People are very friendly which is the only thing that earned the star. Overall, if you know how to do basic math. This dealership is not for you. Negotiations were a waste of time. They brought a price that was higher than the one listed on Car Gurus, and thousands in dealer fees. I pointed out that the price was higher than the car gurus listed price they went back to negotiate. When they came back to the table to ‘negotiate’ they just shifted the discount and increased the processing/dealer fees.

Car did not have advertised features. It needed a jump start and had the check engine
light on. They charged $2000 more in fees than any of the other dealers I worked with and
won't stop calling and texting even though I've given them a firm no.

They contacted me the day before my appointment no less than three times to say they were happy to see me tomorrow and looking forward to that, etc. and then the next day I get there and they told me the car was sold. It wasn’t very close to my house, I had to use the car that wasn’t safe because that’s why I’m buying another car and I got there on time and then I was sold that. I could’ve used the phone call very perfunctory, apologies and then wanting to show me other cars I could not recognize that I was upset .

The salesman Derram was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Lots of haggling about price and price for trade in. Still think I over paid for the Acura but I wanted the car. It’s a great vehicle.

This was my first experience financing a car and sadly to say it was a very stressful and tense experience. The salesperson did not make it any easy. He looked bothered and even mad at the questions being asked. I felt pressured to get whatever he was suggesting even though i know i could do way better based on my credit. At the end i ended up getting the car but only because i had done my own research and was within ny budget. If it wasnt for that probably wouldnt have gotten it because of the bad customer service.

This car had a “deposit” put on it minutes after I came in. Yet oddly, I was NEVER CONTACTED about it after the deal “somehow fell through.”
It is my belief that this car and a few others are really “bait cars” to get you in there. Then get you to buy something MUCH HIGHER, and LESS DESIRABLE.
The salesman even had the NERVE to say that I “don’t like black or white people” when I had to remind him REPEATEDLY that I don’t like black or white CARS!!! SICKO!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
Be prepared with the used car pricing listed on CarGurus from this dealership. Yes, the advertised price looks
good but beware of the $2k in "dealer prep fee" not included in the price.
