner or the school
might be using it????? This is what the
salesperson told me? I though it was
funny when she told me that they still had
the truck for sale at such a great price
because they weren't trying very hard to
sell it. I'm glad I bought my truck some
where else, if the customer had to try that
hard to buy something I'm sure their
service after the sale would be the same.

Woody's took so long to respond to my email that I had located, test drove, and purchased another car before their first email reply arrived five days after my initial request for more information. That first email from them was generic: clearly computer generated. They didn't have the time or desire to have an employee contact me. Clearly, Wood's was not interested in earning my business. They were not interested in selling me a car. I would not waste my time contacting them again in the future. I certainly would not invest the time and expense to drive to their location in Chillicothe, MO, which I would have had they responded promptly and personally.

"rebates" that I wouldn't be using. I
called and left a message for my
assigned sales person, but I guess they
didn't like me pointing out the fact that
the price before the "rebates" was
$5,000 over market value cause I never
got a call back. They are all about the
financing which is where the real money
is for them. Selling cars is a means to
an end.

The Emails came to my Junk folder but once I found their email they were super fast and friendly. They have the best dealership I have ever been too hands down. I loved that they post their best price and I did not have haggle with them and on top of that they even found me a used vehicle and were still the best difference. best service, price, deal in the entire Kansas City area!! Dealership was good about sending automated emails. However, we told them what our price range was repeatedly so it was kind of annoying that there were automated emails asking what we were interested in.
